The Filters arrived early, fit perfectly, and work well. My only complaint is the barrage of continued solicitations to buy more filters...I ordered three. That should last me for 18 months. other than that it was a near perfect experience.

Very slow shipment. It took 10 days to get to me after shipping. They call themselves "Filters Fast" but that's not what you get.

No problems. Received filters in appropriate amount of time. Have never had a proble with Filters Fast.

On the 16th of October, I ordered three replacement filters, which turned out to be the wrong size. There was no invoice in the box, but I went online to find out how to return it. I followed protocol and returned the filters on the 7th of November, and they received it on the 10th, which was within their 30 days return policy. To date, I have not heard from them or received a refund. If I don t hear from them by December 1, I plan to contest the charge on my credit card! No way to talk with anyone to discuss!

I STOPPED AUTO DELIVERY IN MAY 2015....3 YEARS AGO....GUESS WHAT WAS DELIVERED TO MY DOOR ON MONDAY MAY 7, 2018 AND CHARGED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I HAVE SPENT LITERALLY HOURS TRYING TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON BUT AT NO AVAIL. I HAVE GOTTEN MY BANK INVOLVED TO DISPUTE THIS CHARGE. THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ACCOUNT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE. THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE ACCOUNT LOG ON AFTER CALLING FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT WITH NO RESPONSE. AS FOR WHERE THEY STORE YOUR BANK INFO GOOD LUCK FINDING IT!!!!! CANCELLATIONS FOR AUTO DELIVERY BEWARE!!!

Perfect! I was very nervous about buying a new water filter for my fridge sight unseen. I always got them in the store. The filter was a perfect fit at a much lower cost. Went back and bought another. Will buy from them again & highly recommend!!

Outstanding customer service. Seems a little pricey, but, so does every thing else when you are retired and on a fixed income. Would like to see senior discounts from more companies.

I used to be very happy with their service, until my most recent shipment... It was literally destroyed in shipping. (I say in shipping, because surely a box wouldn't leave their warehouse in the condition in which it was received.) The box, shipped by UPS, was covered in packing tape like I have never seen. I have to think it came apart in transit, and "someone" attempted to tape it back together. But in the process, the filter inside was completely squished and bent into the shape of a letter "S". I contacted Filters Fast, sent photos, asked for a replacement filter, and have heard NOTHING in response. It certainly seems they don't give a hoot about customer satisfaction or retention.

So easy and had a much better price than the other sites.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed my order and and received an email confirming my order after a week and no updates and not receiving my order I tried to contact Filters Fast via phone call. I got a recording telling me to send them an text, email or facebook and they would respond within 24 to 48 hours! I sent a text 24 hours later I got a response telling me to check my email concerning the tracking! Which had no updates since I received! I responded back right away telling them I had done that and it didn't have any updates! Another 24 hours I finally hear back telling me that apparently my order was lost in delivery! They were sending out another shipment I would of thought they would of expressed that to me but NO it was another 6 days before receiving them. They did work well but will NEVER ORDER from them again because of their horrible customer service I found it interesting that I could not talk to a person concerning my order.

Price as low as any. Received in 2 days with expedited shipping. Have used them before. Always as expected.

Filters arrived.... Now is there an upgraded filter available?

It s ironic that a company would have Fast in its name, and still take weeks to fullfill a filter order. I have not tried the filters yet but I am not expecting much. Disappointed so far.

I needed a water filter for a refrigerator. A local applicance parts house had the filter in stock for around $49. In stock, ready to go get it. But something was telling me look around, and I found Filters Fast. Now I was happy to wait the four and a half days to get the same 3 filters for $44.
3 and cheaper. Great job, simple and dead on.

I ordered part number EFF6013A and received part number PH21100.
I don't know if this is correct or not and have not had a response from Filters Fast.

GOOD FILTER BUT HAD A PROBLEM GETTING INTO MY FURNACE. AFTER FURTHER EXAMINATION, FILTER IS NOT SQUARE. 20 X 20 ACTUAL ONE SIDE IS 19 5/8" ONE SIDE IS 19 7/8". I MUST HAVE TRIED THE LONG SIDE ON THE FIRST FILTER. NO I KNOW TO CHECK THE DIMENSION BEFORE I REPLACE WITH THE SECOND FILTER.

I purchased a filter from filters fast that was a 25x20x5 just like the one I pulled out. However, the one they sent me said 25x20x5, the measurements were not the same as my original. I called and was told I would have to ship the $25 filter back (it would cost me near that in shipping) for a replacement and I was also told that I had to get the nominal dimensions... poor service. You should be able to buy a 25x20x5 filter and have it fit every time. I wasted $25 and learned my lesson. Stay clear of FF.

Terrible communication. The item I ordered took weeks to arrive and I wasn t informed when ordering that the item wasn t in stock. When I contacted customer support to ask about my order, and the delay, I was told that I would be emailed when the item ships within two weeks.... ok? It was already more than a month. Thanks for the lack of a helpful answer. I contacted support again and was told that the item was on back order and would be shipped after the first of the year. Great price but terrible customer service.

The filters I ordered arrived promptly and the price was GREAT. I will order from Filters Fast again when needed.

Ordered a name brand refrigerator filter. Shipping was not free, net cost was about the same as in-store purchase, and the order took about 2 weeks using standard delivery. Its not worth it to order a name brand filter from the site. This site is valuable for their generic brand filters.

Up until now my experience with Filters Fast has been good. However, I ordered a filter for my refrigerator almost a month ago. The filter is still NOT here and there is no tracking information on the website or easy means to get in touch with them to find out where it is.

Filters Fast provides poor service, and now it seems that I'm stuck with costly filters for an air purifier they never sent me! On 3/23/20 I ordered the Germ Guardian 3-in-1 Air Cleaning System 22" Tower for $99.99 and 2 filters for $57.90. The filters arrived but not the Germ Guardian Tower. On 4/3, my credit card co. emailed me that Filters Fast had credited my account for $90.62. Filters Fast did not email me to let me know the Tower is not available, but I'm assuming that is why they credited my card. I don't understand why the credit amt. is less than what I paid for the Tower. I tried calling Filters Fast, but the phone just rang off the walls. I emailed, and got a stock reply saying they'd received my email, but that was all. I very much want to be refunded in full for the filters as well as the full price of the Tower, but can't seem to get anyone's attention at the company.

I was shipped the wrong filters, but when I called they emailed me a label to return the wrong ones and a short time later I received the correct ones. I expected the worst at first but they make the correction painless for me. I would deal with them again in the future. Jim

Ordered a box of 18"x30". I received a box of 10"x10", but, was still billed for 18"x30".

Fast shipping nice price on the refrigerator filters as I purchased three of them. Direct replacement for other brand that is more expensive. Getting ready to order some Spa filters for my hot tub.

I didn t change my filter for two years because I couldn t afford the prices at the big box stores. I happenened to see an ad on my iPad and couldn t believe the prices I immediately ordered one that would fit my refrigerator and received it in super fast time. Customer Service was most accommodating in replying to my request for replacement of a partial shipment. As it turns out it was my mistake by not opening the carton upon arrival. I have requested to be advised about the amount due for the duplicate shipment. Embarrassed and Sorry!!!!

I've used Filters Fast for several years now for water filters, so after getting a new furnace, I decided to check them for furnace filters. They offer a great selection, and always seem to have the best prices. I found exactly what was recommended online, at a great price. Delivery to Canada takes a little longer, but they're always honest about the ETA, and my orders have always arrived earlier than the estimate. Besides, the selection and price make it well worth the wait.

Their site was easy to use and they had what I needed and it was delivered on time.

Filters arrived on time, I guess, because they were delivered to a house on the opposite side of town.

This was my second order for filters. The first order was for furnace filter and humidifier panel. Pricing was great and filters showed up in few days! Great. This order was for GE refrigerator filters. Shipping took about a week. I wasn t in immediate need, but keep in mind if you need faster or get faster shipping. Suggest to Fastfilter to ships these in a box vs envelope. One arrived with filter box crushed. Hence 4 star I will order again.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Was having the product shipped to my office. Filters Fast did not include the suite number on the mailing label. UPS could not deliver and sent the product back to shipper. I determined what happened from UPS tracking so I had to contact Filters Fast to get them to correct their mistake. Took almost two months to get the order.

Abysmal customer service and malicious business practices. Upon purchase they did not give me $10 off as the invoice page/their ad stated. When you go to their credit card payment page their price mysteriously increases $10. I had to email them to get my money credited back to my account. Also, they refused to credit me the free shipping even though their ad said specifically "SITEWIDE FREE SHIPPING"! They claimed that I selected expedited shipping which was an outright lie. Also, you cannot call them since they do not have a phone number listed on their web site! Their website seems to be intentionally designed to maliciously overcharge their customers and conceal/obscure their shipping charges with practically invisible text/selection options. This is the most blatantly obvious malicious web site I have ever used. I vaguely remember them doing this very same thing (overcharging me) the last time I ordered from them. I very seriously doubt this is all attributed to clueless web site developers. It seems to have been designed with malicious intent.

I got my new water filter for my fridge took a few days more than expected as they were out of stock. It was still delivered in about 10 days from the time of my order, not bad for an item on back order.

They sent me a defective filter and there was no way to call them to talk about it.. I will never order from them again.

I am very happy with my filters. The price is fantastic too. Sears wanted $65.00 for one and I got 3 for $35.00. I will always shop at Filters Fast from now on.
