Beautiful. Well managed and well organized. Comfortable and well located on a long beach. Good cuisine. Great service. Very comfortable and modern structure. The adults only area is ideal (swimming pool, bar and exclusive restaurant)

It's pretty nice here, we stayed in the kids section the adult section is nicer also more expensive but we just walked over there everyday. The room has a weird smell so do our clothes n the towels, breakfast is great, dinner not so great esp the meat in fiji we just eating veggies. The deli is a shop they have great dounghts, pastry, pizza and coffe. The rooms are cleaned daily and the water is loads expensive there about 35 fiji $$ for 6 1l bottles where everywhere else there 17.99 fiji $$.

Please be aware of those who are going to this hotel. I arrived for one night from August 16th to 17th, but when I arrived and opened the veranda window, a screwed iron clasp fell from the ceiling and hit the back of my hand. Korea was sick throughout the flight and requested compensation from the Hilton headquarters, but it was still not processed. When I checked out, I did not receive compensation.I am suffering because there is a problem with my current work and daily life after traveling. I was hit by a screwed iron ball and couldn't take a rest because it was very noisy. I hope there is no one suffering like me.

The noise from the next room and the noise from the outside come straight into the hotel room. I had an accident in the room. When I opened the balcony door, a piece of metal fell from the ceiling and hit my right hand hard. I'm still on treatment after the trip. I can't work and it's very hard. I don't think it's safe here at all. This hotel left me the worst scar.

What a beautiful relaxing place . Only problem I had was that during the kids beach soccer game, the guy in charge allowed 2 drunken male parents (with beer bottles in hand) to play as well & 1 of them elbowed a little boy on the head. That's why only 3 stars as safety of the kids weren't paramount.

My 79 year old father and I were up in the Yasawa Islands when he began to feel a little weary. We decided to h ad back to the mainland a little early, and though funds were a bit limited, we decided to treat ourselves to a stay at the Hilton. I must say, the whole experience has been a delight! Everyone has been so caring and concerned - checking up from time to time and making sure we have everything we need. The staff here has been friendly and professional and this really has been the perfect end to a wonderful vacation.

Superb hospitality and ambience worth spending here and we loved the friendly staff, cleanliness, all things given on time, food is too good and view is the best part of it.. The staff Shailesh and Shahil served and helped us . Best place to stay in Fiji would love to come again.

Check in greeting needs to be more enthusiastic.

Check in greeting needs to be more enthusiastic.
Stayed in a one bedroom beachfront suite with a plunge pool. Spacious room with a Queen sized bed.
Food and drinks are reasonable. Top shelf is expensive like you would normally expect at any other hotel.

This place is more of Hilton "franchise". By that I am saying I didn't get the same level of excellence I expect from other Hilton.

Rooms are good.
Beach Front and pools are good.
People are super nice.

I've given 3 for that. In other hand, food there is absolutely garbage, over inflate price of everything and everything is running on "fiji time". We have literally waited 2 and half hours for room service.

This hotel has the worst service. The bell boy made it clear that he expected to be paid tips but staying in the room after he showed us the room. The complimentary wifi for Hilton members worked for 5 seconds while I was at the reception and I called the reception staff who told me they would call IT and then call me back and did not do so at all later & when I used the paid wifi, they tried to charge me at check out. Our room is very far from the reception and the reception again told us that they would send buggy to get us for dinner and after multiple calls because of no shows- they finally told us that we have to wait outside in the dark. The check out also took forever cos we could not get a buggy to take our luggage. I told he reception staff that we have a cruise to catch on check out and we have to have breakfast before and when we came out- the bus picking up for the cruise was just at the reception. We made a run for it but the bell boy let the bus go and just shrug to us despite us waving at him to stop the bus. He then proceed to tell us hat we have to take a taxi which ended up costing us US $8 for a short 3 min drive from the Denurau Hilton to port cos we don't have FJD and the "taxi" that the hotel hailed doesn't run on meter and doesn't take credit card. The breakfast was tasteless & disgusting. Dinner is good and we ordered lobsters. The hot water coming out from the bathtubs is yellow!! This is the hotel that I have stayed at with the worst service.

Warning do not stay here, not safe! Ongoing theft by staff.

We checked in Jun 16, 2017 for a check out Jun 18, 2017. June 17 the hotel staff made a mistake and thought we were checking out. When we got back to our room at 1:36pm the hotel staff (without our permission and while we were not in the room) removed all of our belongings from the hotel room and placed them in the lobby. It was during this time that all my cash was stolen. As soon as I discovered my cash was stolen I called the security and also filed a police report. I was made privy to the fact that this had happened the day before to another hotel patron.
To further the issue, the front desk and management did not offer any apologies or help and did not provide me a copy of the statement I had made concerning the theft.

We stayed in a magical night hotel. We received a great room with a kitchen, a wonderful bathroom lounge and even a washer and dryer. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was even better than the recommendations we received. The food was served aesthetically and was very tasty. There is no doubt that when we return to Fiji we will make every effort to be in this hotel again.

Writing this review while I'm still here, and I tell you, I cannot wait to leave today! I'm not in the practice of writing bad reviews, but this is just so awful. This might be the worst hotel stay this past year, and I spend about 100 nights away a year. Definitely the worst Hilton stay - ever. Note, I am also a HGVC and Hilton Honors member. So, where to start:

Day 1
- Booked a room with two beds and beachfront, got one king with view of the backside of a restaurant. Had two wait 4 hrs to get another room, which was smaller but better view.
- Room cleaning woke us up at 8:30a and said we should put the DND on the door, okay fine. But 8:30???

Day 2
- Woke up at 6:30a by the noise of cleaning staff chatting and laughing outside our building
- Room service ordered grilled fish but was delivered deep fried
- Walked the long way to the adults pool only to find it closed at 5pm. Wish that was more prominently shared with us.
- Lunch at Nuku is boring and tasteless
- Dinner at Koro was good and interesting dishes

Day 3
- It literally took 32 min for me to get my coffee and frap at 8am. 7 other drinks went out before mine, even though I was the first to order! I kept having to ask where mine was. They only had one person taking orders and making coffee so orders were all mixed up. Ordered a plain yogurt, and not until 30 min later when my drink was ready, and I reminded them about my yogurt, that they said no more plain yogurt. Okay, fine. BUT next morning I went and asked if they had any, still no! You would think if they were out of something they would replenish by the next day.
- Room was not cleaned by the time we got back from day activities at 3:30p even though I put the please clean tag on door since 8:30am. I called to complain and request right away since we had food still in the room from the night before and the place totally smelled of the fried fish I didn't eat! You would think they would make note of which rooms had food delivery to clean promptly. They said cleaning takes place between 1-5pm, which clearly from Day 1 wake up is not true.
- Dinner at Koro - wouldn't let us sit at either of the two open tables by the pool because they were reserved. By time we ate and left the tables were still open. Awful cocktails. Decent wine selection.
- Were still hungry so tried out the asian place - where I ordered soup with no noodles, and of course it came with noodles.

Day 4
- They sent a fruit plate as apology for - okay, nice thought, but no utensils or cutlery to eat it with! Had to call for knife, which they brought a new one still packaged with no way to open, since duh, I didn't have a knife! The guy used a lighter to melt the clasp.

Other cons:
- hear golf carts and the bula bus outside your door at all hours
- cleaning times totally inconsistent
- Super weak and overpriced drinks. I could not get a proper dry martini, the easiest drink to make, at any of the restaurants. They kept using a sweet vermouth. Finally stopped trying and stuck to beer and wine.
- when I'm wearing a nice dress or my bikini, the bula bus guys always stopped in the road to offer me to hop on. When I was in sweats or PJs in the morning to get coffee they would drive right by me.
- there are Nespresso machines in the rooms but you have to buy capsules at the cafe! what is that??
- the general store does not do room charges - had to walk back and forth; also the lady working there is totally unpleasant
- the only pool open 24hrs is the one filled with kid pee
- incredibly limited vegetable options at all dining places

The minimal pros:
- nice plants well maintained
- convenient location
- transportation easy to get

Good for:
- families
- older couples
- kids, kids, and kids

Not good for:
- groups of friends looking to have a fun time
- young couples
- singles
- meeting people

Would absolutely never ever in a million years come back here.

Stayed here for a day.
Nothing more than a resort.
However, the access to the port is very good.
However, I do not recommend this resort for the following reasons:

1) There are many better resorts (Intercon, Romani, etc.)
2) Very confused with many Chinese
(Goseongbangga, swimming late at night)
3) Relatively unfriendly employees
4) Unlike other resorts, tipping is required.
(Tips are charged on the receipt.)
5) The restaurant does not provide basic water (you have to buy it)

I stayed a day.
I don t want to recommend this resort
Since other resort is better than here.
If I back in fiji, i should not stay in here.

The roon was not clean, especially the toilet. There was some strange yellow sticky things on the seat.
The restaurant staff members were not patient.
Unorganized customer service, we was waiting in the rain for the buggy for ages.
Very disappointed, will not stay Hilton any more.

It's a generic island resort, the staff are lovely, the prices however are not commensurate with the amenities. Tap handles fell off the wall in our shower, our bathtub backfilled from the drain, the air conditioning controls are locked on 20 C so there's a 13 degree differential every time you open the door. Any and all services were optional extras that should be included in a 300AUD a night room.
Basically comparable to a $30 a night room at a resort anywhere in Asia.
Yes, I know Fiji is a lot safer for families than in Asia, hence why it's a favourite for Australian families.
When you see the guys cleaning the main foyer at midnight that are happy and hard working, have a conversation with them and ask how much they earn.
$1USD an hour, $1.50AUD an hour (that's average wage) so ask yourself why it's more expensive to stay in a Hilton in Fiji that is kept in poorer condition than it is to stay in a Hilton in Australia where the the workers receive 25 times more in wages on average???

Fix this Hilton!
Up the quality of your service or decrease the price because it is a 2.5 star hotel at best in it's current state

Did not want to leave, some areas of the rooms are a little tired in places but over all comfortable and clean. The staff never stop cleaning and touching up the paint and gardens and are so friendly.

Wonderful property, great staff who were super friendly and more than helpful. Made us feel like family. The location is beautiful as well as the amenities. Wonderful pools with great views and three very good restaurants. So glad we came here for our honeymoon. Can't wait to return. Vinaka!

8th trip to Hilton in 8 years, service going down hill,as well as conditions of rooms.. service was and is getting worse also.. ( had a plunge pool with our room and took two days to clean after numerous calls). Asked to speak to a manager at checkout ( Salote) all she had to say was will have to train our staff , funny enough another family complained about a fridge and got $100 of credit for food at the restaurant. Would not recommend this place to family or friends and don t think we will be back.

Stunning beach side resort to relax and unwind.

Stunning beach side resort to relax and unwind.
Friendly staff, beautiful suites...private lap pool villas...but be ready to pay for it $$$$.
Fiji in general is no cheap...everything has the tourist price tag attached. Bang for buck...Fiji is 1-2 out of 10... There are better value destination out there...Thailand/Malaysia/Indonesia.... Nice but overpriced to the point of ripoff....3 times to Fiji...but this is the last time.
Other destinations would be on the list first. If you love fishing / surfing...you may love Fiji...but be prepared to open your wallet...very wide.

Beautiful resort - rooms were spacious and modern and the grounds are immaculately kept. Overall it was a wonderful, luxury space to relax... particularly in the adults only area. If you are looking to just chill out for a few days this is the perfect place. However if you are looking for watersports, activities and beach experiences this wouldn't be the right place for you.
The buffet breakfast had a huge range, and the food at the Asian restaurant in particular was great (best of the restaurants at the resort. Nuku was a bit disappointing).
Missed out on the 5 stars as the resort shuts down by 10pm, so felt a bit forced to go back to room early at night. Also the staff could be a bit more efficient (Fiji time or otherwise). Although these wouldn't deter me from returning!

Bula!! This was our first stop in Fiji and it was delightful. It had separate pools for the families and those without kids, and a few different eating options. We went to a different restaurant each night, each with fantastic service and decent food.

There s a golf cart system that drives you up and down the length of the resort, and everyone you pass gives you a big Bula hello. The rooms are nice, and clean; we had a room with a view of the ocean, which was nice to have. We spent most of our time outside or our room, but it was great being able to bask in the sun on the balcony.

Just not that they provide the pools mainly because the ocean is pretty murky around there and you won t find anyone swimming there anytime soon. There s plenty to do around though as they have tours available (go to the concierge) and there s a bus system to take you around to the other resorts on the island for a daily fee. Enjoy!

Great space for families

Great space for families
Friendly staff

Close to town
Right on the beach

The resort is beautiful, green and filled with humble and friendly staff calling out 'BULA' (meaning hello) with a smile on their faces.
The rooms are decent, however there are some downsides.
There is no mini bar, room service is not standardized. Some days are beautifully done with an origami towel on the bed with flowers, while not always.
The pools are pretty good and a bunch of activities to keep you entertained. Pool aerobics with Jamaican songs topping my list.
The food at the Hilton is a let down. I do not recommend trying any deserts. The cocktails were equally bad. Coconut water is the best drink to have.
Spa is good, nothing amazing. A bit overpriced.
Recommend walking 10 mins to Port Denaru to shop.

Unbelievable place. Great location and worth every penny. Service, food, rooms... Will never stay elsewhere. some friends have in the past stayed at more expensive places like the Shangrilla but have mentioned that they didn't even compare to the breakfast at the Hilton. Big fan of the Hilton chain.
Location: located in a nice area surrounded by a Golf course and private communities. walking distance to the Marina that is worth visiting and purchasing some of the souvenirs.

Service: Excellent. lots of things to do on site and nice beach front. daily runs on the beach.
i would stop every so often when i see the gardeners climbing the palm trees and drink few coconuts. people are very pleasant and joyful.

Food: Breakfast, lunch or dinner is good here. by far they have the best breakfast between other resorts. i personally have not tried them but was told by friends who have visited elsewhere.

The Maravu restaurant is an absolute rip off, just don't annoy yourself if on any soft of holiday. They charged $3.50 for the soy sauce. The manager there refused to take the soy sauce fee off the bill despite me offering to give a 15% tip (at nearly $50 for the staff) if they did. The servings are small and for the cost (a kids meal is $25) you need to order an extra kids meal if you're rolling in with 2 kids over 6 to fill them up. We ate with 2 adults, 3 kids and no wine and it still cost $289.00. In contrast we ate at Salt at Sofitel the night before, stuffed the kids and ate well ourselves with cocktails and got out for $220 FJD and a nice restaurant manager thanks at the end. Hilton continues to over charge and underwhelm for us in another country...

This place was just a stopover on the way to an outer island but I wish I stayed here the whole time. Great accommodation. The fact that they have a specific adults only section, with it's own pool, bar and restaurant is a magnificent idea! I would recommend this place to anyone going to this part of the mainland of Fiji

I came here with my wife and 20 month old son for his first overseas holiday. The staff were amazing and the kids club, babysitters and nannies were so good at taking care of our little man.
The resort is big enough to accomodate the guests so that you don t feel like you are surrounded by other people. There are multiple pools with areas for kids and adults to be able to relax in their own comfort zones. Prices within the resort are high but you are paying for the convenience. The town of Nadi is about a 15 minute taxi ride away and the Marina is about a 20 minute walk from the resort.

Didn't love our stay here, check in took 45 minutes, the beach was a bit disappointing, room service was slow and WiFi was not included. Otherwise standard kind of place but served us as a stop off on the way to Yasawa's which were much more enjoyable.

I am very satisfied. I was worried because there were many bad reviews from the reviews, but I am satisfied with the facilities and the service mind of the staff.
Fortunately, I don't know if that's because I'm lucky.

Had a fabulous holiday here. We got upgraded to a suite in the adults only area. It's a large area so if you get a room in a far end, it's a long walk or take the shuttle. There is complementary paddle boards or kayaks to hire. Free car parking available
