My 2006 Ultra Classic was brought to Bruce Volk at HD or Tampa after an auto accident due to a driver making an illegal left turn in front of me - sound familiar? Anyway Bruce is top notch in my opinion, the man was incredibly friendly and always ready to answer a question I had. He continuously called me to keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. Wow I was really impressed. Ryan Logrien was at the service desk when I went to pick up my bike. He totally took care of me and explained everything that was done and introduced me to Jeff "AJ" Shaw the technician who worked on my bike. AJ took a lot of time to explain what was done and some further maintenance work that he recommended since my bike has almost 60K miles. I could tell AJ really cared for my bike and has been at Tampa HD for ten years considered one of their top wrenches. All in all Tampa HD is a place I would do business with again. Thanks for getting my Ultra back together, she rides like a dream.
