I trying to sign up for a motorcycle classes and they helped out alot

I am truly shocked at Ferman for employing someone as disrespectful as Amanda at the Tampa showroom. My father worked with Ferman of Tampa Saturn and Chevy. The level of professionalism in those showrooms were something I have always admired. I myself am not a car or tuck kind of guy, I am a Harley man. I went to Tampa Harley to look at an upgrade and I will never step foot in that building again. I will take my business to the one in Brandon as I have previously and never have been disappointed. Shame on you Ferman for allowing one employee to lose a customer. I am not one who shy's from vulgar language but she is and should not be interacting with customers. I should have read the room when an older couple rolled their eyes and walked away from her. She clearly did not get their business either.

While on vacation and passing through the area I came in looking to trade in my 2002 Dyna Low Rider. I sat down with Chelsea and she did a great job with helping me find the new bike I would be most comfortable with. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to not only what each bike offered but what bike would fit my needs. After deciding on a 2015 Street Glide ,she had me working with the Manager Virginia and Ryan in finance. These 2 were great in helping me not only find any discounts or deals they could, but they offered me a great deal on my trade in and were able to work my payment to something i could really handle. They even kept working with me well after the store was closed to make sure that i was going to be going home happy. I recommend to anyone that reads this to stop in a see this great team.

There was a dog I am allergenic to dogs I looked all of the product up online they chare you more with shipping.

I'm a first time Harley Davidson buyer and man from start to finish these guys were great my sales man izzy came up and asked how he could help me and answered any questions I may have had. Then there was the finance guy Paul he put me were I wanted to be on a bike on wanted to be on at payments that wouldn't kill me. The guy Ryan over in the service department reassured me that the Harley brand has improved and that Harley is moving forward in technology and reliability, now I'm on the road with a beautiful ultraglide limited and I'm super pleased with her.

This is the second Harley I purchased from Harley Davidson ofTampa Bay. I d like to start by saying that EVERYONE was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to my experience. I d like to give a special shout out to my boy Ghost who again helped in making it happen so that I could get the bike I wanted, but more specifically at the payment I wanted. Again, I can t say enough about Harley Davidson of Tampa Bay. It s a family thing!

My fiance and I went to finance a new motorcycle this past Saturday and had baby face as our salesman and he was very helpful, informational, and knowledgable of products that they had to offer. Went here and saw a 2014 sporster I liked ! I told them that my credit was bad and I would like to finance ! The place was about to close soon so the salesman says to fill out the form and they would check ! Then another guy comes out the office and says he's going to check and give me call the next day , Next day comes and no call ! 2nd day, 3rd, nothing! At this point I know they will never call and wondered why ? The bike was only 8k ! Even if my credit was shot to S++T I would have put down a grand or two ! The point is , At least call someone and say ! Yeah man , No Good but this is what we can do ! And this is the only way we can do it ! But what they did was very rude , Even if the the manager or the boss reads this ! I wouldn't go back even if you offered the bike to me for 4k ! I delt with 2 guys there so I'm not blaming the whole dealership ! But those 2 would be terminated if it were me , This is why companies and corporations fail because of people like this.

After a long search of many Harley websites, I found my next bike at Harley-Davidson of Tampa. I completed the on-line application and the very next day I was contacted by Guest Consultant Kelly Melton. He listened to my needs and concerns and reassured me that he and the team at Tampa Harley would take good care of me. He wasn't kidding. The day I arrived to meet the crew and complete the paperwork was an awesome experience. Kelly took me through the dealership and introduced me to the group. I felt like these people knew me even though I had just met them. All were very professional and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. On September 15, 2015 I purchased my 2015 Softail Slim at Harley Davidson of Tampa Florida. "Raven" is the perfect bike for me; she is an amazing ride. This is my first Harley and as a woman I wanted a big bike but wanted the security of both feet on solid ground when I am stopped. It is just perfect!

I am so impressed with everyone that I met there. It is not possible to say enough wonderful compliments for Mark Daniel my sales guy and Ryan in Finance and Evan and Ray. Also the amazing Tawnya Oden kept me entertained while they worked on the paperwork. She also sold me some great boots and other stuff...can't have enough stuff...right girl!

The parts department answers all my questions with great patience and I am very pleased.

It was only our first visit but its safe to say we'll be regulars. Saturday is a great day to visit because of the bike show style atmosphere. Plenty of food and bike washing. Lots of great bikes and parts.

Where Do I begin. I bought my 2014 Road King from Tampa Harley and Kelly Melton was my saleperson. This guy was awesome. My experience purchasing my bike went without a hitch. I did not own or have never own a Harley. So I did not know what type of bike I wanted. All my friends said get a Ultra and I would not be disappointed. So I went to Tampa HD Saturday and was looking around when Kelly ask if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for so Kelly showed me different types of bikes. He never did push me to buy any particular one. Just answered my questions and that is why I respect him. I did not want a pushy sales person.. Anyway, Kelly showed me a Road glide, Road King and several other used bikes. I mentioned to Kelly I had a budget and needed to stay in it . Kelly ask if I would go online and fill out a credit app for Harley and I said I would. Kelly said he probably could get me that new 2014 Road King for pretty close to the 2013 Road Glide I was looking at. Anyway I left and told Kelly I would think about it.
Sunday morning I went online and filled out a credit app for Harley and finished up work early and went back to the dearlship around 10:30am. Kelly saw me when I walk in the door. I mentioned to him I filled out the credit app and I really want to look at the new 2014 Road King. Kelly got Dan invloved while Kelly and I test drove the Road King. When we got back Dan had verified my credit app and then we bargain and at 3:30pm I road home on my new 2014 Road King.
My experience with Tampa Harley was very professional and they made me feel like I was family. I really apreciated the courtesy and professonalism which made my purchasing experience a memorable one.

I would go no where else to buy a Harley. The staff there including GM Richard and my Salesman Joe along with everyone there are bar none.You get treated like you are their most important customer. Besides treating you like royalty, they bend over backwards to get you into the Harley you want. They have a lifetime customer with me.

I have always dealt with Brandon Harley and purchased 3 motorcycles from the over the years and always felt like I was dealing with car salesmen and they screwed me over on a couple deals. A service guy at Tampa Harley convinced me to come up there to try to change my mind....and they completely did!!! I dealt with Coby in service first and he was amazing! He checked the bikes and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed! Then the GM helped me! His name is Richey and by far the coolest guy ever! He went out of his way to find me a bike in my budget and didn't even try to pressure me into anything higher than my budget!!! I can't say enough good things! He found me the perfect Harley, stayed within my budget and treated me as if I was family! We are the younger generation and buying from the corporation isn't "cool" but RIchey changed our minds completely! They are young and cool and just like to ride! Stephen assisted on the sale, he was awesome! I test rode with him and felt like I was riding with a friend instead of a salesperson!!!! Buy every bike you can from these dudes! They have my business for the rest of my life!!!!!

I needed a new battery and the parts department was able to quickly get me what I needed. Also I had my kids (4 & 7) with me and the sales people made them feel welcome and happy to be there.

Took my new Tri-Glide in for 1K Service and install some new accessories. Great job. Error in billing (In My Favor). Thought it wasn't right but Greg said it was right. Paid and left. Had to go back Sat when my trunk lock broke. As busy as they were Ryan took the bike back and even though couldn't completely fix it (have to order part) made sure the trunk stayed secured. Had discussion with Ryan about bill from Thurs and offered to pay. He said not to worry about it. Great customer service. Kudos to all.

I purchased a Candy Orange 2013 Road Glide from Tampa Harley Davidson in late April 2013. The entire team was extremely helpful and willing to discuss the many options that were available at the store. Kelly Melton was my salesman and is a great resource that will give a solid honest opinions on any aspect of the purchase. With his help I actually moved from the Street Glide to the Road Glide which has been a great choice. I think that everyone should go to second chance ! Today was my second time there , Only because the Newport richy location didn t have the boots I wanted !
I am still baffled to see you guys have for 4.8 stars ! The first time I had a bad experience just to get a bike I never went back , So today I go there for a pair of boots .
I m looking on the shelf and see that they don t have it ,, I turn around and the ladies fiddling with shirts that are already nice and neat didn t even bother to come up to me I had to walk up to her.
As soon as I walked up to her I explained to her that the other dealership didn t have it ! and I don t see it on your shelf either , she tells me (and I quote ) well if it s not on the shelf then we don t have it with an attitude.
Then silence 5 4 3 2 1 ! Well that s it ? You can t search for it ? I told her I came here so you guys can search for it and I could try on something that s similar so I know what size to order .
Her response was well if you don t know what size then what am I supposed to do ? WhaaaaT ! I explained to her again every shoe fits different I came here for a reason , maybe I can get some knowledge on what would be right and what would be wrong for me as a good fit .
She fiddled around with the computer and I saw she was frustrated so I told her I ll check on my phone never mind ! She said yeah do that and took care of the next customer, I took the phone out of my pocket and in three seconds I told her you know what ! forget about it and I walked out.
This is a promise I will never ever go back to this dealership even if it s the last one in the world ! Hold on let me correct that , in the entire universe.

I was very pleased from the first visit I made to the Dealership. Kelly Melton met with me and described the number of used Ultra Classics available and helped me determine what I wanted. I bought the 2008 Ultra at a very nice price, plus added a reasonable maintenance package for 5 years. Went for the test ride along with Kelly and he let me just ride and get comfortable with the bike. Kelly, working with Josh really made a wonderful buying experience and I'd recommend Tampa H-D to anybody wishing to purchase new or used! I'll be visiting the shop from time to time just to say hello.

Great crew, to work with for buying my bike. Matt Cartier sold me my dream bike a 2016 Street Glide Special, Gray Denim with some nice tricked out accessories.. Matt was nice enough to stay a little over for me to get there and he had the deal worked out before I got there, all I had to do was sign a few paper. I bought my fat boy there in 2011 and will continue to shop here for any not accessories I buy for the bike!

The serivece and parts people are awsome. The chick in the clothing and accessories section could use a few lessons in customer service and how to speak to people. I begrudgingly spent my money there but it will be the last time.

Took my father in laws 2012 Switchback there for a tune after installing a V&H slip on pipe, a new front tire and another small issue. Bought the tuner and had everything done that was recommended. Got the bike back and it ran worse than before, still popping on deceleration and poor performance throughout acceleration. Brought it back to have it looked at again, after a week (i told them there was no rush) I called to check on it and was told it was done and that the tech and service manager had both test driven it to make sure it was good. Well.... It was even worse. Really bad popping on even slight deceleration and coughs from the air cleaner when I shut it off, which is a new problem. I will say that overall performance is the best it has been so far. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional and from I saw, treat their customers very well. When you take your bike to the dealer, I think you should expect the best. Get it right the first time. Being in the repair business myself, I understand that everyone makes an occasional mistake.
Understandable and completely forgivable. That said, surely the second time it should be fixed properly or at the very least, be given a reason why it isn't. I'll be taking this bike and my elsewhere from now on.

Giving 3 stars because the girls at the check out counter, a blonde and a brunette, in the gift shop area were rude. Absolutely everybody else was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was finding what I needed.

Walking into this dealership, was like a breath of fresh air, I had lost faith in my shop, so I decided it was time to go elsewhere.
My riding buddy was purchasing a new ultra limited , and we are in the process of swapping out some of our parts with each other, the Manager Richey, is a first class no nonsense man, who is my kind of guy, doesn t want problems. Doesn t make problems, he is all about finding the solution. My only regret. I didn t come here in the first place, if your in the market for a kick ass bike, look no further,

While I was on vacation for Daytona Bike week, I had some issues with my 2015 Street Glide Special. I called Harley-Davidson of Tampa and was told to come in immediately. I pulled right into the building and they started working on my bike before they even took my information! I have never had service like that in Wisconsin!!! (My home town Milwaukee, Wi) They were done with my repair before the time they gave me and gave it back washed and detailed! If they were not so far away from my hometown, I would bring them all of my repairs, issues and accessory installations. These guys make Wisconsin Harley dealerships look inexperienced. Thanks again Tampa Harley!!!

This is by far the best Harley Davidson Store that I have dealt with in 3 different states and I would definitely recommend and buy from them in the future! We are here in Tampa on vacation. We stopped to get some souvenirs and it was right at closing time. Hope and Haley were incredibly patient as we tried to quickly look for things. We gathered at the counter and they continued their friendly service and joked with us for a bit. These ladies gave outstanding service to us and we were glad to get some HD - Tampa gear before our departure.

I couldn t be happier with my experience. It all started when I applied for credit through the Harley Davidson website. The next day I received a phone call from Mike (Ghost) and we talked about what I was looking for. I was planning on visiting the store, but I was somewhat certain I was not going to purchase anything because Harley s are generally more expensive, and I had some very specific needs. I was looking for a bike similar to a Police patrol bike to familiarize myself with Harley s as that s what my agency uses and I was planning to try out for my agencies Motor Unit. Mike and rest of the awesome staff were able to get me on the right bike, at a decent price, and I road off the lot a Harley owner. Thanks again Mike I enjoy the bike more than I knew I would.

Tampa Harley is a great place to visit. Very friendly staff in every department. We just purchased a used cvo from ghost and he was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable. Follow up. Over the last week, I've been back to get accessories added. My service advisor Jason has great working with and his recommendations have been awesome.

I was having a rough time installing some after market parts, so I drove to the HD dealership. Not only did they help but they took an hour of there time to walk me through the install. The instruction was priceless and it felt like my dad was looking over my shoulder during the entire process. The guidance and mentorship was calming and it felt like I was living "zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance". You guys have the best service center around.

I purchased my first motorcycle from Harley Davidson of Tampa and got a 2016 Street 750. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. Everybody was chill and laid back. Very willing to help. The gear section is loaded with awesome apparel. They also have a solid selection of custom upgrades for your motorcycle. The staff was extremely friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable. No pressure sales! They go at your pace. Even with finances, they are willing to work with just about anybody. Overall, my experience with them was something I'll never forget. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a motorcycle, looking to buy gear and accessories, or just wanting a place to chill out at. At Harley Davidson of Tampa, you are a guest. You are family.

As a new rider, I also strongly encourage the Harley Davidson Riders Course. This helped out quite a bit. It is even great for experienced riders as well. You can never learn enough these days. Again, you will learn at your own pace. A must for anyone looking to ride or considering it.

The Rise of the Sleeping Dragon

On two occasions I visited the store and received excellent service.

First visit I brought in my 03 custom Deuce that had been sitting for awhile, embarrassed to say how long, but needed service and some TLC. Tiny took care of business providing me with estimates and information on the services making me feel comfortable. My two year old son was with me talking up a storm and shaking profusely with excitement about being in the Harley store. Tiny and Ryan took the time to talk with my son and let him sit on a few bikes, absolutely made his day. My Deuce, "Komodo dragon" was awakened, put back in service and on the road once again.

My second visit was to freshen up my ridding gear. Tawnya and Jonathan spent time helping with with different items needed for my upcoming cold weather ride. I feel comfortable with my purchases solely because of their product knowledge and biking experience. never thought I would say this about spending money and shopping but they made the experience fun and treated me like family.

It all comes down to this: TAWNYA. In the Tampa area, we tend to get cold weather-yes in Tampa, so today I rode down to see about some gloves. I'd seen Tawyna plenty of times before while shopping and always had a fine time dealing with her. Today was an exceptional day as well, for she really knows how to make shopping in the apparall area of Tampa Harley one of the best experiences.

I work retail, and I know all too well about the retail experience. Tawnya made such an impression on me today, I fully intend to come back to her at Tampa Harley, rather than go to any other location to do my shopping. If I could give ten stars, I would!

I want to take the time to thank Tampa Harley. We live close by and frequently stop in to check things out. Amanda, Hayley, Molly, Tawnya, Jon, and Cami are all very friendly and helpful. I am a tall woman and have some problems finding clothes that fit. They all go out of their way to find things that will fit me properly, which is difficult considering my size. They all make me feel like family as soon as I walk in the door. I'll continue shopping at Tampa Harley because everyone makes me feel like family.

Bought my first bike there with Gary and since then had always been there to do my services and install parts on my Harley. This Company really knows what service is about. Matt from parts always showing the best options and helping me to decide what to put on my bike. Ryan, Bruce and Ritchie from service are always there to make the service happen perfectly and on the scheduled time and Cobey is the great mechanic that works on my bike every time it goes there. Harley Davidson of Tampa is amazing. With multiple HD locations in the area The Tampa HD location was by far the best and took care of us above and beyond exceeding all expectations. Mike - Ghost was our salesman and really made us feel valued as a customer and took care of all our needs, we couldn t be happier with our purchase. The staff from the top to bottom was professional and courteous, we even had a chance to meet the Florida boss for HD. They really made it a special experience. I Went to Tampa Harley yesterday to get a trade-in appraisal on my bike and possibly trading it in. Long story short, I didn't get a new bike but I might soon. Anyway, my bike had a serious, but minor problem. This cat named Richard(I think he's the manager) told me no worries. He took my bike to the back, performed emergency surgery and had me back on the road within 30 mins. These guys(and girls) at Tampa Harley are true professionals by every sense of the word. My experience at Tampa Bay Harley Davison was nothing but spectacular I went to Harley Davison of Tampa looking for a certain bike a 2018 Harley Davison limited anniversary addition . After going to several other local dealerships in town and out of town with no help. Then I went to Tampa Harley met with Jason a.k.a. rooster he not only Found the bike but had it overnighted from Panama City put together a super deal along with along with Richie the general manager Fred and financing and Jonathan and parts to put everything on the bike like I wanted .So what I am telling all you brothers and sisters if you're looking for a certain Harley you better be looking at Tampa bay Harley Davison.A perfect ten in my book

I recently upgraded both of my CVOs to Screamin Eagle 117s. The end result was very impressive, and this is what I mean by that .. After great input from the Service Department, Tiny (Mike), and Thomas, I decided to change-out the 259e cams that come in the kit, and instead, go with 585 cams for my 2015 Street Glide. The final numbers from the dyno are: 104.55HP and 127.53 Torque! It s a torque monster! A week later, when it came time to upgrade my 2016 Road Glide Ultra, I decide to go with the 259e cams that come in the kit. The final numbers from the dyno are: 112.02 HP and 118.14 Torque! Both builds were competed in timely fashion due to oversight from Ryan (Service Mgr), who handled the logistics of coordinating timelines necessary to allow for parts availability and servicing.

Tampa Harley Davidson has been my preferred dealer going on two years now. I have not experienced any negative performance issues during this time. What I have received is premiere customer service every time.
