I ordered two filters, they sent me one filter that was the wrong item delay be 2 weeks. Now, I have to pay to return the wrong filter to them. My guess is that normally this company is fine, but when an order goes bad, it goes really bad. God help you if they screw up your order...
Side note, you have to do everything online to process the return... which is some much fun. So happy to pay money to waste my time solving a problem that they created, and still not getting the filters I needed in the first place.
