Most appalling company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. If your child's school is offering chromebooks through them, do not sign up. If they do agree to repair it will take them months to return it and apparently if it stops working for no obvious reason they'll tell you it is general wear and tear and refuse to fix it. You are then left with a monthly payment for an unusable item. Communication is exceptionally poor
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Fact remains they messed up on pricing and used every excuse possible to walk away. The final excuse was we had our lease agreement re-worded and signed too quickly... Apparently changing it within a couple of hours (bearing in mind we share the building with the company we lease from) is too quick and has meant they cannot trade with us.
Very bad customer service. Useless service never trust them again.
