I ordered two (2) refrigerator filters. Unfortunately, after weeks, they were never delivered. Upon an investigation by Filters Fast, they determined they must be lost in transit and re-issued my order. I truly appreciate their diligence in this matter. My only concern is the length of time it took to get my order, both the estimated delivery date of the lost order and the subsequent delivery of the replacement order. If memory serves me correctly, it took approximately seven (7) weeks from order to receipt.
