Took my new Tri-Glide in for 1K Service and install some new accessories. Great job. Error in billing (In My Favor). Thought it wasn't right but Greg said it was right. Paid and left. Had to go back Sat when my trunk lock broke. As busy as they were Ryan took the bike back and even though couldn't completely fix it (have to order part) made sure the trunk stayed secured. Had discussion with Ryan about bill from Thurs and offered to pay. He said not to worry about it. Great customer service. Kudos to all.
