DO NOT ORDER A FILTER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a filter on December 6th which was shown to be in stock. The filter did not ship out until December 12th. Then, the shipment was delayed twice with UPS stating the incorrect postal code was entered by the Filters Fast. The shipment was delivered on December 19th, but to the wrong address. I called them to discuss options for a replacement filter and was informed I would have to purchase another filter from them if I needed one immediately, but the fast shipping they have available is 2-6 days. With the Holidays this means I would not get my replacement filter until January. They also noted that I might or might not receive a refund for the filter I've already paid for.

Their customer service is horrible and the fact that they can't even ship their products to the correct address is unacceptable.

I will not be working with this company in the future.
