I placed an online order, paid with the card, which was not delivered even after 1 month and a half. Although I called countless times (with a waiting time of 40-50 min) and I sent them emails asking them to tell me the status of the order, I did not receive any answer. Nobody knows what happened to the order, but they weren't interested in solving the problem either. Now I am waiting for the people from ANPC to do their job.
