I've been ordering from here for a few years. Can't beat that it arrives so fast to your door for the price of having to go to a store and buy them.

Great to be able to get replacement filters for my Idyllis Air Purifiers. Fast service. No complaint with Filters Fast. Only problem was part of shipment was a day late due to USPS snafu. I recommend Filters Fast for anyone needing good filters as a sort of reasonable price.

I wish I had found Filters Fast sooner. Great service and prices. I got 3 filters for less than I used to pay for one!! Thank you!

I've been buying from Filters Fast for at least 15 years. It's easy to order. They have every filter I need. Every order was delivered perfectly.

This is a fantastic company to do business with. I have been purchasing from them for some time after changing vendors. I use the 3 M Filtrete product line. Today I needed some clarity as to which shipper was being used. I left a voicemail and was promptly called back by Aneesah who was very helpful with a shipping detail. We are located out in the desert North of Phoenix and USPS can't handle large parcels here which forces a long drive to a Post Office. She made sure it would arrive via FEDEX. Top notch service from a very caring employee. This is what earns my business. Thank-you for being a great company with great service and a stellar employee.

Great water filter and at a considerate savings too.

Still haven't received my filter, extremely unsatisfied.

Clicked on "Filter Size" after needing a size not sold in stores. Filter size I "clicked" on turned into another size upon checkout. MERV8 turned into FFM8, a difference of one inch. Did not notice the change upon check out and so I received a size I did not require from their website. But the delivery was quick and I can use the filters...though they stick out one inch from the track they sit on in the A/C.

I still haven t received my order I placed over a month ago

Filters fast is easy, consistent, fairly price reasonable. If one thing I'd ask for is add more life to duration of promotion coupons.

Well I'm not very happy with filter fast. I never got my order. Did y'all get the return package? When I checked the delivery service it said the address was invalid and I gave you my physical address and my PO Box and never recieved it at neither place. My physical address has the number out by the drive way and it's no reason why they shouldn't have known where to deliver. So I want be ordering anything else until you make it right if you will make it right.

I ordered a part for my humidifier. I was concerned after 5 days that the item had not shipped so I attempted to call the company. Unfortunately the phone number gives you a message that the only way to contact them is via text, Facebook message or web form. I opted for text. It has been 48 hours and I have had no response. I have no idea where my order is and I have no idea if there is a human even monitoring the communication modes given to their customers. I can understand that advantage of not having a direct phone line but they should be more responsive on the other options they have. I searched to find an actual phone number and found a small company that has chosen unfortunately to have the same name of filters fast and was told they recieve many calls from people attempting to contact the online company but are unable to get responses.

they had many different sizes and quantities to chose from with prompt shipping and fast delivery, best of all didn't use usps

I have been using Filters Fast for years and been mostly pleased. However, the last several orders that I have received have been damaged and I have had to straighten out the filters prior to use. It could be a carrier issue or Filters Fast, but perhaps the shipping boxes need to be strengthened.

They are great about sending me water filters on schedule. No need to try and remember when I need to replace the one in my fridge.

Best place to buy filters! I purchased filters for my furnace and they fit perfectly and arrived fast.

I placed my furnace filter order on Aug 14th. When I heard nothing about when it would ship for over a week I contacted order support on Aug 23rd and was told on Aug 24th it was out of stock due to large response but supply would be replentished on Aug 27th. Still never came. On Sept 17th I contacted order support again and this time was told the filter does not ship from them but from their supplier. The filters finally arrived a few days later. It took a month and a half and two contacts with the company to finally get my order. Not very fast especially when they billed my credit card when I placed the order instead of when it finally shipped a month and a half later. Kinda backwards if you ask me. Their name is misleading and not reflective of their service.

I ordered a filter that was in stock on 3/15/2019. I called a couple of weeks later and was told it will ship today. I called again a few days later and asked why it showed in progress on the filtersfast web site. I was told on 4/5/2019 that it would ship out on that day or the following day. Neither happened. The rep also said that they had 1400 of the filters I ordered in stock and there was no reason it didn t ship much sooner. I finally received a message on 4/8/2019 that it was shipping that day. It isn t due to arrive until 4/15/2019. The customer service rep lied to me. I will buy my filters elsewhere from now on.

I ordered filters for our dehumidifier. They came quickly. The website was very clear as to which filter I needed to order.

While my ordering process was wonky, and neither the website texting option nor calling worked at all - I got a text later apologizing and applying the discount that had disappeared when I ultimately went ahead and placed my order. My filters arrived in a timely manner - and I'll give Filters Fast another chance the next time I need filters. GREAT SERVICE RECOVERY!

Filter didnt fit I returned them in the supplied envelope and label and never got credit called co they said they had no record of my return but would credit my credit card Thats been couple three months ago .I would not do business with them again

Ordered filters First because of the price Per filter. Hesitant about the quality after order but we I received my 6 filters, they were great. Better than other filters I have gotten and the quality is better!

they have the filters I need for furnace and water and also had a part that was hard to find but they had it. The filters came fast, the part was kind of slow, but I didn't mind because I knew it was on it's way. Thanks

They are fast to charge your credit card, but god forgive you have to send something back, and have to wait for a credit ! They are nice as punch when you call, but that's where it ends. The check is in the mail, and you wait, and you wait, and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, I spent money to return the product, tracked it, and know they have it for weeks. Needless to say, I am not buying from filterfast again.

Ordered 3 filters. Only 2 showed up in the box with no packing slip or invoice. Emailed them and got a reply that the 3rd filter was on back order. A note or info referring to the missing item would of been nice in the first delivery. The 3rd filter did finally arrive.

I needed a filter for my ancient recirculating range hood. This company has everything! I made the mistake of buying one initially that said it would fit every range hood with a certain model number, without checking the dimensions - and it didn't fit. But Filters Fast made the return process easy and painless. And their phone support team helped me find the right one, which is installed and working well.

this is not a good company, I ordered a range hood filter with lens replacement and they charged my credit card then shipping was supposed to be 4-10 days, I was fine but on the 13th day when I called to find out why when i tracked my info it said it was paid but i haven't received my package they told me they don't carry that item, I think its messed up that they sold me an item that they don't carry and then waited for me to call them to find out what was going on, in that time i could have went to a different company now i have to wait for my refund and go somewhere else and really needed it now.
i will never send business their way.

Filters Eventually. Not fast. I really want to like these guys, but they need to work on speed. It took them three days to tell me that one of the several items I ordered was out of stock. I then ordered that item from Amazon and it arrived before the filters fast package was even in the USPS tracking system. If you don't really need the filters soon, they are fine. If you need filters FAST, I suggest someone else.

My first order never arrived due to some bad tracking on my order never arriving, After I contacted your company you reshipped and I finally received my order.

My experience with this company has not been great so far. I ordered a filter on 7/22/16 (in stock). It didn't ship until 7/25/16, and as of 8/4/16 I still have not received the filter. The tracking originally said it would be delivered on 8/1. The prices at this company were a little bit cheaper, but it would have been worth it to spend a little more and get the filter faster. I most likely will not order from them again, or recommend them to anyone.

I got filters for half the price our AC contractor wanted

We were happy to find the original manufacturer's filter. The last one we got was a generic version and it clogged up the tube. Then the water backed up onto the basement floor.

when filters are order we receive them within days and it saves us time running to the hardware stores in town that don't handle the filters we need for our humidifiers.

Just got the water filters for my fridge and it seems to be working great. I can definitely tell a difference in the water as we use the filtered water in everything including our pup's, Sophie, water bowl! These were a great price for the 3 pak as well!!!
