had my 1k service completed and a cooling fan installed at Tampa Harley today. it's the 3rd bike purchased from this dealership...when they say welcome to the family they mean it.. it's like going home on vacation with every person in the dealership happy to see you and shake your hand and it starts at the top. every time I go in the GM Rich seems to find me and give me a warm welcome and then I see him making the rounds shaking hands greeting his customers in all the departments. so I make the rounds like I'm part of the family for sure stopping to say hello at the parts department and then to say hi to Fred in the business office it's like it makes their day as much as it makes mine. even the sales people who didn't sell me my bike are always so nice. Ryan and his service team are the best in the business and always there to answer any questions. a special thanks to Mike (Tiny) my service advisor and the team who kept my bill at a fair price and not only made sure my bike was done on time to ride back to Safety Harbor but the guys in the back did a great job and my bike was showroom clean when I picked it up. I could go on and on about the folks at Tampa Harley and their down to earth home town feel.
We flew into Tampa with another couple. We rented a 2012 Road Glide and the other couple had a trike. Dave Cruz is the rental contact and he was great to work with. We were given helmets and rain gear upon request. We rode to Key West for the weekend and back. Dave gave us a ride back to the airport in St. Pete on Monday when we turned the bikes in. Had we not gotten in so late on Friday, the 19th, they would have also picked us up. We would definitely recommend anyone else to fly in and rent. Ask for Dave and I guarantee he will take care of you.. Thanks Dave!!!
I went along to Tampa Harley to buy a new motorcycle and worked with Mike Ghost Maguire. I couldn t be more satisfied on how the process went. Not being a cruiser rider, entering the Harley world for first time could be a little intimidating. However I couldnt have been made to feel more welcomed. The Tampa HD service team and mechanics are awesome! I recently installed a Stage III performance kit on my 14' Street Glide and it exceeded my expectations. Dyno results pushed 117 ft pounds of torque and 101 hp. Very strong results! Highly recommend Tampa HD for your next performance upgrade!
I bought my Softail Deluxe from HD Tampa 2 years ago, and have had consistently excellent service in the Service Department and in Motorclothes.
Richie, Tiny and the rest of Team Green have been awesome to deal with. Although I know I am one of many customers, they always manage to make me feel like I am the only one in the room. I wouldn't have my bike serviced anywhere else because I feel so secure with the care they give me. They're just fun!

The 3 stars is because of a rental issue. Though it's handled through a 3rd party, Eagle Rider really messed it up. We came from Michigan and had a reservation. While still in Michigan we checked the 7 day forecast and the day of our rental showed it was going to be awful weather so we called to cancel. We were told we couldn't cancel because they had a 10 day cancellation policy so we asked to change our date. Eagle Rider took way to long to respond to our emails and calls regarding our request but we finally got a confirmation that they changed our date of rental. Only instead of actually changing the date they accidentally left the date as the original date. So of course when we got to the dealership they had it in their system that we missed our ride/reservation date. The staff at Tampa Harley couldn't do much about it because rentals are handled through corporate. Needless to say, after waiting around for an hour to try to get it straightened out, they gave us a store credit and told us we could use it to rent a ride for the day. With the first half of the day spent we opted to not rent from them. Extremely disappointing.
I can t say enough about how amazing this experience was. Ghost was the most attentive and professional I have ever met. He went above and beyond to make this surprise happen without a hitch. His professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Harley of Tampa is phenomenal! I would recomend them to anyone, friends and family! Thank you all for being amazing and helping me pull off this surprise for my wife! She loves her 883 Superlow!

If your interested in purchasing, renting or servicing a Harley ,you have to go to Harley Davidson of Tampa. Mike"Ghost" Maguire is an awesome and very informative salesman . I tried a few months back to purchase one and it just wasn't the right time. Ghost kept checking in over the months to see if there was anything he could help with and to let me know of some different options that maybe available. The entire staff is amazing , they treat you with respect and always make you feel comfortable and like family!! They are all very knowledgeable and always check on you as they pass through out the store. Richie/ store manger , Tom/sales Manager , Jill who greets you when you walk in, sales people, Fred the Finance guy , parts, service and the merch dept are all awesome! My son bought his Harley from here as well(from Ghost). As a father , I couldn't have asked for better treatment when he bought his bike. Once the process is done , you receive a red carpet celebration that will give you perma-grin for a week!!! I'm now the proud owner of a 2016 Heritage soft tail.

I recently purchased a 2018 FLHTCU and could not be happier after my experience working collectively with Ghost, Izzy, and Paul. The day I purchased my bike I had erroneously obtained pre-approved financing through my own bank -- for a vehicle, not motorcycle. Paul and the gang were VERY patient with me and went the extra mile for me to solidify the deal, which for them meant staying late. I can honestly say that I felt as if they were looking out for me more than they were simply trying to move a bike to a customer and off of their showroom floor. Izzy in particular was patient and helped answer every seemingly trivial question that I could think of. Ghost was exceptionally helpful when we went over the bike in the showroom. Paul's patience and understanding as he walked me through the paperwork made the experience easy and stress-free. There is a sign in their showroom that reads, "Welcome to the Family" I couldn't agree more with these words or the way this dealership makes you feel on each visit.
This was my first HD bike purchase and I know that my next will be bought from my new(est) family, Tampa Harley Davidson.
When I first walked in I was greeted along with a smile. All The staff (Jason aka Rooster) was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly caring. I was treated like family, even when I had to postpone the purchase. When I returned they understood my situation and gave me an awesome deal. They even stayed 3 hours after closing time to make my experience as best as possible. Had a great experience browsing and purchasing my 1st cruiser. BabyFace provided great customer service and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. But, what I will do is give the service department at the Tampa Harley Davidson the highest possible rating based on my recent experience resolving a rattling sound coming from the left side of the engine on my recently purchased 2011 xl883l Superlow. The staff there was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and downright excellent. They won my respect and admiration and as a result, I will highly recommend them to anyone, whether they bought their wheels there or not. I can NOT say enough about our experience with HD Tampa Bay. We went to Berts Barracuda in St Pete and it was like a frat party. I was uncomfortable sitting there with my husband while about five early to mid 20s women walked around in only Harley underwear and skin tight shirts or bras with about 30 old biker guys there. They continually tried to get us to signed for a bike even after explaining we were just doing research and it felt very much pressured. We left so pissed off and deterred.
On a whim I reached out to HD Tampa Bag and Jason King changed our entire experience! He asked about my husband and what he had been looking at; gave advice about which bike and even moved our approved application over and helped us pick the bike my husband really wanted! Not only did he give fantastic customer service, but he kept in touch via text which is huge for me at work when I can walk away from my desk.
When we went in to meet in person he introduced us to everyone on the team including managers - showing us how much they valued our business and this massive decision we were making. He never shyed away from a question and even helped us get some free swag for our new bike. The finance guy was AMAZING even after a little uh-oh when applying for financing and it was worth every minute of the wait!
I highly recommend you come here because this team makes you one of the family and it s what changed our minds about getting a Harley after such an awful experience. My husband now has the motorcycle he has always wanted and we can not be happier. We so look forward to Harley s events and spending time with amazing people!

Coming from a Sport Bike and Super Moto backround I'm not new to motorcycles, but I was brand new to H-D. The staff over at Tampa H-D absolutely killed it. Everyone, from my salesmen Ghost who really worked for me, to Smitty and Kim who made the deal happen, to Floyd who took me on my first test rides and really explained the line up to me. The service department here is the best. Whenever you walk thru the door, Ryan, Tiny, and Matt greet you and make you feel like family. The techs will go over your bike with you and explain in detail the issues or upgrades with your bike. The detail guys do a great job of keeping them clean as well. Richy has done a great job of making everyone work well together and make it feel like a smalltime shop.
I stopped in to buy some poker chips and a shirt the service was awesome and then I remembered my granddaughter's birthday hey Laura help me find that shirt that would actually fit my granddaughter pick one out and the color even that was really good that would fit my granddaughter. Laura was great help.

BOOM! vs CELL PHONE DATA LINK INTERFACE MYSTERY SOLVED!!!
I bought a new 2016 CVO Street Glide a few months back and after being unable to get my smart phone to interface with the BOOM! Audio system except by Bluetooth, I re-read my owner's manual and saw mostly Apple or iPhone references. So I went out and traded in my Android phone, which only worked on Bluetooth but not through the data link, expecting my new iPhone SE to work as indicated in the manual - but NO it didn't! My Sprint salesman couldn't get it to work either, so I called Tampa HD. I spoke to Ryan, Service Mgr, who invited me to come over, assuring me that he'd seen my problem many times before. So I rode right over and as he promised, he went through the steps on hard wiring my iPhone to the BOOM! data link and got "No Readable Media Files Found", the music that had been playing stopped and the screen went mostly blank. He then tried another cable to no avail, then he reached into his own pocket and tried his somewhat older iphone 5S AND IT WORKED! So he quickly deduced that the problem wasn't the bike, but unlike other uncaring people who would have walked away saying "not mine, tough luck", he wouldn't give up just yet. Even though my bike was less than 4 months old at that point, he updated the software to the latest and greatest, but that didn't work either. So he finally suggested that I go back to Sprint and show them that the bike did work on his phone, just not mine. After 3 hours at Sprint, buying an upgraded iPhone 6S, and so on, THE NEW PHONE STILL DIDN'T WORK! So I suggested that we call Apple Tech Support. To make a long story shorter, I finally met a "Genius" (their term.. really) who was a biker also. He too had seen my problem but couldn't explain why some phones worked and others just wouldn't. So he and I went outside to my bike and he plugged in his phone to witness that my bike did connect to his phone, but not mine. He then wiped my phone clean and just installed 'i tunes' and 1 song, plugged my phone in AND IT WORKED!! It turns out that the BOOM! is built on APPLE technology and because of that, it needs to see Media with Apple formatting to work. Once it saw that one song that was installed on my phone, my PANDORA played, the album cover comes up on the screen, I can surf my genres just as if I was holding my phone in my hand - and my phone works both on voice and text too! I'M A HAPPY GUY! Thanks to Richie - the store's General manager for having my back and Ryan - the stores Service Manager for not giving up and leaving me hanging! The Apple 'Genius' at International Plaza who helped solve the mystery was Mike Nicolini. The Sprint agent in Palm Harbor who wouldn't give up was Richard Cantu. I now have a fully functioning BOOM!
As you have read, I was determined to find a solution to make my BOOM! fully functional and had it not been for the steadfast support and reassurance of Richie and Ryan, who not only tried their very best themselves, but invited me to seek more expert help and to keep them in the loop = gave me the confidence and support I needed to see this most challenging issue solved. I can't thank Tampa Harley enough!

I finally bought a new HD Road Glide! As excited as I am now to be a new HD owner, I have to admit I was a bit nervous in the beginning. I got approved online through HD Credit, I locally shopped at my hometown HD dealer, was not very impressed with the pressure I felt by the sales team there, not willing to make the deal I was looking for. I really wanted to be at a certain dollar amount per month - it just felt like old school car sales (back and forth to the manager type), this approach immediately turned me off. I contacted a friend (Ryan Logrien - HD Tampa Parts professional) and instantly felt comfortable with his expertise and understanding of what my needs were and what I was looking for regarding payments etc. This was a flawless deal, they offered me a price I was comfortable with, immediately felt connected with everyone at the dealership, really made you feel at home. From Chris Hooker (my awesome and informative sales pro) to Virginia Duncan (finance manager - who I must of contacted 20 times within 24 hrs) and Ryan Moomaw (who ultimately sealed the deal in finance), to my direct referral Ryan Logrien in parts (who is just exceptional at customer service and knowledge - nobody better!) I even had Sgt. Major (Store Manager) shake my hand and welcome me to the HD family - meant a lot to me. I just want to share that if anyone out there is considering a HD (which you should) - please give this awesome store and team first dibs, they for sure will make you a satisfied customer. I have already referred someone there and they are very pleased - you will be too - go get a Harley Davidson from Harley Davidson of Tampa - and use me for a referral (Chris Ankwiz) (I could use more referral money for additional upgrades) Best of Luck
