I ordered two filters, they sent me one filter that was the wrong item delay be 2 weeks. Now, I have to pay to return the wrong filter to them. My guess is that normally this company is fine, but when an order goes bad, it goes really bad. God help you if they screw up your order...
Side note, you have to do everything online to process the return... which is some much fun. So happy to pay money to waste my time solving a problem that they created, and still not getting the filters I needed in the first place.

The filter I ordered arrived quickly. However, I am STILL waiting for the humidifier (much bigger cost) that they showed as "in stock". No notification or idea as to when it will finally arrive.

The order came expeditiously and Filters Fast had very good cross-referencing of my filter between the brands for which it can be used. It made my choice much simpler when I placed the order.

They make it so easy and less expensive than having to go through Sears. I use to have to order my filters from Sears and it was much more expensive. Thank you Filters Fast for making it cheaper and easier to get filters!

First time order from them, order arrived after designated time, followed instructions for installation, all was great. My filter was exact one I needed and works just fine..I recommend this company as cost of buying through them is lower, filter is great. When replacement time comes, I shall order another filter through their Online site.

I can't believe how easy it was to order filters for my home appliances. They arrived fast,
were exactly as specified and the prices were amazing. No need to search for filters - you have filters for EVERYTHING.

We had a really good exchange. They have filters for my fridge, and furnace which made it nice to get it all in one place. The website is pretty easy to find what your looking for.

I bought Omnipure filter from them. Got the filter in very sloppy wrap that it was out of the protect bubble plastic. The package was just another plastic bag so the filter was damaged. The filter itself looks very dirty and old. No box, no seal, just a removable cap. Is this a new filter? (seriously).

Still, thanks to the disappointed experiment with Filters Fast, I decided to look for other sources and found the item on sale at Home Depot with even much much cheaper price!

Took long time to receive filters and the packaging was just cheap plastic one was broken and rest had damage. They did replace the broken one

I recently received my third order of fridge filters. I learned of this company on a radio add and checked it out. $50 for one filter at Home Depot was getting pricy. My first order was for one filter, gotta make sure right? Well it was perfect! My second order was for three filters, taking advantage of discounts! My most recent order was for another three! I would totally recommend this company, and in fact have!

I am not happy at all with filtrrsfresh. I was sent the wrong size product (water filter) after being told that they had my correct info.
It had been doublely obtaining a refund.
I won't reorder until I get my refund.

FILTER FIRST ADVERTISED A REPLACEMEN FILTER INSTEAD OF THE FILTER THAT I HAD BEEN ORDERING. WHEN I RECEIVED THE RECOMMENDED FILTER, THE PACKA GE STATED "PATENTPENDING" . THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED ON THE ADVERTISEMENT" I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO STATE MY DISPLEASURE TO NO AVAIL' I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I WONDER IF THEY ARE FRAUDLENT?

Fast represents a significant savings over big store refrigerator water filter and undersink filters. My filters for my HVAC systems are 50% cheaper on average than the service company I use to service the systems.

Their customer service rep lied to us when we called to ask why our filters had not shipped (she stated that they were a special order and we had been told that) we hadn't. She stated that they would ship the 25th, instead they shipped the 5th two days after our call. The filters have been in Colorado for a week, taking a tour I guess. They arrived in Colorado on Monday and they won't be delivered for another eight days. The savings are nice but the slow boat to China shipping and being lied to hardly make it worth while.

Should be renamed Filters Slow. Last few orders took 1 month. They're happy to charge your card right away though. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on.

The ordering process on the web is quick and easy. They, however, send never ending email with the message to update your profile or some such for a 5% discount. Actually doing the update does not stop the messages, as most would assume.

NOT FAST AT ALL---took SIX WEEKS for me to get these so called "fast filters".

I used Filters Fast as recommended by a vendor for one of my stores. The part we needed for the water filters was about $250 cheaper than that at other companies. I placed the order, received confirmation stating that the part would ship the following day. Delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Okay perfect. I can save money, with little wait. Well- 3 weeks later I ended up cancelling my order for a refund. No communication from the company that the part I needed was on backorder until April 15th (a month and a half after I placed the order). I had to send customer service 2 separate e-mails to even receive a response about when my part would ship. There was nothing on the website saying it was on backorder or anything. Ended up paying the extra $250 for better service... Sometimes filter parts can't be waited on. I would have liked to been informed ahead of time or in a timely manner of my e-mails. I am supposed to get a full refund- but we will see if that happens. I expected much more out of this company. I hope it is better for you all. I had high hopes. I will say that after I expressed my interest in cancelling- I received responses asap. Funny.

Excellent help on the phone finding substitutes for items no longer made. Super fast getting our order out. Perfect service sending a part that had not made it into the original shipment immediately upon notification. Plus the prices were much less than what we were paying instate in Alaska, even with the shipping added on.

I have had only problem with Filters Fast. They sent me the wrong refrigerator filter. They fixed the problem with very little hassle for me. Otherwise I like ordering from them as I save about $25.00 by ordering my filters from them. My daughter-in-law recommended them to me and I'm glad she did!

No customer service number or email address. None of the functions on the home screen work, including order tracking. Paid for 4-5 day shipping, been 9 days, and nothing. I will NEVER order again.

Filter Fast has the same products as local area at a much lower cost ,delivery is fast the only problem I had is Federal Express leaving all packages in front of my garage with rain predicted when I have a covered porch door . Hopefully that is remedied after calling Fed Ex. It is much easier to deal with Filter Fast the have the stock , best prices , and delivery in days .

I normally give 5 stars. I have been ordering fridge water filters from filters fast for over 5 years. However, this last purchase the package arrived like it was in a war zone. The filters were out of their torn packaging and they were sent in a regular plastic envelope with no padding what so ever. The filters are not what I ordered and not sure if they will actually work. I have not tried them yet because the fridge filter is still good and I normally purchase ahead.

Filter works great and service was all it said it would be. I will be ordering again. Thank you.

I recently used Filters Fast. Com to purchase some 25x16x4 high efficiency air filters for my home AC system. I had used the company previously and referred them to multiple customers of mine. On this occasion they were advertising their "in-house" brand filters in the 25x16x4 size so I gave it a try. The filters that they sent to me were about 1/2 inch too small in almost every dimension and were useless in my existing AC system. Within a few days I asked multiple customer service representatives if I could return their poorly represented product and get a refund and I was refused multiple times. I will never use this company again!

Filters Fast has poor packaging and the delivery services don't care, so you most likely will receive damaged product. Filters Fast did replace these promptly with less damaged ones.

I got the filter I needed at a great price so I ordered 2 and got them fast!

After many good purchases from FF, this one really hurt. It took a month and multiple emails. They charged me the day I ordered but they canceled the order and re-ordered twice...all the while holding my money. Only apology was "sorry for the inconvenience." Very unimpressive customer service.
