I placed an order on 16.11.2020 and it was taken over on 17,11,2020, being registered with no. 1718181. I sent mail, I made a lot of phone calls but useless, the robot enters every time and I can't get in touch with anyone even after three weeks. At least out of respect for customers you can reply to the message whether or not to send the order.
