I received my order on time. The price was cheapest online. The Honeywell T6 thermostat I ordered worked flawlessly.

Shipping is too slow. Still don't have the filter. Plus they send out way too many e-mails and texts. Not sure if we will order from then again.

I went through the online guide to pick my filter and it chose the wrong one. When I received it, I called the company and went online. The online return was so easy I was done before an agent even came on the phone. No shipping back - just ordered me a new one. Easy. And the new filter works great!

I've used Filters Fast on more than one occasion. Their pricing is great and delivery is timely. I will use them again in the future.

Totally disappointed in the Customer Service! I ordered one product & received a lower quality substitution. They said they sent me an email a couple of days after I completed my transaction on their website, stating the product was not available at the moment & they would substitute and send a similar quality product unless I contacted them within 3 days to cancel the order. Needless to say I never received that e-mail, and I received a product that was 1/2 the quality at 1/2 the price which enabled them to now charge me shipping fees (my original order got FREE shipping). The only emails I received were the copy of my original order, and an email stating that they received confirmation that my package had been delivered to my address. I have been conversing with Customer service through many emails, and they are basically saying they did nothing wrong & are also charging me for return shipping of the product I did not order. I have given them many chances to correct the wrong by giving me a FULL refund including ALL shipping charges, but they continue to say they "can't" refund shipping costs & are stringing things along. I have conceded to their normal return policy & have shipped the product back. We will see what happens next. Be very weary, and be sure to read ALL reviews, including ones listed on the BBB site before ordering from this company. I am NOT the first one this has happened to according to reviews I've found online. Yes their prices are very good, if you can get what you ordered, but if you encounter any problems be prepared to endure a potentially long & frustrating procedure to find some closure.

Order can on time. Filter for fridge seems to be fine. I ordered they one they recommended for house filter. I have always gotten a pleated one, this one was solid, will see how well it works!

Everything was great until you need their help you call they ketp saying will call you back because they don't answer the phone they never called me back. I tried to cancel a order I got use our web site could not stop it all I got was a email your order is on its way . I sent emails all I got was a standard letter no help. Please stay away from this site you can fine everything on amazon for less cost

The website is easy to use and assists in choosing the right filter. The prices are good and shipping is relatively quick. Exchanges/returns are also easy and quick. Great service and products at a reasonable price.

Last filter order was invoiced incorrectly. Was not a large amount, it was a simple mathematical error. However, made several attempts asking that it be corrected thru FF clerical department. The response was rude with no regard for customer service.

I have been ordering from Filters Fast for several years. They are very punctual, the prices are lower than locally, and I have never had any problems with an order. I recommend them highly.

Yes I placed an order for filtered straws. In 2 weeks no shipment. I called to find out what was going on. Each day for 2 weeks I checked our account to see when the shipment would take place and all it would tell me is, it was shipping the next day, to no avail. When I called I was told it would ship in about a week. I ask where it was coming from and was told Communist China, you know Corronaviris China. You know where they create sickness, and Imprison Christians and Muslims (for EVER!!). I told the lady I was speaking to , to please cancel the order, as I for one will not buy anymore China products. DONE!!!!! and they should stop selling products from China.

Spent a lot of time looking to find our odd sized filter and you had them! Price was reasonable and they arrived before they were scheduled. Very happy with the company and quality of filter. I'll order again.

First time to try air filters. Quality appears excellent. Arrived as promised.

I ordered a water filter for my Maytag refrigerator, which turned out to be a cheap made-in-China piece of garbage. Even after running several gallons of water through the filter, I still saw some kind of fiber floating in the glass. I had to throw it away. It was cheap and I guess I got what I paid for.

After amix up on first order you straightened the problem in atimely manor.

The filter was not delivered fast. The have always delivered quickly but this time not so much. Used DHL and us post office. Disappointing.

Fantastic filter and company! Finally found these replacement filters and they are much better than the previous filters we were using. We have also noticed that the water is clean and so fresh tasting. Tastes like fresh spring water. Fast delivery, priced well and easy to install. Thank you!

After ordering I was told two items backordered with one listed for a ship date that was 6 months past. Called and was told both were being shipped. Have received one shipping confirmation but second filter is still scheduled for 3/17/17 or 7 months ago. Poor communication, poor service. I will look for another source of filters.

Having good luck with Filters Fast. I've gotten home water filters as well as air filters.

First of all, I emailed and called 30 minutes after I ordered to cancel but they said it had already shipped and there was no stopping it. That was on 8/25/16. Just got my filter today on 9/6/16. Unless they were shipping it from the moon they flat out lied. BTW, how do you call yourself "Filters Fast"???

The product was just what I ordered at a good comparison price and the delivery time was better than I expected.

They used to be a great company to do business with... They used to stock filters and had free pickup from warehouse. They now stock NO AIR FILTERS in the warehouse. They drop ship all air filter orders. I now have to pay shipping and have to wait ten to fifteen days for product. That being said, they are still cheaper than the big box stores.

Brand names as well as 'generic' replacement products available. GREAT pricing, excellent customer service, quick shipping. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Googled the part # of the filter we needed, came up with your
number. The order was shipped as promised. Want need the
filters till next winter as this was what we ordered to replace the
last filters. Sears said they were no longer available. So we were
happy to find them for our Sears humidifier which is probably
20 years old.

I was pleased with my resent order from Filters Fast. The Filters arrived in a timely manor.

Charged credit card. Didn't ship. When I pursued the non shipment, they emailed me and said they shipped when they only printed a UPS ship ticket. Customer service keeps promising shipment, but no results. Customer service manager seems unable/unwilling to call me back. CEO does not take messages. I don't know how they stay in business. Really frustrating.

RECEIVED ORDER WE DID NOT REQUEST. I HAVE STATED AGAIN AND AGAIN TO TAKE US OFF OF AUTO ORDER BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE EARS. BAD, BAD BAD.

I have purchased furnace and refrigerator filters from them. The service and shipping is good and also fast. My last refrigerator filter did not seem to work efficiently so when I called to report this they sent me a replacement filter to try out and a coupon for 10% off my next order. The customer service rep. was very pleasant, efficient and easy to deal with.

Tried several times to place an order today. When attempting to checkout the site redirects you to paypal and the redirect fails every time. Since I'm not able to enter payment info and checkout on the site I'll be buying elsewhere.

The filters came in as advertised when scheduled well packed and not damaged but the filter bowl had misleading shipping information on the website. It was advertised as a two weeks wait, turns out to be six weeks. Customer service is very hard to get a hold of by phone. Call back is not feasible since my job does not allow me carrying my phone and the hours of operations are too short. Need to extend hours to at least 6pm CT. Email reply to my concern took 3 business days. Texting was quicker. If my filter bowl comes quicker I will add a star later. I was informed by email yesterday that my filter was shipped with expected delivery late next week which is great news. Someone must have looked into my dilemma and acted. Thank you. An extra star was added. If I get it as advertised, well packed and undamaged I will give you another one.

The product was excellent, just what I needed. I would advise no one to order anything from this company. From the first day I ordered I received at least 10 emails a day from them. If you need more junk mail in your email, then this is the company to order from. Constant email that makes you regret you ever ordered anything!

Took over a month to get my filters in. The website did not say they were delayed I had to contact multiple times to find out the status. I wanna head and canceled the order due to the delay they still sent the order and did not want to give proper refund or do the cancellation horrible customer service would not suggest unless you re buying something that is in stock and they can send it out right away. Found cheaper filters on Amazon

Fast delivery, reasonable price {compared to local water softener company} and the exact same filter. After 1st filter was verified to be the correct one, I ordered 6 more.

in my opinion the overall transaction was ok, if you have purchased stuff on the internet before. The site design doesn't have small enhancements that would indicate that that my order was being prepared to ship. When it did ship I just received an email that it was sent with ZERO tracking information. No carrier info nothing.

When the packages did arrive at my door they had large dents in the sides and the filters (3 in a box) of 20X25X4) were compressed. They are just filters and if I can bend them back into shape, they will do their job so I'm not returning them. I created the account when I ordered and selected the filter emails, which can be interesting, and I can turn them off anytime.

The only piece that assured me that this was a valid company was the Google Trusted Store. They handle the card processing and PCI compliance. Would I purchase from them again? Yes.
