Matt helped get me back in the saddle with a 2005 Road King Custom, it was possibly the best buying experience I have eve had. I recently brought my 1995 Softtail in to Harley-Davidson of Tampa for some maintenance items and had a great experience in getting my bike prepped for Daytona Bike Week.. Mike "Tiny" Barnwell was my Service Advisor and he kept me fully informed through out the process. Tiny was great in that he realized how special this bike is to me and somehow he managed to come in under his initial price estimates - how often has that ever happened ?? I'm happy to refer anyone I can to Tiny, it's great dealing with a pro. Troy "Turtle" Blanchard did an awesome job as well - he was able to modify the heated grips so they would fit my 20-year old Harley. Turtle gave me the feeling that he was looking after my Softtail like it was his Harley. He went over the bike from one end to the other. My new Day Maker headlight does just that. Tremendous visability. Great job Turtle !! Tawnya Oden took fantastic care of me in the Motor Clothes department too. She was able to track down a couple of items from other stores within your group and she also reminded me of your Thursday "Happy Hour" so I could maximize my Rewards points. Tawyna, you are fantastic and your knowledge and professionalism is second to none !! Thanks to everyone that was involved, you made this the most enjoyable service visit and motorclothes purchase in the last twenty years of my H-D ownership. Over on holidays from the UK and arranged to rent a bike whilst here. Great service from Bruce in the rentals department, even gave us a map and showed us some good routes to take...bike was in tip top condition so had a great time and helped me decide on what model I'll be buying when back in the UK. From the moment my husband and I walked into Harley-Davidson Tampa we were treated like family, with the utmost of sincerity and respect. Kelly helped us trade in our two bikes, a 2013 1200 Custom Sportster and a 2012 Fat Boy Low for one of the brand new 2014 Street Glides!!! Dan in finance made this possible and to our benefit financially. Kelly made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole process of getting such a great deal and such an awesome bike. I found a 2008 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide online at Harley-Davidson of Tampa and Team Member Kelly Melton responded immediately. I went to tampa harley davidson after getting a quote from another store and was told to see mat cartier the salesman by two other people that got bike at tampa .mat took the deal i had and beat it by a lot, he was eager to do what it took to make me happy. Ken fletcher worked the finance part to my satisfaction and do what it took to make it all work out great and i drove away on my 2016 road glide ultra .Still smiling .thank to every one including the service department who put on the extras i wanted in very quick order
I recently went to the tampa Harley to purchase some shirts for my friends back home. During Christmas times most store can be pretty crazy and really good customer care is hard to come by. But as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile from "Pearl" who I later found out was the motor clothes manager Amanda. She helped me find everything I needed and I was in and out in little time at all. If any of my friends are in the tampa area I am definitely going to recommend they come stop by. I have never been treated with the utmost respect then I was when I was working with Jason. His respect and honesty is what most companies lack. I just bought my 4th Harley. This is my 2nd one from Tampa Harley. I bought a Sportster from Ray Bragg in 2010. the experience was so good when I was ready for my next one I know where I was going back too. Ray is now sales manager so he referred me to Matt Cartier. Matt helped me pick out the right motorcycle for me to step up to my next level.. I bought a 2014 Fat Boy Lo. Matt made sure sure I was comfortable with the motorcycle and it was the right one for me. Everyone I met from the boutique, service, and parts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. I cant say enough about how wonderful this dealer is.

We are Thomas & Roxanne Cavender We would like to take the time to give credit to some of the Team members of the Harley shop that we had the pleasure to meet and deal with. They made us feel like they really cared for what we were doing which means a lot to us. We meant Big Mick in 2012 when we bought our first Harley in sometime of not owning one for several years. He has been a friend to us since. He was so very kind, helpful and honest that we decided to come back to the dealership to purchase our new Tri Glide. We had been thinking and looking at them for several years but as you know it is a big purchase on the funny side cost more than our first home. Mick helped us in deciding to make the right fit for us he didn't push as if he had we would have been right out the door, but instead helped us as a friend would he is an exceptional man. We made the right decision for us with his help. Jack another salesman helped us too in every way he could as he is new to the dealership he was awesome to deal with he went out of his way to meet our every need and beyond we made a new friend. The business manager Ken explained every detail from the financing to the warranty and than also help us to get our insurance as we are snowbirds and have only been in Florida a couple of years. When you are dealing with money I am always a little nervous but he went slow explaining everything so we understood it all. The team in New Port Richey from the guys at the parts to the girls in clothing were kind and courteous and helpful helping us find what we wanted. This Harley shop as we have dealt with several looking and shopping has the best staff we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I thank them all we love our new Tri Glide and hope to enjoy the pleasure of ridding for many years to come. I just bought a bike from Kelly Melton. He helped me from start to finish on buying my first motorcycle. From the minute I walked on the lot to look at motorcycles, Kelly explained each model I was looking at. Then after making my decision on which motorcycle I wanted, Kelly assisted me with filling out the loan application. When my aaplication was approved Dan Maslowe assisted me with filling out all the loan paperwork, explaining in full detail everything I was signing. Dan assisted me with adding the motorcycle to my insurance as well. Then Kelly assisted me with picking out my helmet and showed me everything available in the retail store. Upon taking delivery of the motorcycle, Kelly explained each and every gadget on the cycle and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. We went up to Tampa on a recommendation from my son. Told us to ask for Rooster . We took the hour drive up thinking it was just going to be something to do on a Saturday afternoon. We get there and Rooster greets us right away and offers us a beverage. He then proceeds to set us at ease with his very easy manner of engaging conversation. He shows us the bike we wanted to see and it s everything we hoped for. We go in to start the paperwork. Throughout the purchase process we met a few other representatives of the store and all of them were just as easy going and entertaining to talk with. At the end of the day, I drove home with my bike and we found a place we will definitely do business with again.
