My experience with Filter Fast Has been VERY positive. They deliver their orders fast and efficient.

their prices are good, but not sure they should be called "filtersFast". I placed an order on 10/27 for 2 filters. One took 10 days to show up, still waiting for the second one

The price of the filter was just a few dollars more than the local big box store. This product has not preformed as it should. I've had it over a month and the water still has an odd taste. I have run about fifteen gallons of water through it and the taste has not improved. Next time I need a filter I'll spend the few extra dollars at the big box store.

I've ordered twice from this company and both times ordered 3 water filters for my refrigerator. Both times one of the filters had a broken prong which caused water to leak. The first time the sent a replacement with no problem, the second time they said it had been longer than the 3 months they allow for replacement. I called and was told they would ship me a new one out. Here's the deal, you BETTER inspect all three filters when they arrive. I didn't know about the 3 month limit. At the end of the day it's better to just buy them at Home Depot, so you don't have to deal with the hassle of broken filters. I mean this is 2017, you make a purchase and it's instant, you have a problem and it's slower than the pony express to get anything done. I'm using what I've paid for and choosing another option next time.

Wasn t my intention to buy 2 6pks at the same time , as your web site has changed . At first I couldn t find any of my history, when I placed the order using pay pal it shows up as waiting or on hold , so I follow the order but didn t realize I was placing another order. Also price has gone off the deep , as a returning customer I didn t get any 5$ off , no free shipping and I m paying more , about 4$ each more . I buy from you because I need a higher rating . Thank you all the same . You have my business.

Charged me $40 for 2 day FedEx shipping and didn't ship out for 6 days. Needless to say it was more like 7 day shipping. Refused to refund me for the shipping costs. Will never do business with them again. Take your business else where, customer service is horrible if something goes wrong and you need to be refunded because of an issue on their end you will not get any resolution. I had been a customer of the company for 3 years and get treated like this.

Great service, outstanding value. Bought three filters, each for about half of what I normally pay for one. Water tastes no different than from the more expensive filters. Thank you for helping us save some $$$.

product arrived quickly. Even though it was listed as for my model, I had to change the wiring harness and the wire bale and cut an opening for the fill hose. A little adjustment was needed for cube size and it worked fine.

The filter is advertised as a replacement for X6670, but was undersize in all three dimensions. It was otherwise well made and sturdy. Fourteen feet of 1/8 weatherstripping made it a reasonably snug fit in the air handler.

Filter was on back order and took 2 weeks to get herr. Didn't know until after order was placed and paid for. Had I known this I would have ordered from Amazon. Was only $1 more.

I ordered two cases of normal AC filters for my home. One came right. The other is still not here. I understand that in this time of Covid, filters may be at a premium. I just wish that Filters Fast had told me when I ordered that one of the sizes needed was not available. It's been two months...still no filters!!

I ordered a refrigerator water filter 3 weeks ago and it hasn t arrived. Never had problems in the past so maybe the shipper lost it.

Quality at a good price. Standard shipping a bit slow but expected these days.

Delivery was very speedy and i put in my cupboard. When the one I just pie in needs replacing I'm all set.

Ordered filters for my refrigerator. Buying a pack of three wasn't that much more than just purchasing one locally at a retail level. Filters came within a week and worked fine.

We had surprisingly poor experience with the company trying ordering filters for our fridge. The customer service does not respond to the point sending back proforma answers.
First we ordered incorrect filters which was not possible to return - the company offered partial refund. (Were we too small a customer? How environmentally friendly is this practice?)
Then we ordered correct filters. The charge was quick but the delivery was expected in two months only. When trying to cancel the order and get the refund, we were informed that the filters can be shipped no problem. To our surprise, the company sent filters from the first order, the incorrect ones...
We ended up owning a bunch of unnecessary filters.

Was looking for a honeywell FC100A1037 Merv 11 high efficiency filter that was 20x25x4 on the internet and discovered filterfast.com. The price was one of the lowest. Decided to take a chance and ordered 2 filters. What closed the deal was I could use PayPal for payment which I felt gave me security in getting a refund if it was needed. Filterfast used FedEx for shipping and I received the filter quickly. I will buy from them again. Good company! Good Product! Great service! Very satisfied!

Horrible..... You call there phone number and you cant talk to a live person. You can only send a text or email them. Have left several emails without a response yet they continue to send filters every month that we do not want or need anymore!!! Cannot cancel because they just don't respond. Look at other reviews people say the same exact thing... Do Not do business with this company !!!!

i hate to give a bad review but...i ordered a 2-pk of filters twice & both times they sent the same single pack of a total different filter. they did refund me but waiting & hassle was all i got.

Your phone associates have inconsistent attitudes. The first one I spoke with was surly and short. I thanked her and promptly disconnected. I called later and spoke with a nice helpful associate who easily resolved the questions and completed the conversation.
The order arrived a bit later than expected but in these disturbed times that was understandable..Overall it was a good experience.

Honeywell tripled the price of filters for their Quietcare humidifiers so I had no choice but to look for them elsewhere. I found filters at Filters Fast for half the Honeywell price, so I ordered enough to get me through winter. They came after a week or so later and were trimmed to exactly the right size. The filters work just as well for half the price. What more could you want?!

I just want to say that this was a good experience. I ordered online and received my filter within a short period of time and for a lower price than the manufacturer . The product was comparable to my original filter and works great. I will be ordering from Filters Fast from now on.

Last year my order was perfect, when I re-ordered this year they charged $20.+ extra and they would not let me cancel order, told me it was through a third party,....?! I will never use Filter Fast again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone

Everything is ok except they have not been delivered yet. They may come yet today, except this is a holiday, then it should be tomorrow.

Read carefully! "Compatible replacement" does NOT mean "equal to." Filter I received was not NFS certified and removed only chlorine--no chemicals! When I called, service agent said their filters are "compatible" but not the same as originals. Their advertisements are misleading (at best.)

I am on an automatic schedule to receive my refrigerator filters and my HVAC whole house filters twice per year. Prices are good and I do not have to remember what filter I need or when I need to replace mine.

Customer service does not exist with this company. You end up on an endless loop of classical music. Management thinks everything can be fixed by using a computer and not talking to a person. I have been trying to talk to a person at this company for 50 minutes now and just get endless loop of classical music. Have been buying filters from them for 7 years but I guess it is time to find a new supplier. Can't even send me an email notificaion of my order but they can send it to my wife's email address and she has never ordered filters from them. Absolutely pitiful customer service.

After receiving damaged filters poorly packaged from Amazon, I forgot about the free shipping and ordered from Filterfast. Reasonable, and immediate response.

We have used Filters Fast multiple times for our fridge filter replacement. Prices and shipping are reasonable and ordering is easy. This time when I ordered I was prompted by Filter Fast to order a less expensive filter called Aquafresh . I accepted and installed it in the fridge when it arrived. It has been there for a month and just recently our water has began to taste different. It has taken on a salty chlorine flavor. In the future I will stick with the filters we have used in the past.
