Wow!! I went in this store and they took great care of me, I bought a 2017 CVO and they took 3,000 dollars off the purchase and gave me a back seat and $500 dollars credit in store, Christmas came early and I would give them a shot if you are in the market for a bike..Five Stars......

Everyone here is so helpful. Tawnya helped me with my best and she was just awesome. Then Dan helped me with taking delivery of my bike. Then Jason explained a lot of stuff to me regarding my new bike and what modifications I could do. Everyone there is just good people and fun to hang around.

When I met Matt (Salesman) he was very friendly and helpful. He did not push me into any one motorcycle, as a matter of fact, we negotiated on three different bikes! After finally picking one bike to negotiate, 2017 CVO Pro Street Breakout, Joe (Sales Manager) and Matt got the bike down to its rock bottom price. Smitty (General Manager) made sure I was happy by offering me a $200 gift card on top of the already great price! I went ahead and took the bait and shook on it. Next, I met Kym (Finance Manager) and she was knowledgeable and friendly which made the process very easy! After signing my life away, JK, Matt took me around the horn if you will and I met everyone that would be helping me in the Harley family. Nicole (Apparel Area) was extremely nice and gave us the low down on purchases. She also gave me a Tampa Harley T-Shirt and 10% off coupon for my first purchase. I met folks in the parts and service department also. I enjoyed meeting everyone and it just made my decision that much better. I sure did feel welcome and appreciated for purchasing the bike. Then, if that wasn't enough, I heard my name over the loudspeaker to get ready to ring the BELL! When I did all the staff were at a bike and honked the horns. Pretty cool!!!

A very fair and professtional staff. I tried negotiating the asking price for one 2013 VROD Muscle $500 lees than labeled. But because of the fixed stock pricing, the sales rep proposed meeting in the middle and I agreed to $250 less than the asking price. I am very satisfied with the sales process and I am enjoying my VROD Muscle. Thanks, "Izzy"!

Both Ryan and Kelly are amazing! Kelly always remembered me and greeted me with friendly hellos for the past year every time I would come in to check out the new inventory. I was finally able to purchase the Street 750 and Ryan and Kelly hung out with me for hours on both Saturday and Sunday going on test rides and teaching me everything about the bike and all the services Harley Davidson of Tampa has to offer.

I couldn't be happier with my experience and I am so excited to finally be a part of this HOG family!

I walked into Tampa Harley Davidson knowing that I wanted a bike but honestly did not know which one and what I needed. Sales representative Kelly Melton spent three weeks with me in person, via e-mail and phone helping me every step of the way providing all the answers I needed. He was even able to show me options between used and new that I had no idea about and proved to me that I was able to get the brand new model I thought I couldn't have.
I am currently the very proud rider of 2013 Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom, just the way I wanted it, thanks to him.

While visiting from Oklahoma I needed a brake light switch for my Superglide. Called Tampa and Brandon HD and was told there were none. So I called Lakeland HD and they had two of them. I went there and was so impressed with the parts desk personnel I went home and installed the switch and a week later I bought a 2017 FLTRU from them. They told me all Tampa had to do was call them and they could have saved me all the aggravation, and this is how you make friends they told me. Anyway love and learn, but I'll never be back to Tampa HD. They are.like the suckoneers, they suck

Yesterday i bought my first Harley on this dealer and i cant be more happy. They gave me the best options for my size and provided me the best prices. "Bo" the salesman who took care of me was awesome, same as Kathy one of the managers, she did everything to get me the best insurance quote. I really appreciate the friendly and proffesional treatment you guys gave me.

This particular Harley family...Gulf Coast, Tampa and Brandon, are EXCEPTIONAL. The ladies all stand out. In the Tampa store you have one of my very favorites, Chelsey Lashele Fischer. She is always 'on'. No matter what the day, she has a huge smile for everyone who comes across her path. She takes time to answer questions and goes into careful detail for whatever it is that you are looking for. She is sorely missed at my local Harley, Gulf Coast and I hope Tampa appreciates the gem that they have from us now!!

My wife visited Florida and brought me back a Harley shirt from Tampa HD which was the wrong size. I called HD of Tampa and talked to Amanda (motorclothes manager) and explained the problem. She had me send the shirt back to her and she quickly sent me a shirt in return which was the correct size. It was a great experience for me to have someone so nice and understanding as Amanda to do what she did for me and so quickly. Thank you Amanda and HD of Tampa.

No star. Once again I am left feeling like a second class customer. Some time ago I called looking for at least some info on a particular bike. After hours people are clueless. Sales Dept did not fair much better. Finally got some lady who put me in her Rolodex and called me back at a later date. Guess she doesn't exist anymore cause now I have been tuned in to a guy who knows less than zero about me Apparently thinks a message saying we sold that and I'll call you later will due. Too busy I guess. I live I NewHampshire and called you in Tampa for a real reason. I am not going to play any kind of phone tag crap just so I can speak with someone about a purchase again. You folks in Fla are doing just fine without my money.Glad to hear that. Really hope your sales team is on salary and not commission. You might also want to put up a U S map and show your people where N H is because it ain't all that easy to just run on down and take a test drive. A test drive on a Harley will help to sell a bike but a real salesperson will sell it on the block first. Hands down. Truly disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience buying my first HD motorcycle. My sales guy was "Batman." He worked overtime to provide excellent service and answer all my questions. I live 600 miles from Tampa and to go back and forth to Tampa I pass 3 dealerships off of I-75. Yet I will opt to drive to and buy from this one. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. I recently purchased a 2016 Harley Davidson of Tampa and I must say the experience was very positive and exceeded my expectations. I have never been a fan of some of the games automobile dealers play when you make a purchase and at HD Tampa it is all professional and well coordinated. The team members there all have a great attitude, the facility is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone at this Tampa Harley was very friendly and NOT pushing on selling me a bike. I originally went with my family to just buy a $2 part for my brother; however, a motorcycle caught my eye and an employee named Izzy was nice enough to offer to turn her on for me and take her for a test ride. He stayed after hours just to finish paperwork so that I could ride my new bike home! I will be back for sure. I went in Tampa HD on Saturday 9/25 in the morning for some service. While being serviced I was walking around and bought 3 more hats to add to my collection. Tawnya helped me. while she was ringing me up she noticed I had no points on my rider rewards card. She said she's seen me in there a lot. She some how pulled up my purchases and saw a lot of money I had spent. She told me she would be right back.She came back with a list of my purchases where she had someone sign it. She got someones permission to credit all my purchases and services to my rider rewards account. My card went from zero to over 2000 points. If she hadn't gone the extra mile I would never had known. and she fully explained how the card worked. Now I understand why she works at Tampa HD. She's part of the Best of the Best!!!

We had a great buying experience at Harley Davidson of Tampa! We started looking for a new bike before Christmas and completed the purchase process yesterday. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. We never felt rushed to make a decision. They focused on ensuring we found the right bike with the right set up for us. Our sales person, Rev, was so patient and helpful He ensured all of our questions were answered and concerns were met, even when that meant staying well after closing time one night. Our interactions with Stephen, the Sales Manager and, Richie, the General Manager, were outstanding. They made sure we got the right deal for us. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Great dealership, I was kind of on the fence after having some bad experiences at other dealers but everyone at Tampa Harley made me feel right at home and no pressure. I just got my first Harley, a 2020 Softail Standard, From Tampa Harley-Davidson, and it is the PERFECT bike for me. I havewaited for this bike ofr over thirty years and it is everything I hoped it would be. She is a beauty!

Harley of Tampa is a great place for all ur harley riding needs. Between the GM of sales Richie and Ryan the service manager i have no need to go any where else.. They treat great and like i my part of there family.

Most of the time it's a great place, but why employees sit in huddles and ignore customers is beyond me. Motor clothes, 4 employees, not one acknowledged me or ever ask if I needed help. Yen Ten min walking around in there, no other customers. Looked at bikes for five to seven minutes, no one came to ask questions, walked out the door every 30 minutes without ever having someone say anything...even on departure.

My brother and I went to try and trade in his fat boy for a road glide...we expected it to take the better part of the day, but we had no idea how awesome the day would be! Kelly was phenomenal! Josh is another awesome guy who helped us get it all done. It was more like we were there just to hang out, lol. They did eveything they could to make the deal work, for everyone. I've never seen better customer service, anywhere. you guys rock! Thanks for everything!!! Best experience by far :)

Great dealership and buying experience. Matt is a great sales person and helped us finally decide on 2 new bikes. The dealership stayed open late to introduce us to all the departments and staff, finish all the paperwork and set up delivery. They even surprised us by being able to deliver a day earlier than originally planned.

It's a nice place but their Bikes Night party was boring.

Stopped in to looked at the new Touring bikes. Loco helped me and got me up to speed on the new features of the bikes. Very knowledgeable and cool. Will be back for a purchase soon.

I had a very good experience at Tampa HD! The sales team was Jason and Paul and they were professional and laid back. It felt like we were hanging out just looking at bikes. When the negotiations came we couldn t reach a deal and NOBODY was mad or pissy like some dealers get. I walked out and we all shook hands and all was good. Eventually we reached a deal and they went out of their way, and were willing to do more, to make things easy on my family and I. Highly recommended.
