Took my father in laws 2012 Switchback there for a tune after installing a V&H slip on pipe, a new front tire and another small issue. Bought the tuner and had everything done that was recommended. Got the bike back and it ran worse than before, still popping on deceleration and poor performance throughout acceleration. Brought it back to have it looked at again, after a week (i told them there was no rush) I called to check on it and was told it was done and that the tech and service manager had both test driven it to make sure it was good. Well.... It was even worse. Really bad popping on even slight deceleration and coughs from the air cleaner when I shut it off, which is a new problem. I will say that overall performance is the best it has been so far. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional and from I saw, treat their customers very well. When you take your bike to the dealer, I think you should expect the best. Get it right the first time. Being in the repair business myself, I understand that everyone makes an occasional mistake.
Understandable and completely forgivable. That said, surely the second time it should be fixed properly or at the very least, be given a reason why it isn't. I'll be taking this bike and my elsewhere from now on.
