I've been ordering my furnace and water filters here for years and only had one complaint in this long time. One order for water filters was placed in the box loose and it broke through the box because of rattling around inside. The filter wasn't damaged but I thought it could have been boxed up better. This isn't much of a complaint for the long period of time I've been doing business here.
