I ordered filters for my humidifier and even though they wound up being on back order, I was kept apprised of what was going on with my order via email. I even received an email to let me know while I was waiting that they hadn't forgotten about me. I felt that was very professional, that my business mattered, you don't get that all the time. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
