Their customer service rep lied to us when we call...

Their customer service rep lied to us when we called to ask why our filters had not shipped (she stated that they were a special order and we had been told that) we hadn't. She stated that they would ship the 25th, instead they shipped the 5th two days after our call. The filters have been in Colorado for a week, taking a tour I guess. They arrived in Colorado on Monday and they won't be delivered for another eight days. The savings are nice but the slow boat to China shipping and being lied to hardly make it worth while.
