I used Filters Fast as recommended by a vendor for one of my stores. The part we needed for the water filters was about $250 cheaper than that at other companies. I placed the order, received confirmation stating that the part would ship the following day. Delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Okay perfect. I can save money, with little wait. Well- 3 weeks later I ended up cancelling my order for a refund. No communication from the company that the part I needed was on backorder until April 15th (a month and a half after I placed the order). I had to send customer service 2 separate e-mails to even receive a response about when my part would ship. There was nothing on the website saying it was on backorder or anything. Ended up paying the extra $250 for better service... Sometimes filter parts can't be waited on. I would have liked to been informed ahead of time or in a timely manner of my e-mails. I am supposed to get a full refund- but we will see if that happens. I expected much more out of this company. I hope it is better for you all. I had high hopes. I will say that after I expressed my interest in cancelling- I received responses asap. Funny.
