Company trolled me for email address with lure of free shipping and $5 off claim they didn't make the offer.... a dozen emails in 3 days...yeah they knew what they're doing. Try contacting these yahoos, not likely to happen. Buy from anyone else.

We usually love the filters we get from Filters Fast, but this last one we put on really leaves the water with a chemical taste. We ran water through it first and we've had it on now for over a month and I think the chemical taste is finally going away.

I received the package in two day which was great.. When I opened the package one of the gasses was broke.. Returned the package the same day. Requested another package to be sent.

The product purchased was spot on for quality and correctness. The company handle the order very well. However, it needs to improve on the shipping time, so it can live up to its business name. A little lengthy on receiving the product.

DO NOT order a filter from this place. It's kind of ironic that the name of this company is "Filter's Fast" since it took me over two weeks to get my item shipped to me. Their customer service is poor, and the shipping takes forever. There are much better options out there than this company.

Recently purchased water filters for our refrigerator. Filters Fast had very reasonable price and delivered on time thus my 5 star rating.

The filters I ordered arrived quickly. I ordered them using the site's compatibility recommendation in July. It's my own fault for not checking them upon arrival, but when I opened them up two days ago they were not even close to being the correct filter. Moral of the story: if you order from Filters Fast, check them out IMMEDIATELY. Went back to ordering from the maker of my refrigerator.
Update 10/22/19 I have to increase my rating to four stars. I contacted Filters Fast via email, explaining what had happened. Their customer service department called me the next day. After discussing the situation, the representative told me a full refund would be issued. It took a few weeks, but I have received a full refund. Excellent customer service.

The first set of three did not work, the first did not allow water to move, the second leaked and did not allow the ice maker to work. I did not try the 3rd. I just received another set and maybe after my 50 dollar filter goes out I will try the next 3. I have a LG that I purchased back in 2013.

I have ordered a water filter for my 5 drawer KitchenAid refrigerator 3 times. Three times I received the wrong one and had to return it. I did receive a refund but a fee was deducted each time. I fear that by trying to order again the result will be the same. I need the filter so if you can assure me that I will receive the correct one, I will order again.

I ordered for a Sears and it didn't fit. Took several weeks to arrive. Can't return because I took it out of the package.

I am so happy with my refrigerator filter purchase. They fit perfect, filter the water great and the price can't be beat. I used to pay about $50 a filter at hardware stores. My filters through filter fast were over 75% off the hardware store prices, they gave me free shipping, and since it was my first order, they gave me an extra $5 off. I highly recommend this product.

Between slow handling, shipping and a screw up with USPS, we never got our filter as it was returned to warehouse. I had to as for a refund and lost my shipping cost because of the whole ordeal. I will never order again from Filers Fast(slow)!

Couldn't find the kenmore fridge filter anywhere. Found the proper water filter and asked to have it delivered within 5 days. Got there in 2. I'll be back....ps...the price beats everyone else by far.

I enjoy getting the filter I need for my refrigerator delivered on a regular basis so I never worry about trying to find it locally.

I had a great experience dealing with Filters Fast. Delivery time was reasonable, price was best and they installed just like the OEM and my previous seller could not beat the price or quality. Works just like the OEM filter.

Terrible experience. Took them five weeks to send me the wrong RO faucet. They denied it until I sent them a photo of the SKU I had ordered which was different from the one they had sent. They then insisted I pay $7.99 to ship back the wrong one they had mailed. Had to repeatedly refuse to pay for return shipping until they sent me a label as a "one time courtesy." In addition to wasting all that time I now have to drive to a UPS office. This is the first review I've written in probably five years. Will never do business with them again.

Received order fast. Filters are manufacturer's product, not some other brand.

Poor excuse for a business wish i could give zero stars. When i ordered filters for my new refrigerator the website only asked for manufacturer and style so i assumed this company knew the correct filter to send, website didn't require anything else, so i ordered 3 thinking what a great price. Then they came and of course they were wrong. I thought no problem till of course i tried to use same website to do a return. Thats when everything became difficult. I couldn't remember the password for my account and tried to reset it except the website would not let me. I tried 7 times to reset it and kept getting message that said invalid email or password even though i had just changed it. Then i tried to call, HA! They won't talk to you on the phone. I waited the first time i tried to call 30 minutes and still nothing and they have an option for them to call you back and guess what i was in class and could not answer so that was not a bit helpful. I started this process at 8:30 AM and now it is 4:33 PM I've tried to call them back and you either get a buzy signal that sounds like phone is off the hook or you get a worthless voicemail. I have left several messages that they tell you they will return before end of business day and like i said ive heard nothing from them and i've $45 dollars worth of useless filters that don't fit. Poor business model! 4:38 now still no call. Save headache and go to lowes or home depot and play full price at least you'll get the right filter.

All products come quickly and just what I've ordered.

Easy to use website. They had obscure filters for older equipment that we needed. Filters came promptly. Order a filter wrench and somehow got wrong size. (Might be my fault, not sure). They immediately credited us for wrong size filter, no problem. We will order again from filters fast.

They are the wrong size so had to send them back don't know if I will get the right size but I will never get my money back. So any one reading this please don't buy from these guys but if you have money to burn and don't care about customer service by all means waste your money on them

I use a rather obscure size of furnace filter, but Filters Fast stocked them. Three arrived within just a few days, and I am a very satisfied customer.

When I got the filter it just did not quite fit right in my refrigerator. It was not off by much but it was enough that I was not going to use any more force then I had already tried. That is the reason for the 3 stars. I will say the return procedure and policy was top notch. I could not have been easier. I was out the shipping cost, but that was a small price to pay to try out Filters fast for the convenience of getting replacement filters. I would recommend giving them a try if it works the convenience of getting them delivered is worth the risk.

I have a rather old Duracraft humidifier and it is getting increasingly more difficult to find the proper water wick to use in it.. Filters Fast had the right filter and it was easy to find and order. Thank you for speedy service.

Get what I need at a reasonable price. Easy to use web site. If you need help, they are on the ball and accommodating. Easy tracking shipment. Found them when I couldn't find product elsewhere.

If someone told me about the customer service at filter fast I would not have believed them. I placed my first order with them my product arrived damaged. I filled out the form on the website. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. I am getting the impression that they dont care. My real concern is the manner in which my order was packed and shipped. Protecting my order was never thought about during shipping. The price was right but I have yet to receive any thing for my money 16 days later. I contacted customer support 8 days ago. My patience has been exhausted. Your reply to this review does nothing to resolve my issue I can't then reply back to you!

The Kenmore refrigerator water filter does not fit my model. Its too long and it can lock in place as it protrudes 3 inches out

Ordered 5 filters 3 of one type and 2 of the another. I was told they were on backorder. I then received a filter I never ordered. Then 3 separate shipments of 3 of the 5 filters. They still cannot figure out the mess. I know this they charged me for all the filters ordered so taking payment is not an issue. Getting the right orders out seems to be a major problem with different people answering emails and not communicating with each other.

Been ordering from Filters Fast for at least 4 years with no problem. However, this year not only have I NOT received my pool filters even after a month has passed, when I called to check on delay, told they were backordered. Never received an email stating such and trying to cancel order is impossible. Still on hold after 90 minutes! Never again...

You have several filters to choose from depending on what you need. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and delivery is unbelievably fast, almost always within 2 days! I will always order my filters here!
