Spent two days trying to get a simple answer, "What will you give me on my trade?" Received no numbers for two days from salesperson. Was finally offered an out the door number on a bike (with my trade) that almost had my 2016 300 cc Scoot valued at nothing; this was a $5,300 machine 4 months old with 18 months of factory warranty left on it... Bought a Metric instead, got a fair value for my trade, spent $9,000 less than I was going to spend at Harley. Got a nice ride. I will not deal with them again; the bikes i love, the Administration & Sales staff, not so much...
