This is a very professionally run dealership I had a problem with the computer on my 2015 Roadglide they immediately put my bike on a lift found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this dealership and there staff in Service.

I purchased a '12 Street Glide earlier this month and Tampa Harley Davidson gave me the best price and terms over several dealers. On the way home (over a hundred miles away) I experienced an electrical glitch. Needless to say, this was frustrating and disappointing. The FANTASTIC crew at Tampa Harley took what was a VERY dicey situation and made it an opportunity to shine at every level. Every person I was in contact with was the very definition of customer service and satisfaction. Mike the General Manager, Gary in Sales, Josh his Sales Manager, Rufus the Service Manager, Don in parts, Art the Driver and George in Facilities Maintenance were exceptional in making me feel as though I was the top priority and the most important member of their family. This crew should give seminars on customer service. There was no "not our poIicy or not my job" mindset. Everyone at every level and department was polite, helpful and sincere in helping in any they could. Many companies could learn alot from them. I would recommend, no INSIST, that if you are considering buying a Harley Davidson, do it at Tampa Harley. I read reviews from others in the past that said they traveled (and passed other dealers) to get here and I didn't understand why. NOW I DO.

I have purchased many Harley's in my years, and this was BY FAR, the best experience ever. Our sales person Matt, was amazing to work with and in this case, my son was able to use his military benefits to get an awesome VROD at a great rate. Suffice to say I will never go to any other dealership for my future purchases of bikes, parts, service, etc. AND, I live over an hour from this location, passing by three other dealers to get there. I learned last week that Jessica , the motor clothes expert from Bert's Harley Davidson has moved to the Brandon store that is even better I have purchased all of my Harley clothes through Jess, she is amazing . Spent two days trying to get a simple answer, "What will you give me on my trade?" Received no numbers for two days from salesperson. Was finally offered an out the door number on a bike (with my trade) that almost had my 2016 300 cc Scoot valued at nothing; this was a $5,300 machine 4 months old with 18 months of factory warranty left on it... Bought a Metric instead, got a fair value for my trade, spent $9,000 less than I was going to spend at Harley. Got a nice ride. I will not deal with them again; the bikes i love, the Administration & Sales staff, not so much...

Harley-Davidson of Tampa is the best! I really can't say enough about my experiences with these guys. Ray Bragg (Sales) and Mike Rendine (G.M.) are the best and I can't thank them both enough for getting me my bike. Richie (Svc. Mgr.), Ryan (Svc. Writer) and A.J. (Tech) are on point and I'm so pleased with the level of service I received. All of these guys went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Great job! If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned bike see Ray Bragg and whether you're looking to upgrade the performance of your bike or just need routine service, Richie and Ryan are the guys to talk to over in service. A massive Thank You to Zoey! Last week I visited HD of Tampa to pick up a couple tees to bring home to Canada. It was end of day and I was tired and I left the shop without my wallet. 24 hours later a very stressed out me contacted the shop and Zoey saved my life! I received a call by Izzy who answered all my questions and decided to move forward with my purchase. I recently took my 2013 harley XL1200C sportster in for routine 5000 miles maintenance. The bike actually had only 4300 miles on it since I was planning a trip to Daytona thought I would get it done before the trip. The technician found a couple of rather large pieces of metal when they were changing the oil. There was a failure with a bearing in the transmission. Since the bike had such low mileage the mechanic called Harley to see if they would at least help out with the expensive repair. The labor alone was $1750.00plus parts. That was on Sat. Sept. 16th. I hadn't heard anything by the next Sat. so I called the dealership and talked to Matt. Didn't get any specifics as to the status of repairs. The following Tuesday Ryan called me and apologized for taking so long and said they had been really busy the previous week and hadn't done anything to the bike yet but would start on it the next day. Still hadn't heard anymore by the following Sat. so I called once again and 'Matt told me they had to order parts for the repair and they would be in the following Tuesday. I finally got the bike back after 3 weeks of being in the shop. I feel that I was put on the back burner for a couple of weeks. Harley paid $500.00 of the labor plus parts. I know they weren't obligated to pay anything, but since the bike had so few miles on it I'm sure it was a manufacturing problem. While I'm grateful for what they did pay I know that in a lot of cases they cover this type of failure 100%. Repair still cost me $1275.00 plus another $200.00 for maintenance service.
Very friendly employees, very knowledgeable, great experience overall. I went on my birthday and had an amazing ride with Dale's help, starting to move toward my goal of having a bike of my own again. They are all extremely friendly and not pushy at all here! Highly, HIGHLY recommended that you talk to them or stop by!

My 2006 Ultra Classic was brought to Bruce Volk at HD or Tampa after an auto accident due to a driver making an illegal left turn in front of me - sound familiar? Anyway Bruce is top notch in my opinion, the man was incredibly friendly and always ready to answer a question I had. He continuously called me to keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. Wow I was really impressed. Ryan Logrien was at the service desk when I went to pick up my bike. He totally took care of me and explained everything that was done and introduced me to Jeff "AJ" Shaw the technician who worked on my bike. AJ took a lot of time to explain what was done and some further maintenance work that he recommended since my bike has almost 60K miles. I could tell AJ really cared for my bike and has been at Tampa HD for ten years considered one of their top wrenches. All in all Tampa HD is a place I would do business with again. Thanks for getting my Ultra back together, she rides like a dream.

Tampa Harley-Davidson is where I bought my last motorcycle. They are an excellent dealership with great customer skills and I've also heard they have added Steve "Greenie" Greenstein to their staff. That man has more Harley-Davidson education than anybody in this state he really knows his stuff.

I traded in my 2018 Scout Bobber for a 2019 Road Glide Special. Best decision ever! Tampa Harley helped me get my payments where I wanted them. Talk to Izzy, he's the man. Super friendly guy that genuinely wants to help you out and get you on the bike of your dreams. Since then I've had my bike serviced multiple times there for upgrades and oil changes. Jason the service tech helped me make wise decisions on the money spent on upgrades and add-ons. He answers any mechanical questions I have as well. When ever I need parts I talk to James in parts. He's never too busy to go through a catalog and look for options to what I want. Just tell him what your looking to do and what your budget is. He is very knowledgeable of what's available out there. Best General Merchandise Manager Ever!! I collect dealer pins from all the cities I travel to. I prefer to stop in the dealership to buy the pin but sometimes the dealer isn't open or they are out of pins. So, I have either stopped by or called over 300 different dealerships and I can honestly say that the best experience I have ever had was with Alyssa Schutter at Harley Davidson of Tampa. The dealership was closed when I traveled through Tampa so I had to call to order my pin. Alyssa was the nicest, friendliest and most helpful salesperson I have talked to at any retailer and she gave me the same amount of attention as I was buying an inexpensive dealer pin as she would have if I was buying the most expensive bike on the floor. She took the time to describe each pin in detail to me and then when I received the pin it was packaged perfectly and even had a thank you note from her in it. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the entire experience....and to top it off I love the pin! Thank you Alyssa!!

Gorgeous gorgeous place like a huge park and beautiful beautiful bikes, restaurant and they have their own lakes with long horns .Even if you're not a bike person you should see this place

Firsf of all, i never leave reviews. I will like to start out by saying that richie at tampa harley davidson has put back the confidence in me to go back to the dealerships. Richie and his staff (John, gaston and the rest of the crew) went above and beyond when my bike left me stranded due to my fob exploding. They helped me out and picked up my bike when the tow company never showed up. He opened the shop and got my bike running on a sunday when that department was closed. I will definitely recommend them and will be buying my next bike there

I have been riding bikes for over 20 years and Harley's for the past 5 years. For some reason, many Harley Davidson dealers had some form of attitude in a way or another but this Harley branch have amazing employees with a great attitude focusd on helping you and taking the extra miles to satisfy you. I'm a business owner and have 5 employees and I know what that's mean.
They are smart business people with items with full price, discointed, very discounted and free to items! This is genius!

Good easy to find and maneuver around traffic wise. People inside were helpful and there were extrasmall businesses set up in and outside offering services for Christmas gifts l.
Now if you are only coming in to shop the retail area it is great for tshirts but lousy on casual buttondowns for us that need collars.
I bought my first motorcycle from Eric. He was patient with me and offered input that was relevant; he did not try to upsell me at any stage of the process. One of the best buying experiences I've had for a vehicle. Thanks Eric!

Not only do I love my new 2014 Night Rod (had to pry myself off of it to write this review) but the entire experience from staring at it dreaming prior to purchase to riding off the lot was very enjoyable due to the excellent, professional yet personal, staff at Tampa Harley. All aspects of this dealership are great to work with - sales, retail, parts and management - I haven't had to deal with service yet but I have no doubt I'll have a similar experience given the way this dealership is run - top notch.
I would like to especially call out my sales person, Kelly Melton. Kelly truly made the experience "fun". From the pre-purchase visits just to stare at it - Kelly was there to answer questions in a no pressure, very helpful way - through riding it off the lot he was a great guy that knows his products and is very response in answering questions.
