Brenda who helped me schedule maintenance on my vehicle was so excellent! The staff here is awesome. I had a very unpleasant experience at the last Ford dealership I had been too(Auburn) so naturally I was a little hesitant taking my car in here, but they quickly aleveated any worries I had. They were professional flexible and understanding. They kept my car for a week(at my request) until they were able to properly diagnose the issue! Any request I had they took into consideration and put to use. Awesome dealership awesome people!
