Somethings I liked about this perticular dealership. Somethings not so much.

I was recently in Tampa for vacation and went to this dealership to rent a bike for the week. I must say this is an excellent dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful to any questions I had. The bike I was given was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this location for rentals and for buying

DJ in service was incredibly helpful! And it was awesome they had Santa there for pictures !!

This was my first time in Harley-Davidson of Tampa as my family and I just moved in town. We're a retired Military family and have been to a lot of MC shops where we were just a number, HOWEVER that's not the case here. From the minute my son and I walked in, we were treated like family (I don't use that word loosely). IZZY and Paul were AWESOME!!! They went the extra mile to ensure my buying experience was Top Notch! Izzy got me into a 13 Road Glide Ultra and gave my son some special Harley Swag, which I must say he has been ranting and raving over since our last trip. Tampa Harley is in my top 5 favorite Harley Shops that I've visited. Thank you again for making us feel at home!!

We had a great experience buying the bike. Our sales person Izzy was awesome, I would buy another bike from him in a heartbeat!

I purchased my first new HD here 2 years ago, and this particular HD location has gone above and beyond to take care of my primary means of transportation, my Road King FLHR.

Yes, there have been some issues with it, but they always step up and handle it. I was just about to give up and go back to my metric bikes after a repair went wrong, but they provided excellent service, even giving me a loaner while they figured out what was wrong. It is little things like this that ensure that I come back here for my next new bike in a few years.

I log 20k+ miles a year in the saddle, so having a reliable ride is crucial to me. Everyone I ride with me told me to go back to a metric bike, that my Road King would not survive long at this pace. It has, and Tampa HD has corrected deficiencies and kept me rolling.

From Ryan in service, to Richie in the front office, they always step up and take care of business. It's actions like this that will have me coming back for more.

Where do I start? Harley Davidson of Tampa is AMAZING!!! Matt is an amazing salesman! We came in without hopes of being able to purchase anything and he made our dreams come through. We added a new Ultra Classic to our collection. He walked us through the whole process. He was patient the whole time and really cared about what was best for us and didn't just try to sell us anything. The whole process was pleasant. Actually, we didn't get our bike by the time we expected and the manager Richie helped us get into a rental. What an amazing experience. I love Harley Davidson and visit a dealership every where I go, but Tampa Harley is by far the best I have experienced!! A HUGE thank you to Matt, Richie and the whole Tampa Harley Team.

After years of riding a softail, we finally upgraded to a streetglide. Kelly was an awesome help, always available and very personal. He surely knows his products. Ken also made everything possible. I've been to other Harley stores but none are as helpful as this one. Thank you all!

Not friendly or a welcoming place completly ignored upon my arrival

As soon as you walk in the dealership you feel like family, the experience I had before during and after the sale was the best ,this was the 3rd Harley I have dealt with and the BEST. Had an amazing experience in Harley Davidson in Tampa. The entire staff was amazing from Jill at the front desk to Dale who was previously doing bike service, to now doing sales. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job to understand what type of feel I wanted from a bike. He took time to give me a ride on a Sportster. If you are thinking about buying a Harley visit this location the staff is top notch.

I moved to Tampa recently and was looking for a dealership that I could call home. Based on reviews I gave HD of Tampa a shot when I was having blue tooth/software issues on my 2014 streetglide.

I did not have an appointment but thought I would stop in to ask a few questions and see if anyone could help me. Stimpy in the service dept was really busy but got to me as soon as he could. He and Thomas (technician) checked a few things then uploaded the updated software on my bike and made sure my cell phone connected with my bike. Both guys were really easy going and super helpful, I could not have had a better service experience (only thing better would be if they would have washed the lovebugs off my bike).

Needless to say I found my HD dealer here in Tampa!

Service was great and the staff goes the extra mile to make you satisfied.

Amazing place! The staff is incredible, very knowledgeable, helpful and where even willing to stay past their closing hours just to ensure that I left happy (which I did) and with the bike I came looking for. I would recommend this place 100%no doubt about it !

Update: Not that Richard and Ryan are gone the service is non existent. Guess the 2 touring bikes I bought there isn't good enough to the new people. Taking my business elsewhere. Update, got my clutch recall done after a year of waiting. Had them order parts to fix my fairing vents again. Service said they would call me with a appointment when parts came in. 3 weeks later still no call

I just bought a 17 Road Glide from Ghost. From the GM down, the whole staff was amazing. I traded in my 2006 FLHRI and was given top dollar. I could not be more pleased with my purchase or experience. Tiny was another staff member that really helped me out. Highly recommended!

I bought my 2017 RGS from the Tampa Harley, they treated me great from the second I came in the door. I have called the service in the past with questions that dealt with my purchase, mostly about upgrades and the service personnel were very accurate and patient with me and my extreme lack of motorcycle mechanics.
I am writing this review because of an item for the bike that I was having fabricated in the UK, not sold by Harley Davidson. They (the fabricators) asked for precise measurements of areas on my RGS and I knew immediately that I would screw it up. So I called Tampa Harley and talked to Jason Kitzmiller in service. Jason took the time, several phone calls and emails, to help with the measurements needed. He did this knowing that neither himself or Tampa Harley would not make a dime out of it. Folks, this is old time customer service done the right way. Jason went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Most companies today barely answer the phone much less take their own time to help out someone in need...without any compensation. I want to publicly say thank you to Jason Kitzmiller for his help that was very deeply appreciated. Tampa Harley has a customer for life with me!

Such a great place to get a bike at. GHOST helped me out with my first Harley. I knew what I wanted but not which bike best fit me. Ghost heard me out and directed me to the right bike. Let me test ride 2 different bikes and found the one I wanted. He helped me every step of the way and made me feel welcome till the moment I rode my new bike home. He followed up with me a day or so later and I can t wait to go back for parts and clothing! Highly recommend.

We have recently purchased two softails from HD Tampa through Mike Maguire (Ghost). He was extremely helpful and made this a fun experience. HD Tampa's finance, Ryan, was also extremely easy to work with. If you are in the market for a Harley Davidson, highly recommend you seek out Ghost at HD Tampa .

Although I have been riding for many years, HD has always been my 1st choice and this was my 1st purchase.

Purchased a 2018 Street Glide Special from Eric at Tampa Harley. Both Paul and Eric were great to deal with. I did not feel any pressure and test rode 3 different bikes that had to be wheeled in and out of the showroom and took up an entire afternoon. They explained all the different features of each bike and helped me pick the right bike for me. Everyone was very friendly and I was able to call / text them and always got a quick response. I definitely reccomend and would buy from them in the future.

In Town all week for a school at the Air Force Base I came in Tuesday about 15 mins before closing time, the folks offered to stay over as long as I wanted to shop, although I had nothing else to do, I knew they did, but just to offer it was great. Came back in Thursday when they were open later and purchased some HD clothing items.Kayla & Alyssa were the very best, both helped me not only with my selections but also finding a great shirt for the wife. Other staff also were super friendly, but these gals went over the top. I'll be back by next time I'm in town.

The service department is top notch. Ryan the Service Manager saw to it that my services were expedited and done in a very timely manner. Thier waiting area has fresh baked cookies, coffee and soda. When my bike was done it was brought back to me after a detailed washing. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department of this Harley Davidson of Tampa Dealership, Ryan the Service Manager and his team.

Greated at the door right away by a super great service advise Ryan and Richey the Service Manager and they checked in my bike and went over everything that I want done. They had a super great machine Gary come and talk with me about everything that was going on with the bike and about the radio upgrade that was was being installed that day. Everyone at Tampa Harley takes really super great care of me and treats me like I'm family. But I wana really Thank Richie, Ryan, and Gary to the best service. I will send my friends here and will be back to have more work done.

If your thinking about buying a Harley Davidson go to them you won't be disappointed.

They claim world famous but to get an issue resolved takes an act of Congress I ve been trying to get a resolution to my extended warranty refund but I only get the runaround I live out of town so since I have to do everything over the phone they think they can put me on the back burner they are quick to sell the extended warranty but are in no hurry to give a refund. The cancellation took place the first week of March and it s now the end of April still getting no closer to receiving my money.
Won t recommend not dealing with these people just be prepared to be ignored after riding of into the sunset

I had been looking for a Harley for over a year and when I finally went to Tampa to make my purcharse Ghost helped me. He guided me and provided a great buying experience. Babyface came out to save the day when my bike wouldn't start. He has been there since day 1 when I bought the bike, beyond some of the best customer service you can get. Calls and texts you every now just to ask how things and the bike are, almost feels like family/friend than client/customer relationship. If you choose Harley of Tampa ask for Babyface, he'll get the job done!

The experience at Tampa Harley was beyond excellent. I have been riding for just under 40 years and this has been the best motorcycle purchasing experience I have ever encountered. My wife and I were refereed to Stephen from a good friend who told us about his great experience in buying a motorcycle the month before. I called and setup a time for an appointment and he called the day before to confirm. We arrived and he was waiting for us with our demo ride ready and waiting. This is when we met Matt and he took us for the test ride on the new Street Glide Special. During the ride he noticed my wife through his mirror struggling with her helmet (we do not wear helmets), he stopped got of his bike walked back and offered to adjust the helmet which was a little loose. Stephen took that opportunity to have my bike appraised by old bike and complimented me on the great shape it was in. He gave me a fair price toward the new 2016 Street Glide Special but after some additional haggling I received the price I was really wanting and a reduce price on the $1,200.00 extra in parts I wanted. During the paperwork we got to do the poker walk where we visit each department and receive a card. The place was busy and each member of that department took the time to explain what they had to offer and always had a smile on their face and a hearty handshake. Stephen was doing a great job introducing us to the managers and other team member while the paperwork was being prepared and the parts installed on our new ride. One manager the tease him and call him (Aladdin) pulled me aside and wanted to know truthfully if my experience was happy and fun. The very short answer is yes. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been in sales for over thirty years and would be proud to work for a team like this. We feel like family!

This location is in a very busy high traffic area of Tampa. Very clean and well stocked with merchandise and assessors. Liz was very helpful in helping me out with my helmet selection. She even checked availablety at there other stores in the area. Thanks to Liz, I found the right helmet and size I needed.

Can't believe I couldn't get a rough estimate on a tune-up/clutch cable/install battery I bought elsewhere. Brandon has my business again although I live in Tampa. Service might have been excellent but I'll never know

I saw a t-shirt I liked at the Harley-Davidson store at Tampa airport but I didn't buy in. When I got back home I realized I should have gotten it. I was able to locate the store on N. Dale Mabry and spoke to Amanda Bussert, a manager of the clothes there. She was so helpful. She even sent me an email with a photo of the t-shirt to make sure it was the right one. She was patient, professional and so helpful and lovely to talk to. She sent the t-shirt which I received today and Amanda enclosed a personal note with it. I wish all store managers could take a lesson from Amanda. I would recommend your store and manager to all.

Amazing place but the attention is not like in other dealers, they are more distant with the visitors

Stopped into Tampa HD on my trip from Ohio. Tawnya and Amanda were so helpful in assisting me finding what I needed. They pointed out a new Pirate dealer shirt that bought. Awesome dealer and experience and recommend this dealer to any Harley enthusiast.

Came into Tampa to bring my daughter some things from Indiana. Hauled my trike to ride home. Stopped in and asked if they had a ramp or anyway to unload. It was great just backed it in and rolled it out . Thanks again.

I have always had a great experience at Tampa Harley especially with SPOON, TINY a d RICHIE. The servjce has been exceptional and all employees, especially these 3 have always made me feel very welcome. SPOON has especially spent alot of time teaching me the GPS and communication system.
