Elegant and charming, this was our favorite stay in Fiji. Amazing buffet breakfast with choices for everyone. Swimming pools were beautiful and clean. Staff were very helpful. Handy 'Bulla' buses to help get you around. All the kids here looked like they were having a good time.
We only spent two nights here.
Wish it was more.
Couldn't fault this place or the staff.
Wow the Villas with private plunge pool shared between four Villas is amazing with the two adjoining rooms making it great for a family. The Villa has kitchen with cooking facilities including nespresso coffee machine (buy some pods before you come or you can get at Hilton shop for a premium 10 with set you back FJ$30). Has washing machine and drier plus separate bath and shower. Very roomy unit with a gas BBQ, you can get meat packs from the Deli or my favour short drive in taxi from Denerau and get you meat fro South Pacific Butchery owned by an Australian and Vegas from Nadi market (round trip in taxi included waiting time FJ$40)
Food is expensive at the Hilton if you want cheaper meal options go the the port for dinner or Diakoku Japanese 10mins drive and in taxi costing FJ$20
ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING
I wouldn t recommend anyone to stay there !!!
we stayed there for 3 nights for the beginning of our honeymoon. As we arrived I clearly had told them that we would like to stay the 3 nights in the same room (as I made 2 seperate bookings by mistake), even though we mentioned we are on our honeymoon they gave us a room in the busiest part where the pool was and kids were constantly running around. On the last day we went for our breakfast and then our morning swim, came back at 11am and we couldn t get in the room, our card was deactivated, my husband went to check with them and they wouldn t fix the card saying we need to move to another room as this room is now taken I was in my bikini sitting there for 3 hours being locked out of my own room, and the funny thing is they weren t even telling us the truth, and after my husband just lost it and got angry they gave us a new key, went in the room and they kept on disturbing us with calling and coming to our room saying the owner of the villa is coming and we need to move, by 5pm I was so angry I told them not to call again, at the end I received a call from the manager saying that they ve made a mistake double booking it... how is that my issue, you made a mistake, either give the other person an upgraded room or refund me a day. they made so much trouble for us for a day, they really should ve refunded us a day for the inconvenience they ve caused, and we didn t even get an apology. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I wouldn t go there or recommend anyone to go there.
Beautiful property and rooms. Highly recommend the Hilton as it really is a piece of paradise! Great food - the pizza at the cafe was some of the best I have had.
On a more negative note,
Through no fault of Hilton, we fell victim to a cancelled day tour (it was cancelled on us twice which seems fishy but that's another story). While the tour company rebooked another trip, with so few days to explore the islands, the time spent dealing with this could have been better spent.
I also felt Hilton fell short in "making it right" as per their corporate mandate. After some discussion, we are thankful for the fruit/wine but felt a restaurant or spa credit would have been more fitting - but at the Fiji Hilton those are not offered....this too we felt odd based on our prior Hilton experiences.
While I recognize it was not Hilton's issue to "make right" but as the bigger company, they could have taken the opportunity to leave a more lasting positive impression on us (frequent travellers).
One of the Best Resort visited so far..Staf is so humble to help you in evry bit. And food is delicious..Every dish tried was like amazing than previous one..Dont give a thought just go and I can bet you wont step out of the property to enjoy...you will get water sports-Jet ski, kayaking, scuba dive along with 24hr gym, spa, 4 Restaurants, 6 common pools along with seperate pool villas, etc...But save good amount of money before executing your plans for this property..
Wonderful resort in a very convenient part of town. We stayed here for the last few days of our trip to Fiji to be closer to the airport. We had such a wonderful room with a semi-private pool, lounge area and hammock. The room had a full kitchen, a large and very luxurious bathroom and a comfortable bed. We didn't end up leaving our room once. Everything you needed in a self-contained unit. It even included a washer and dryer. The only downside was the beach. It was quite mucky and not swimmable.
Amazing. Had a great time! Everyone is so friendly and hospitable! So much variety for breakfast and plenty of options of things to do throughout the day.
For a 5 star hotel the service was crab. Although the facilities are nice, the hotel staff was not able to provide us with a room in time. We arrived early but could not even get a room to the official check in times but had to wait until 5 until we finally got it. Until then we stayed about 1,5 hours at the reception until everything got clarified.
We only stayed for 1 night here but could not enjoy it!
Great place, awesome views, great swimming pool, staff are amazing.
Food was good, but the standard of the rooms were not as expected.
The staff was nice ad friendly the location is very good, great pool and close to the beach.
The room was not so clean, old furniture and bathroom, open lobby full with mosquitos.
On the pricey side, but staff and facilities are amazing.
Shahil in particular from the restaurant size was real helpful.
Rooms are standard sized, beds are comfy
The service saved this stay, the hotel itself is getting old and worn out, we had a really noisy A/C and a room that felt like it was not used in months. The Fijian service was great though
Relaxing but expensive like all of denerau. Food nothing outstanding but nice. Adults only area great for relaxing if you don't have children. Double billing with friends but was sorted along with. Being ripped off taking a denerau taxi to lautoka. Would have been a lot cheaper taking local taxi. Wasn't told how much it was going to cost before we organized. Probably would not stay again. Maybe our expectations were too high given the Hilton brand.
The best of the Denerau hotels and the beachfront massage is so good!!
Spent a relaxing weekend with family and friends .enjoyed the beach and pool and sunset. The spa was fantastic value.
I have just returned from the Hilton after the cyclone, we were at red alert and confined in our rooms with out any food for 24 hours, as we had to stay one extra night because of the cyclone we had to sleep in a waterlogged room (3802) for that night, I just did not appreciate that I was charged $ 550 for the privilege, a waterlogged room, no room service for two days, no food, I know that the cyclone is not the fault of the hotel, but being charged in excess of the normal rate is a bloody disgrace, this is blatant highway robbery , Hal Niemeyer, Sydney
Love Fiji! Hotel staff were amazing. So kind and friendly. Food and drinks were very expensive though.
So beautoful, we got a free upgrade. For our one night stay. I wish it could have been longer. The bar staff in the adults only area were amazing. The price for the accommodation is very reasonable. It can get expensive to eat and drink there though - not what we are used to whilst travelling. Thankyou to all the amazing staff.
The absolute wonderful place with a beach view. Amazing rooms with all amenities needed for your everyday needs. Wonderful staff. People are very friendly.
Lovely setup, great rooms, awesome dining, well thought out pool setup from kids to adults, live bands, cozy beach front, amazing staff, way too many to add
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton which began with an upgrade to a very well appointed self contained two bedroom unit. The only downside was the distance from the main reception area and some facilities which require a reasonable walk or taking advantage of the transport options that ran the length of the accommodation on a regular basis.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and Beverage excellent.
disgusting manager and service and female bar lady was horrible! the guy who just got a job at the pool bar near spa treatment was the only nice person. would never stay here you made me and my required assistance dog so unwelcome and unwanted even tho we were spending money and was only there due to surfers paradise hilton giving me bad service I was given a free massage here as a sorry but your location was even worse
Highly recommend! Everything was perfect. Definitely coming back to the Hilton to drink kava and enjoy the company of the awesome staff.
It s cozy. Quiet. Polite and nice staff. Calm ocean. Beautiful views of the islands and mountains ...
Such a beautiful location ! Right on the beach. Sunsets & sunrises are amazing
Its really an awesome place for family holidays lot of kids activities.
Relaxed deck setting with the option to sit inside or outside. The view was beautiful. We walked along the beach from Sofitel to find this restaurant which was better than the one at the Sofitel. It has a wider range of lunch options and also includes a build your salad option. The food was delicious!
It was a room under two stories. The view from the room is the best. The scenery of a tropical resort that can not be said. Hammock was also good.
After checking in, the porter took me to the room with a cart and explained the room. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was good too.
Booked a beachfront room.. and it was amazing. It's a beautiful duplex that can comfortably accommodate four people. Wish had booked it for more days!
Close to the city centre of Nadi and the hotel itself is backed right onto the beach. Lovely views and friendly attentive staff. Well worth a stay especially for a romantic break.
We have been here for our honeymoon and I was not disappointed. Friendly and very lovely people working at this resort. Food at the adults pool was always very good. We did appreciate the very welcoming feeling every staff has given us. I do recommend anyone to come here and have some days "off"
Just ok. For the money spent I'm sure there's much better.
Breathtaking views right here at Koro Restaurant Hilton Fiji Resort.
Fantastic resort to stay at, staff are friendly and professional
Been here twice before. Probably the classiest resort on this strip of hotels. The new adults pool and restaurant gives you a chance for some peace and quiet if thats what your looking for.
I do find the service a bit below par for a top hotel. But this is Fiji and nothing happens in a hurry.
The daily activities were virtually non existant and wasnt exactly encouraged which was a bit lazy from some of the resort staff.
The rest of the staff however are friendly polite which is what you expect here.
Overall would i stay here again?
Probably although it is getting a bit too expensive and the food needs to improve.
Love the place but service and food can be improved.
It can be said as the longest hotel at Denarau , yet has the best ocean veiw with outstanding staff. It is one of the best hotels I've been too.
Fantastic pools & absolutely beautiful staff. I dont think the beach front room we stayed in is 5 star..is a bit tired basins need upgrading..fridge wasnt cold enough & old..pillows were terrible..but the air conditioning was great. The food was nice but is way overpriced ridiculous $60 for a pizza $60 for a steak sandwich & drinks $12-18 for a beer come on seriously?? & the staff are way under paid they are the cover for the Hilton & they do an amazing job..get your act together & pay your staff better!!! Would i go back to the hilton? Only cause the staff are awesome!!
Lovely resort and awesome rooms!! Get a massage at the spa!
Whilst a lovely place to stay with big rooms, friendly staff and lovely views...Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa lacks a bit of personality for it's price.
This place has pretty good customer service from Porters to buggy drivers
Hilton is a hilarious holiday destination. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are great. It's full of recreational activities.
Excellent Hospitality and Very friendly staff
Perfect location for a relaxing holiday destination near the beach, near the Nadi airport and town and restraunts and bars near the large pools in the hotel
Very hygienic hotel and beautiful presented room
Everything about Hilton is beautiful and friendly
Terrific location to Port Denarau, friendly staff, nice upgrade as elite member and improving landscaping.
Beautiful views and very friendly staff! Buggies to take you to anywhere you want to go when you're feeling too lazy to walk!
Spent 8 days at this resort with my family. The staff the hotel is fantastic. They separated the kids from the adults as they had 2 pools and the activities staff kept my daughters entertained for most of the day it was great! Will definitely be going back when I have the chance too.
Beautiful villas. Food is pretty good. Breakfast has decent variety. Some of the villas are quite far from the lobby so you can take the bulla express (a golf cart which runs like a bus). There are shops at the lobby which have some good gifts and also sunscreen, etc. You can get a taxi for 7 fjd to the marina which has heaps of shops and dining options.
Lovely accommodation, lovely staff, great facilities. Had a great holiday. Can't wait to come back. Thanks team Hilton Fiji!
Absolutely fabulous! Don't know where to start. The service was superb and the food was delicious. This resort has has 5 plus pools. Plan on being back next year. Thank you.
Had a great stay. Great facilities, lovely beach view room and awesome service.
Many hotel facilities
There's many facilities
Great holiday, thank you Hilton. Room was great and the staff fantastic. Koro dining the best.
excellent hotel and restaurants, rooms were good but striking feature was bath tub in middle of the bathroom, i used it every single day , views from all rooms were beautiful, loved the attitude of staff, welcoming everywhere, bula all the way, swimming pools were good , location was excellent as well
Myself and partner have both done a bit of travelling over the years and have both stayed at copious hotels and this by far has to be the WORST hotel! If you want any sort of customer service grab your bags and head somewhere else because it is non existent as this hotel. 45 minutes waiting (as the only patrons) checking in because they essentially stuffed up the booking and scrambled to shove us into a room that hadnt been properly cleaned! You would also hate to have any issue that needed attention because no one answers at reception i think i may have set a record by being on the phone for 30 mins with no answer! None of the services or amenities are 5 star in the slightest and be prepared to pay an obscene amount of money for mediocre quality and nonexistent service. Thank god we only had 2 nights booked there but to cap off the worst hotel stay the cheeky buggers tried to overcharge us by more than double which only came to our attention back home so i got to spend the best part of my one day off trying to fix this sorry excuse for a hotels error. If you want an amazing holiday stay please stay elsewhere (natadola beach is so wonderful!)
Clean and wide! It is at the edge of Denarau and is calm
I Have stayed at the Hilton now 4 years in a row and it s has been getting worse.
Rooms on the first visit 4 years ago to now are no where near as good. Rooms now are dirty and run down . Housekeeping turn up when they want and do a very bad job. The food also now is getting to the stage you can t eat at the Hilton . We spent more time eating at other hotels on this visit. I m sorry to say but having spent over $45,000 over the 4 years at the Hilton they have now lost me as a customer
Every room here has a sea view. The staff are wonderful.
Well suited to sleep one night after island hopping. Great breakfast, friendly staff, well-kept area and 30 minutes to the airport. Of the "real" Fiji you get here, however, nothing.
A beautiful resort with an AWESOME staff! The amenities, scenery and beach are amazing.
Excellent service. Great pedicure. My friend had a beautiful henna tattoo that was free-drawn and quite amazing.
Great service. First class facilities. Excellent swimming pool options including an adults only/kid free option. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings right on the beachfront.
When we arrived our rooms were not ready, so they put us in another room. The room they put us in had no air-conditioning. The terrace/bbq area could not be used at night as the lights were burnt out and couldn't use the arm chairs during the day as the umbrellas were all damaged.
When we called maintenance they said they will fix it. Two hours later nobody came and upon phoning the operations manager we were told it would be taken care off the next day.
Overall very disappointed with the service considering we paid in excess of $500 per night.
A very quiet and peaceful location. Communicating with the housekeeping staff was a bit challenging. Regardless, i nice place to stay if you're looking for a quiet spot in Nadi with separate breakfast and pool areas for adults only.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Food was good.
Not quite as professional/polished as other resorts with similar star ratings that I've been to around the world, but it is Fiji... Part of the charm.
On the down side was the beach... I think it is reclaimed mangroves. The water is murky and muddy. Very few people used the beach attached to the hotel.
