I ordered some filters and when they came in they were damaged.I filed a claim on their website and sent them pictures of the damage.I recieved a e-mail from them stating that i would recieve a refund in 5 to 7days well the 7 business days came and no refund. Filed another claim and they requested pictures again of the damage. Sent them the pictures ang got the same message again stating that i would recieve a refund in 5 to 7 business days Still waiting on refund.
