I recently bought 3 replacement water filters for my Samsung French door refrigerator/freezer. The filter would not lock in. Even after using a wrench the filter would not fully seat filling the bottom of the refrigerator with water.

Product (shop vac filters) arrived on time and was exactly as represented. Will definitely order from these people again when needed.

Worst buying experience. If you get the right product no problem but if you have a return, horrible. After 2 months, I finally have the full refund for the filter price. Reordered the correct filter never shipped but was charged for a it. Terrible.

Filter's arrived quickly. Very reasonable price and service was excellent. Had some leakage of water initially at seal, removed the water filter and reset it and no more leaking. Will continue to place orders in future.

I am so pleased with the convenience of the filter renewal; HOWEVER, I find that within a very short time I receive the "$5 off..." email to reorder! Is there a way for Filters Fast to eliminate this feature? I always affix the "calendar month" on the new filter; my LG refrigerator tracks the time before I need to order; and I usually have a spare!

The prices are reasonable. The "fast" in the company name is a joke. It took a week for my order to even ship, not receive it, but leave the company. If you need the filter in a normal time frame, look elsewhere.

I called the 1800 #, to ask a question about their misleading description, it says use their web site then it hangs up on you. Ordered a filter housing that lists replacement bracket sold separately and replacement O-ring sold separately. To be a replacement, it would have to come with it in the first place. When I get the package, it comes with the O ring but not the bracket. What am I supposed to do with a large water filter with no way to mount it. Then they send me a $5 off shop now email with the bracket I need so I click on it and it says I need to spend $50 to unlock the $5 off. Nowhere in the email advertisement did it say I must spend $50 to get the $5 off. If you are unsure about their false advertising coupons and confusing descriptions, be sure to call the phone number to ask questions so you can listen to an answering machine repeat itself 3 times and then hang up on you.

Thank you for selling a filter for my KitchenAid refrigerator that is made in the USA! Many of these filters that cost less are made in China. The last one I used leaked after about 2 weeks and I had to throw it away. I will be buying these American-made filters again.

I don't spend much of my life ordering refrigerator filters. And I don't think the experience warrants profound attention. However.....

When I encounter carefully-wrought, customer-oriented, and responsive web sites and service, I have to marvel. This is one finely crafted company with efficient interfaces, immediate response times, and fine follow-through. I don't think I've ever interacted with an online retail site that was operated better.

Prices, also, were more than competitive.

I hate to give a bad rating based on just one experience, but then, based on this experience I won't order from Filters Fast again. Everytime I searched online for a filter for my Kenmore fridge, their site took me to a filter for a different brand. Assuming they used the same filter, I ordered it. You know what happened: the filter didnt fit. (On the other hand, it did come fast, as promised.)

It took 2 weeks to get here but, that's ok because everything is a mess with the Covid-19 going around. I will always order these Zereowater filters.

Received my filters in a timely manner. However, I never received a notice that my order was shipped. I decided to track my order and was surprised to see that my order was out for delivery that particular day.

I've used filter fast In the past and I have never experienced this before! So I called to put in a complaint and all they did was take off the shipping that was a whole $5.72 .so here is what happened I ordered a special filter from filter fast and it took (7 weeks) to get it and then it wasn't what I ordered!! I was so done with the hole thing that I didn't even bother to send back the wrong filter!!! I will not order from filter fast again. Bruce Morse.

We had been buying filters at Lowe's where we purchsed the refrigerator. They kept changing the brand of filters and the amount of water coming out just kept getting slower and slower. We have water with a really high calcium rate. So we were thinking it was the pipes getting clogged up. We ordered the correct filter. Just like the one that came with the refrigerator and now it runs just fine. Just like when it was new.

Very disappointed order you took my money and said it arrived never got it had to text you for a month then finally received it after I had to call I have ordered before a few times never had a problem. Just very Disappointed

Although the filter works fine the delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't receive my first order because they didn't include the full address and it was returned as undeliverable. I did not receive a notice or a refund until I called to inquire about the shipment. I have placed a new order and have no confirmation that it has shipped.
