Where Do I begin. I bought my 2014 Road King from Tampa Harley and Kelly Melton was my saleperson. This guy was awesome. My experience purchasing my bike went without a hitch. I did not own or have never own a Harley. So I did not know what type of bike I wanted. All my friends said get a Ultra and I would not be disappointed. So I went to Tampa HD Saturday and was looking around when Kelly ask if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for so Kelly showed me different types of bikes. He never did push me to buy any particular one. Just answered my questions and that is why I respect him. I did not want a pushy sales person.. Anyway, Kelly showed me a Road glide, Road King and several other used bikes. I mentioned to Kelly I had a budget and needed to stay in it . Kelly ask if I would go online and fill out a credit app for Harley and I said I would. Kelly said he probably could get me that new 2014 Road King for pretty close to the 2013 Road Glide I was looking at. Anyway I left and told Kelly I would think about it.
Sunday morning I went online and filled out a credit app for Harley and finished up work early and went back to the dearlship around 10:30am. Kelly saw me when I walk in the door. I mentioned to him I filled out the credit app and I really want to look at the new 2014 Road King. Kelly got Dan invloved while Kelly and I test drove the Road King. When we got back Dan had verified my credit app and then we bargain and at 3:30pm I road home on my new 2014 Road King.
My experience with Tampa Harley was very professional and they made me feel like I was family. I really apreciated the courtesy and professonalism which made my purchasing experience a memorable one.
