This weekend I purchased a 2012 Harley Davidson XL1200 Forty Eight at the Brandon HD in Tampa and SYAN KAZI made the process painless, easy, and enjoyable. He was VERY responsive through emails and didn't hound me for a deposit (after I gave him my answer to the first time he asked), didn t repeatedly ask me to come in right away, or call every hour on the hour to make sure I was still wanting to make the purchase. He is what I would call and "Good" sales consultant. Thanks bud, for making this easy! I also want to give a shout to Mike "Beef" Moran, the F&I gentleman who took care of my paperwork. He offered me what i needed NOT what I didn t need. He tried numerous ways to take care of me and I am very grateful for the way he treated me as a customer. Thanks Mike.

I just wanted to say a huge thanks goes out to Ryan Logrien in service and the staff at HD of Tampa. My Road Glide had a ignition problem while on a vacation to Tampa. My business required me to be back in Minnesota, at a certain date. Ryan, had the bike towed into the shop, promply began the work on the bike and got it done on time and when promised. I highly recommend this dealer. Very attentive, and nice people to deal with.

Great service and the salesman Ozzy couldn't have been nicer. After my 1500 mile round trip from Tampa, FL to the mountains in Western NC to visit family, there were a few growing pains noticed in my new RoadGlide Limited. Upon my return, Tampa HD took care of them and helped make the bike an even a better fit for me.

Absolutely unbelievable experience for a first time rider/buyer. Ingo could not have been more helpful! And Floyd not only stayed nearly an hour after closing to ensure everything was done right, he also offered to personally deliver the bike that same night! Lastly Kim was so incredibly professional and proficient, the entire process was not only painless, but downright enjoyable. She also stayed nearly an hour after closing to cross every t and dot every lower case j and simply couldn t have made it easier! As a brand new rider I have to reiterate: I ve said it before and I ll say it again, I don t feel like I got a new bike, I feel like I got a new family!

I started looking for a new motorcycle about a month ago. This is my first Harley purchase. I've owed mostly Ducati's in my life and I've seen some really good service, but Harley-Davidson of Tampa has Customer Service Down! I've never seen better service from Ray (in Sales), Josh (GSM), Matt (Parts Manager) and Ryan (Service Consultant)... This place knows how to take care of clients and they do what they say or more.

I couldn't be more impressed with the Customer Service at Tampa Harley. I want to start off by mentioning that our sales woman, Chelsea, was the best my husband and I have ever came across. She had such a welcoming smile and her energy really pulled us in. Her knowledge on Motorcycles was such a relief for us considering the fact that we had an overbearing amount of questions. We had the privilege of being taken care of by a team at your dealership that really took the time and their experience not only to fix the bike but helped us on some safety issues. They went out of their way to explain it an come up with a solution that we were pleased with. Caution: do NOT buy insurance from Jeff Ard with Ard Insurance as they are crooks. I am a nurse and have a very busy schedule. When I informed them that I wanted to cancel the policy, they initially refused to cancel. Then, they agreed to cancel after a period of time and refund the months remaining. However, after the policy was cancelled, I realized not only they did not refund the remaining balance but also they charged me. CROOKS, is what they are taking advantage of people!!!

We had our motorcycle serviced here. They are very patient and explained everything every step of the way. Best service experience!

This Harley Dealership is Top Notch. I bought a used StreetGlide from them and couldn't be happier. While I was looking to get a SG many dealerships gave me the run around and treated me like I was at a car dealership.

Every single member from my sales woman (Chelsea) to the finance manager (Ryan) and the GM Sgt. Maj. were phenomenal and did whatever it took to make the deal work for both of us.

I've taken the bike in for brakes and other service since buying it, and the service dept has been amazing also. Matt in service and his manager Richie are awesome and really have taken care of me.

His tireless labors resulted in the on-time delivery of the motorcycle without any re-work required of any aspect of the rebuild. He always displayed a can do attitude with respect to the numerous requests I made of him to install upgraded components, or make ergonomic adjustments to already installed items. His thoroughness and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I consider his knowledge of Harley-Davidsons to be a real asset to Harley-Davidson of Tampa. Gary is, and will always be, my choice as the one to work on my bikes for years to come.

Just in town for business and was doing the tour of Harley shops I always do when I am traveling and missing my 2011 Street Glide (FLHX). Tawnya was awesome. I was just browsing around the merchandise when she introduced herself and asked if I was looking for anything special. I explained I was killing time and she let me know about their lounge with free food and beverage as well as some of their smoking deals. She kept a conversation going off and on while I was there while helping other customers. It was just an overall friendly and great experience.

What a great place to go and relax without worrying about anyone hovering over your shoulder. These guys are all friendly and informative. I was referred to Ghost by my father and after my test ride it was a stroke of the pen! No bs haggling or gimmicks. I was offered a price I was happy with and rode my bike home! Ghost knew everything I had to ask and was a very cool dude. Once you purchase a ride, there s a great initiation to welcome you to the family. Everything in financing was smooth as could be. Had a great experience going to Tampa Harley! Been to all other harley shops In the surrounding counties and none are like this one. The service manager Ryan and advisers Tiny and Jason had amazing knowledge of what they thought could be wrong with my bike before they inspected. After inspection they were right it wasn't what other Harleys wanted me to spend 2k in parts when it was a cheap 50$ part. Thank you Tampa Harley for being a great shop. Customer for life!

Laura was amazing! I came in to trade out a belt. No issues with the exchange. Then needed a shirt, but ended up buying two shirts plus a pair of Stance socks. She has great taste and knowledge of the gear/clothes you sell. Thanks.

I purchased a 2018 FLHX Street glide from Bert"s Barracuda in ST Pete FL May 2018. I went in to Bert's to trade in for a 2019 FLHS Street Glide Special Aug 2019. I thought they would take care of me for being a loyal customer, but I was wrong!! They just tried to screw me. So the net day I called Mike Smith at Tampa Harley Davidson to see what they could do. Boy am I glad I did, because Mike and Floyd took great care of me and that sunday I left with my brand new Street Glide Special at a GREAT DEAL!!! Thank you again guy it was a pleasure and fun dealing with you guys!!!

We rented Harley's for my friends 30th birthday the experience was amazing and the staff was really easy to work with. When it's time for me to buy a Harley it will be with these guys.

Big KUDOS to Jonathan in parts.. I live in Kansas and the HD dealer here services both my bikes and one I bought from them.. long story short is I placed a speaker grill order from them in June of last year.. every month I get told the same thing.. item is back ordered and it s gonna be another month.. today I was told it will now be the end of March.. they have never done more than deliver bad news..nothing else. Being frustrated that it s already been 6 months, I decided to call HD of Tampa simply because I use to live there and have been there on many occasions.. talked to Jonathan in parts and although he gave me the same back order bad news, he said let me do this for you.. he did a nationwide harley database search and sent me literally over 40 dealerships across the us that shows they should have the parts in inventory.. it took two phone calls and I was able to order both items today and I will have them in hand by next week..

Thanks Jonathan for going above and beyond for someone who was just a out of state inquiry.. although I live in Kansas HD of Tampa will now have a new customer for future purchases..

On a side note, the first call I made was to a HD dealer in California. They too had the parts but REFUSED to sell to me because I wasn t local.. last time I checked ... if I am calling a HD dealer for parts, I am a HD customer.. somehow I guess that doesn t matter to some HD dealers.. smh..

I ll start by saying this is the first time I have bought a motorcycle from a dealer. This is my 4th bike but I ve always gone used and from private sellers. I hate haggling with the dealership mentality but I was pleasantly surprised by my trip to Tampa Harley Davidson.

I met with the sales guy Izzy 2 months before I made my purchase and he was great. Very knowledgeable and he helped guide me towards the best bike for me personally since I was converting from a street bikes to a sportster. He kept up communication and when the time was right helped me make the purchase.

I would recommend that anyone going to buy from here talk to the sales manager. He was great about being simple, straightforward, and genuine without any back and forth. When I went back to finally purchase, the general manager was there and gave me more pushback and a less than favorable purchasing experience.

All in all love the bike and would recommend anyone going there to talk to Izzy!

My bike broke down while my wife and I were here on vacation. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond expectations. Thanks to Tampa Harley-Davidson I just joined the Harley family! No pushy sales team or tactics. It s seriously just a group of Harley-Davidson loving people sharing their joy in ownership. And when I tell you that EVERY member of their awesome team treated me like family through the entire process, I mean it. I was happy to have Justin aka Babyface and Mike help me during the buying process to answer all of my questions before finally landing on a 2020 Road Glide Special!!! Best part of all was having the lovely Miss Kim walk me and the wife through the financial process. She took her time, even though it was like two hours past closing, to review all the details and bank information so that we understood all the loan details.

All I can say is that this is really a great group of people that made me feel like I was a part of their family. And they were happy to welcome me into the Harley family once I made the decision to purchase the bike.

Brain was really nice and helpful salesman knowing that it was a longshot but he still stuck by us and gave me high hopes! I had a new 2018 Honda although he did tell me to take my husbands Harley Davidson old bike and let him get a new one I thought this guy has has lost his mind because I was embarassed riding around on it in Harley events and stores. I knew he must have had injured his head some how but he came out of it and got me my new 2019 Cherry Red Sportster 1200N I love it Thank you and the staff there are all nice! There are sales and then there are sales experiences. If you are looking for just another transaction then go to Craig's List, Ebay or any one of a number of dealerships. If you are looking to both purchase a bike, understand all its capabilities and feel very confident in your selection when you ride away from the dealership - then please go see my man Kelly at Harley-Davidson of Tampa, FL on Dale Mabry Highway. Being a bike novice Kelly walked me through every feature offered on a score of different bikes (not just Harley-Davidsons). He took a great deal of time to make sure I was comfortable in selecting the exact bike that was both best for me and for the exact product I was shopping for. I just haven't seen this kind of service at other dealerships (both cars and bikes). I really believe Kelly might have passed up other sales opportunities to educate me on my potential purchase. Being obsessed with mechanical details was not a problem at this dealership. Kelly walked me back into the garage area of the dealership so that I could see everything about the engine and power transfer systems of the particular model bike that I was interested in (the "Fat Bob"). I asked all my questions and they were answered completely and professionally. I cannot say enough about the sales experience of this dealership. If you are looking for a bike or just have general questions about motorcycle ownership, please go talk to the good folks at Tampa Harley-Davidson and specifically ask for Kelly.

This organization bullied me and my new employer to fire me as they were worried if I worked for the competition it would hurt them. They were right but as there top sales person they should have treated better this is a awful place to work and came after me legally with the attitude we cant win but we have more money to make sure we squash you. Let see what letter they send me about this review.

I want to start this review off by stating the fact that I live about 15 minutes away for new port Richey HD and because of the guys like Jason Kitzmiller, Ryan ,tiny, Thomas, smalls, ghost, baby face, Allen, and pretty much everyone there I will always to my bike to be serviced at Tampa Harley Davidson. From the moment I bought my bike (thanks to baby face) they ve treated my like a friend and not a costumer they re has been too many times to count where the techs and service advisor Jason k, pulled off what seemed to be impossible to get me back up and ripping through town... 10/10 would recommend....

I took my bike in recently for service at Tampa HD. Starting with the manager Mike, to the service writer Ryan and service manager Rufus, I have never felt more comfortable and confidant leaving my bike for repair. Ryan and Rufus went above and beyond making sure my bike was taken great care of and that everything I wanted was done to my satisfaction upon completion.

I live 100 miles north of Tampa HD and make the ride each time for service or repairs or add ons. I have used this shop in the past with great results but I felt compelled to write about this trip. Something seemed even better this time. Thanks to the whole crew!

I bought my Sportster via Talahasse HD, loved the bike non issue.. Where in lied my issue was my tag for the bike... I have now ordered (4) temp tags.. so i called tampa HD, and got in touch with Brenda... literally in 2 hours, she had tracked down my tags, the issues, and solved the entire thing, after only 2 hours and 4 phone calls exchanged i finally got my tag. Thank you for your help Brenda. you are awesome!
