Filters Fast has in the past always been a great company to do business with. Ordered many filters in the past years. Recently I had an unpleasant experience. I ordered 6 Maytag UKF8001 as I always do by directly accessing my record. I was notified that my filters were on back order.

Shortly after I receive one Whirlpool Filter. Insert in the delivery package indicating that I was being sent one filter and the other 5 filters were on back order and would be sent when they had them in stock. Further more there was no explanation that the Maytag filters I had always ordered were replaced by the Whirlpool filter they sent me.

When I called in to eliminate the confusion. I was told that Filters Fast posted a notice on their home page that the the filters had be replaced. Note I didn't have to go to the home page because I have my own record as a past customer. No explanation why they wouldn't let me know that they we shipping me one filter from my order and the other 5 would be shipped later.

The site allowed me to order items that were out of stock without warning me. It said they try to ship within 6 days. Nearly three weeks later, nothing had happened. I received no update from them in that time and had to contact them. They said they expected to ship a few days later, so I didn't cancel, but they missed that deadline as well. I contacted them again to cancel and was told two days later that the items had shipped--and received the auto-notification hours later. Their name is ironic. I will not use them again.

I feel really good about this company. I moved from having fresh well water to nasty Sacramento water. I needed a new filter for over a year but some friend said that they were hundreds of dollars which I didn't have. I read how important it was to filter our water and what is filtered out, so I gave it them a chance. It was so easy to find the right filter and it was delivered so much faster than I was quoted. Also, you got a price break by ordered more than 1. I am going to be diligent now changing that filter because that price savings made it worth it!

This is the most expensive review I had ever posted. It cost me over $50.00 which is the amount of my order. I never got my item and basically I lost. I reached out to the company for answers and all I got was an email that my item was delivered.I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER purchase or recommend this company to anybody. if you are reading these reviews looking to find out what kind of company they are STOP and read no more they are not responsible with your items and this is the reason why they keep low prices. When I pursued the non shipment, it was a dead end. Customer service keeps promising shipment, but no results. If you want to try this company "roll the dices and take your chances. i would read and comment on your review. Very frustrating.

Purchased GE Waterfilters from FiltersFast. They were delivered promptly and were installed without problem. They are working as described and I am pleased that the cost was less than what I would have paid at Lowes or Home Depot

My new filter came with a handy this up sticker. So I popped out the old one and popped in the new one, shut the filter door and my filter door popped of the fridge and the new filter was hanging out a couple of inches.
I shined a light into the filter rotated the filter left a quarter turn and it filled with water like normal.
I contacted Filters Fast and was informed that it s not their fault since the manufacturer placed the sticker. I get that, but could someone hook up a phone number to the manufacturer instead of quickly telling me to buzz off

Ordered so we could get the filter fast, but we are waiting and waiting, and waiting. We ordered the filter Jan 31st, it s now the 5th of February, and not date as to when we ll get it!
Also the price shot up with no warning, and they sent me an Email with a $5 off coupon the day after I placed my order!
Site says one thing, receipt said another, and final bill was even higher.

Great filters and fast delivery. But shipping via fastpost is not desirable three filters in boxes packed in a box container does not fit well in a rural type mailbox. Postman got it in but I could hardly get it out! To help protect the product need to have 3 filters shipped in a slightly larger box that won't fit mailbox or ship regular ups not sure Post!

Filters Fast is an outstanding business. Their water filters are exactly the same as the filters being sold by the manufacturer of our refrigerator, at a fraction of the manufacturer s price. I used to like this company, but no more. In September, my auto-delivery of 3 water filters (which I had been ordering for a couple of years) was initiated on Sep. 2. 9 days later the filters still had not shipped and no notification was sent from FF, so I texted customer care and was told that they had a shipment delay from the vendor. Filters finally shipped on Sep. 14 and received a few days later; all was good.

On Oct. 21, auto-delivery was initiated again and shipped Nov. 1, I was charged $46.70. Received filters Nov. 8 but noticed they were a different brand. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the new brand was 25 micron, and I require 5 micron due to the fine particulates in my well water. I emailed customer care and was told that I needed to return the filters, which I did on Nov. 14. By Nov. 26, I had not heard anything so I texted customer care with order info for a status, no reply received. On Nov. 28, I texted again, customer care said return had been received, refund has been issued.

On Nov. 29, I received another text from customer care and was told that the return had NOT been received. I replied that I had been told that it had. On Nov. 30, I received another text apologizing for the confusion; they would check on the status. On Dec. 5, I had received no further response from customer care, so I again texted a request for a status on the return and was told a return had been processed. On Dec. 7, a refund of $30.76 was deposited to my checking account.

To summarize: FiltersFast substituted a different filter without my permission or knowledge. I was charged $46.70 and refunded only $30.76, so THEIR MISTAKE cost me $15.94 even though I had told them they should not charge me for return shipping.

I will NEVER do business with this company again and suggest you don't either.

Ordered the wrong filter and the website won't let me get through the return process to get a shipping label. Have tried different web browsers thinking that was the problem. Still no fix. Have called the support number for the last 3 days with no return phone call and waiting on hold for 20 min each time. Do people work here?
Ordered the correct filter after ordering the wrong one and it has already come. Still no customer support though. Make sure you get it right the first time because they won't ever pick up the phone when the website can't handle your issue.

I have placed two orders with your company over the last two weeks. So far you have not fulfilled either satisfactorily. The first order one of the three packages sent was lost by the delivery company. Still waiting for the
replacement package to be sent. Order not complete. The second order I placed for size 19.5 X 19.5. You shipped 20 X 20. this size is on the shipping label, on the box and on the filters themselves. Instead of sending a return label and re-sending the correct size you want me to take pictures of the box, labels and want me to take a picture of me measuring the filters themselves. When you text or email them, you get a generated reply to tell you they will be in touch. I've never received another reply from them. I told them to cancel another delivery because I already received my order. They sent another one. Then when I requested return labels, they charged me and took the money out of the credit. I told them I wanted auto-delivery every year and never heard a word. It was never like this in the past. I don't know if I will continue to do business with them.

My order was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. I selected standard delivery so there was no rush.The FilterFast items fit perfectly. Using the FilterFast items saved me a LOT of money. I recommend them, their products, and value. I am now a regular customer.

I love ordering my A.C. filters through Filters Fast. My orders are handled promptly, great communication, and delivered straight to my door. I order 6 months to a year's worth at a time. For the same price of lower grade filters locally, I'm able to buy a higher grade filter which means cleaner air and less dusting. It's the only way to go when you have pets and live on a street with heavy traffic. Pet odor is almost non existent with these filters. I highly recommend them. They have a huge selection with great prices.

I love the automatic re-order system for our refrigerator filter. We all have busy lives and to have to stop and get the filter #, get on the internet or the phone and re-order is just a pain. Knowing that once our "Order Filter" light pops on, the filter is already magically on its way!
