Awesome customer service!My husband is doing some work out there for a few weeks and I wanted to send him a t-shirt for his collection for Valentine's Day ,I called the store (I live in El Paso ,TX ) and Hope took the time to snap some pics of tshirts for me and send them to me . I called the store back and Hope got the mailing info, and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, she even sent me the confirmation and receipt! Came in today to talk about getting upgrades for my Harley today. Not only was I invited to come in to talk about them, but Richie and Ryan talked to me to make sure the parts would fit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted would work and look damn good. I always love coming here because everyone is friendly, and will stop to strike up a conversation. Ryan and Ritchie are awesome. Now the parts are on order and I cannot wait to get the parts on my Harley. Just upgraded my 2015 Road Glide Special to a 2017 fully loaded 2017. I tell you the my salesman "Rocket" and the the sales manager "Top Gun" did everything possible to ensure I had an awesome experience. Excellent customer service and support. Rented a motorcycle from HD Tampa, and couldn't recommend it more highly. Jon did all my paperwork and even worked with Laura, the regional VP, to get me on a more suitable bile which wasn't displayed when I made my reservation. Jon also went over the coverage I had for towing and tires included in my VIP package.

Later that night I had to use that coverage about 400 miles from home. I spoke with the manager Bruce around 8 PM because of some confusion with the roadside people. He made sure I was taken to a local motel for the evening and towed to the closest dealer to have the flat tire replaced. My only expense was the motel itself. Bruce was very nice especially considering my being pretty upset at the time.

I spoke with Laura directly while the tire was being replaced the next afternoon. I commended her staff for the level of service I had received, and she assured me that she would be looking into my experience with the roadside assistance people. Laura even went over the Club Eaglerider program with me and explained how it could help save me $100 per day next time I rent one of their bikes.

Looking forward to dealing with HD Tampa in the future, and will be renting another bike soon! Thanks guys!

The Sales Staff was Great..... "Junior" made this a very relaxing and "Stress-Free" Experience..... Sales Manager gave me a Great Deal on my bike, and Kim in Finance got me in and out in under :15 mins!! James in the parts department went over a lot of helpful details about my bike as he had one at one time.... Even called James back after I left the dealership and he answered 2 questions for me about my bike!! I would recommend HD of Tampa to ANYONE who likes to ride and wants a Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff!!

Ritchie Rocket and Ariel! Top notch service from all 3 Ritchie was above and beyond hanging out with my 5 year old while daddy was TCB. A short story about how absolutely awesome Tampa Harley service staff is. We have a trip planned to visit my son at Fort Bragg North Carolina before he deploys overseas. Had a problem with the bike, parts are going to come in the day we were supposed to leave. Tampa Harley has said they will dedicate all the staff and time needed to get us out in a timely manner so that we can visit our son before he goes out of country. As a Vet I know what it means to see your family before you go. The little things are what matter. Thank u Tampa Harley Davidson for being so supportive for our troops you guys rock!

Greeted by this sweet blond woman sitting to the right of the front door upon entry, she was so nice !!! Love your selection of clothes including your fall long sleeve women's tops and warm hats. Love love love your clothing department staff, every time we come in those girls are friendly, attentive, and precessional. Ari even left the fitting room door unlocked for me as there were just my husband and I there, how convenient !!! Free popcorn and refreshments are wonderful as well... Always a customer friendly store, the coffee and popcorn is the best and of course the new and used bikes inventory.

Just stopped in to do some research on a new ride and was greeted by the hostess who was everything we could've asked for. Afterwards I had the pleasure of meeting Izzy who explained what my transition would be like from sports bikes to cruisers and how the vehicles differ. Now I'm planning a refresher course for myself and making a date out of it with my lady friend.

I purchased my first Harley, a 2007 Road King, from Harley-Davidson of Tampa and it was by far the best, easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase that I have ever experienced. My sales guy, Ken Angell, and the sales manager, Josh, were incredibly attentive to my needs and nothing was too much trouble and they did everything possible to make sure that I was and would remain happy. I can honestly say that whenever I walk into the dealership I am made to feel like family and without hesitation, I recommend this dealership.

Every since I moved to Tampa, this is the only place I get my bike serviced. The entire team there has been more than helpful from service to general merchandise. I have never been to a dealership before that took care of their guests the way Tampa has. I always recommend Tampa Harley to my friends all over Florida!

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Harley Davidson Breakout today. During the week we were in contact with Ariel and she was able to work with us and get the bike we wanted. She was very receptive and always followed through and did what she said. We went to the dealership the night before we actually did the deal and everyone was very friendly and nice. We were introduced to the sales manager, Tom and our salesman, Ghost. Which both were very helpful. They took the time to talk to us and show us around. When we came back to do the deal again everyone was friendly and helpful. We were remembered from the night before. The entire staff was like this, not just the people that were working with us on the sale. A very excellent team at the dealership. We we're offered food and drinks, always felt welcomed, never like a burden. Ghost and Ariel were very knowledgeable and always willing to help and said if we needed anything after we left to just let them know. All in all it was an excellent experience where in the past we have had the best of luck. We will definitely recommend to others and return in the future. Last year after my Motorcycle crash I was hesitant to go back to the Tampa dealership because my bike was towed there waiting for insurance to decide what they were going to do. They ended up totaling my bike and I was very upset. It was an amazing bike. So of course I didn't want to go back to the place I last saw my bike. Yeah I know silly but true. But on a whim my wife and I walked in later in the afternoon and was promptly met by Ghost. He ended up being the best person to help us. He was understanding, listened and answered every question we had. Patient too since my wife can be a spitfire when it comes to her dealings with sales guys. He handled it in stride and was so funny as well. We ended up falling in love with a bike and in no time the manager and finance guy worked out a deal for us that was perfect. We added some after market stuff and told them to keep the bike until everything was added! We pick her up next week and I cant wait! Ghost and the crew at Tampa is where you need to go and get yourself your dream bike. I promise you you won't be disappointed. In the end, they make you feel like family!!

Bought my first bike from them this Sunday. My experience actually started out a little rough with this place. I made an appointment to see a bike, but when I came it was missing parts and wasn't ready. Human mistake, we all do similar things at work. Ariel, the lady I was dealing with jumped on top of it and set up another appointment for me. This time around things were done better then perfect. Her communication skills are excellent. I wouldn't come back if it wasn't for her.
Richard Nelemans were the person to fix the situation. He and Ghost (Mike) made me feel like I was buying a bike and the world did not exist. They sure turned the tables around. I was heard, every question I had was answered. Was one of the most pleasant experiences I had purchasing something important like a first bike. Very friendly place. Ghost gave me a present- a little bell. he didn't have to do it at all, you don't get gesture like this at a place where all they want is to sell you stuff for as much as they can. I love my bell !
Oh, forgot to mention Fred Woods who was doing the finances. Patient, methodical. He printed out the forms for me with all the possible variations, so it was easier for me to understand what I am paying for. He answered all my questions in detail. Made it it a lot easier to understand the numbers. Thank you everyone involved. If my friends want to buy a bike I will send them here.

Fantastic as usual for HD. We stopped in on vacation to grab a logo tshirt. We walked in a few minutes before he hour. We didnt know what time they closed. We were greeted with friendly hellos & welcome. We realized they were closing as the lights were off. We apologized and said we would come back the next day. The manager on duty said, oh no, please come in and shop. They were also very helpful. We made it quick, checked out and will definitely go back when in the area of Tampa again! Thanks you again!

After not having a bike for a while I decided to get back into it and could not have asked for better help than I got at Harley-Davidson of Tampa. I initially was looking at a wide range of bikes and had never owned a Harley and I wanted to know more about them, so I made an appointment with Mike Ghost Maguire to come in and take a closer look. I came from a dirt and sport bike background but didn t want to go that route again, so I was considering a sportster. Mike spent quite a bit of time with me answering questions and showing me the different bikes even after I told him that I wasn t ready to buy and was just checking them out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me benefits and drawbacks of what I was looking at. After I left, I did some research on the internet and found that what he was telling me was what others were saying. A couple weeks went by while I looked during this time Mike stayed in to touch with me but at no time did, I feel pressured. When I did get some time to go look again it was Mikes day off but Israel Izzy Cuellar offered to answer my questions, I explained that I had been working with Mike and wanted him to get credit for the sale if it happened, I said I could come back later but he said not to worry about it and proceeded to spend a couple of hours with me. A couple days later I came back and purchased a bike from Mike, without their help it s very possible I would not have gotten the best bike I could have in my budget. I want to thank everyone at Harley-Davidson of Tampa for making my first purchase of a Harley-Davidson everything I thought it would be.

Awesome place!! All of the sales guys are super nice, even when you are just looking. They are not super pushy at all. They work really well with you to make sure you get, not only what you want but also one that fits your life style! See either Rev, Fred, or Clarence!!

Being an out of state buyer I had my reservations at first but Eric my sales person was top notch and saw to every detail of the deal. Even though I purchased a pre-owned non Harley bike everyone the dealership made me feel so welcome and provided me with the quality service that would be expected from a top of the line dealership. When I will be ready for a new HD, Eric will be the first person I call.

Service got my bike rideable again after another dealership's inexperience made it worse. I recommend anyone wanting or needing their Harley dyno tuned in central Florida to come here since Crystal River lost Lucky. This was my first time here for service and I don't remember any names, but thank you all! It's much appreciated. I'll definitely be back.

Bought my 2009 H-D VRCDX today from this Harley Davidson. Could not have been a better experience. My sales rep was Big Ryan, from the start his customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've done customer service for the government, door to door marketing, retail sales, so I have huge standards.

The entire store made the buying process as easy as possible and was there for support, not a sale(obviously they know how to sell), they had truly made me feel part of the H-D family.

There was no pressure involved at all, only information given.

Babyface was real helpful. He had an answer to any questions I had and even informed me about things I didn't know.

Great experience. Fletcher and and Mike were great in working out the paperwork and details. Matt the salesman was amazing. He was patient and always responded quickly with my calls and texts. Also had an unknown problem with the bike and they did not hesitate to make it right. I am in retail and I would definitely go to them again.

Update: Went back to the Shop to get my bike tuned when I saw a Fatboy Lo... Needless to say Matt was great again and got me into the bike. Ordered some bars that were on back-order and Ryan in service was able to get a pair over-nighted anyway!
Once again these guys have shown what buying and servicing a Harley should look like. Thanks fellas!!

Richie - Service Manager ~ This guy is the BEST!!! Don't let him get away. I came in with a "death wobble" on my 2007 Softail Deluxe and he took her out for a spin right away, no wait and let me know exaclty what needed to be done!! Of course I knew it needed a new front tire, but he also let me know about the other adjustments on the front neck that needed to be made. So friendly and just great customer service.

Ryan & Matt - Service ~ These guys are fantastic. They made sure to keep me informed on the progress of my bike and answered any questions that I had. Great guys!! Would love it if this dealership was in our hometown, we would never go anywhere else!!!

I purchased my second bike from Tampa Harley and I have say that out of the 50+ dealerships I have been to across the US, they were one of the best. From the time I walked into the dealership, I was treated like one of the family. Kelly's friendly demeanor made the purchasing experience a breeze and I never felt like I was being a burden. He was very knowledgeable and never pushy. The folks here really went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and left there with no reservations about my purchase.
I have been back to the dealership several times over the past month for parts and apparel and have been treated with the same friendly attitude. Matt and Patrick were a real help in recommending pipes, breather, seat, handlebars, and a windshield for my bike. They were very knowledgeable about what would fit my riding style and how I wanted my bike to look. Amanda did an excellent job helping my wife pick out a jacket, boots, and helmet.

We were visiting from Ohio and went to Harley Davidson of Tampa to have the oil changed in my 2007 Fatboy. Everyone in service was extremely friendly and helpful. I saw a 2012 CVO Softail and fell in love. Matt Cartier told us everything about the bike without any pressure. He made sure we received a great deal. He was very knowledgable and made the process quick easy and fun! Patricia in apparel helped me spend the rest of my money. I .look forward to seeing her again on our next visit. Edit: I just got done trading in my first bike from the previous review! I got a 2018 Street Bob (FXBB). Once again Tampa Harley has done it again. I will never go anywhere else. Every time I walk out of there. I walk out with a smile. Every single department is very knowledgeable. I can t be more satisfied with this place. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone buying a Motorcycle. The Tampa Team is one big family, who's goal is to make sure you leave there happy. I bought my first motorcycle from here from Ghost (Mike) ( 2017 XL 1200T ). My father just bought his motorcycle from Ghost also ( 2016 Heritage Softail ). Both times the buying process was fun, easy and fast. Every single person is so friendly and knowledgeable about their job. I've been to many Harley dealership and none are as professional and have a family feeling as much as this one is. The Tampa Service/Parts Team are also amazing at their job and very knowledgeable also. The Financing Department will do everything they can do for you. It's not about what they get out of it, they want what's best for you. And I can't tell you how great it is to have a place that genuinely cares about you.

This is the first time I've taken the bike to the dealer. Overall it was a good experience, new Tire & Brakes work well. Tiny and his crew did a fine job.

Not sure where to start we did the deal on a Sunday night at 5 pm closing was out of dealership by 615. Also came in with own bank financing they beat the rate and shorter term. Ghost is the man !!!!!!!
