I Went to Tampa Harley yesterday to get a trade-in appraisal on my bike and possibly trading it in. Long story short, I didn't get a new bike but I might soon. Anyway, my bike had a serious, but minor problem. This cat named Richard(I think he's the manager) told me no worries. He took my bike to the back, performed emergency surgery and had me back on the road within 30 mins. These guys(and girls) at Tampa Harley are true professionals by every sense of the word. I will always do business with them when it comes to my bike. Thanks Fellas,
