I am truly shocked at Ferman for employing someone...

I am truly shocked at Ferman for employing someone as disrespectful as Amanda at the Tampa showroom. My father worked with Ferman of Tampa Saturn and Chevy. The level of professionalism in those showrooms were something I have always admired. I myself am not a car or tuck kind of guy, I am a Harley man. I went to Tampa Harley to look at an upgrade and I will never step foot in that building again. I will take my business to the one in Brandon as I have previously and never have been disappointed. Shame on you Ferman for allowing one employee to lose a customer. I am not one who shy's from vulgar language but she is and should not be interacting with customers. I should have read the room when an older couple rolled their eyes and walked away from her. She clearly did not get their business either.
