Best General Merchandise Manager Ever!! I collect dealer pins from all the cities I travel to. I prefer to stop in the dealership to buy the pin but sometimes the dealer isn't open or they are out of pins. So, I have either stopped by or called over 300 different dealerships and I can honestly say that the best experience I have ever had was with Alyssa Schutter at Harley Davidson of Tampa. The dealership was closed when I traveled through Tampa so I had to call to order my pin. Alyssa was the nicest, friendliest and most helpful salesperson I have talked to at any retailer and she gave me the same amount of attention as I was buying an inexpensive dealer pin as she would have if I was buying the most expensive bike on the floor. She took the time to describe each pin in detail to me and then when I received the pin it was packaged perfectly and even had a thank you note from her in it. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the entire experience....and to top it off I love the pin! Thank you Alyssa!!
