Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. Gary in Sales was awesome & Jonathan in finance was great too. Gary laid out all the cards on the table & showed us everything on the 2016 Lexis IS 300 we bought. I dinged them on 1 star because the person who was supposed to clean & "detail" the car didn't wash it (it did rain earlier that day, but there was mud all over the bottom) & worst part, there was mud on the floor board on the inside driver side. Plus, it was obvious it wasn't vacuumed. That was the only disappointing part of the process.

I worked with Andrew and had a solid experience when buying my Ford Fusion. The one thing though, when I was in the dealership I kept getting pawned off to a "helper" for the test drive and even the final purchase walk through. The guy was nice enough, but I would have thought that the primary sales person would handle this. However, I did 99% of my dealing via email so entering the dealership to take a look and sign papers was semantic. Over email, Andrew certainly was quick to respond. I had very specific options in mind and he laid out each potential car with a price breakdown. I know everyone walks away with a price and thinks "man I should have...". For me though, I felt we really worked it out via email so walking in the dealership I had no pressure and walking out I felt I got a solid price. Win!

After a traumatic experience at another local Ford service department I brought my car to Monica at Evergreen. Best decision ever! She called me the day before my first appointment to go over what I needed and made sure I knew the cost of a diagnostic appointment, and then took me to the shop floor the day of to actually show me the physical evidence of what I needed, versus just slapping on 20 random services and telling me if I don t do those things my car would fall apart on the highway (which is what I had previously been told at said other service department). Monica ordered the parts for me and kept them until I returned from an extended vacation, then called me to schedule a follow up appointment (making sure I didn t get charged for diagnostics twice!). She was so helpful the entire experience and I would recommend her to anyone!

"You should be done in the next 2-3 weeks." "You are number four on the list." Nothing... Promises of callbacks were false. Timeframes were false.

I took my car for service . I was to pick it up at 11am but received a called to come an hour later because they got a nail in one of the tires.
The next day the car had a flat. I tried getting hold of my rep but in vain I finally managed to get one of the live chat reps who assured me that my rep is going to call me.
My rep finally called me and was really apologetic and assured me that the customer relations manager will give me a call the next day. I waited but no one called so I decided to go back with the car on Saturday. I was informed that my rep was not there and they were fully booked however I insisted that my car had to be fixed. I waited for about an hour and a half and finally my car was ready but one of the lug nuts was broken and was not replaced. I was just given a flimsy explanation.
Ford Evergreen needs to give better customer service I am yet to get a call from the customer relations manager or my rep to address my issues & the service techs need to be more professional and competent in doing their job

I was pulled over by a very nice King County Sheriff officer so he could tell me my left passenger running light was not working; ended up being the fixture not just the LED bulb. called Evergreen Ford, they got me in the next day to inspect my car, ordered new part, and was fixed and back to me the following day, great turn around and they fit me in for an oil change as well since my car was there. Evergreen Ford provided by far the best car buying experience and I ve bought many cars. And I m not just saying that. I am weary of car dealers and sales gimmicks/bait and switch tactics. Not here. Everyone here is truly a professional. Our salesman Justin knew the product extremely well, was courteous, responsive to our needs, and NEVER pushy. Similarly, the floor manager was kind and genuine about what he could do for us. The finance manager was an incredible people person and, again, not pushy about the products Evergreen Ford offered. Bought an extended service warranty like we had for my husband's Ford Fusion only to be told later it doesn't cover maintenance (his did. Had I known, never would have bought the warranty as it is a new car). That combined with being overcharged for parts/labor for my Focus (hence trading in the car as the cost was too much to repair for a 2004 vehicle) leaves me feel less than positive about Evergreen.

Awful, awful place. From the sales team, sales manager, servicing, servicing manager and last but not least the car! Have owned this car for 10 months - 2017 explorer. Within 2 weeks of owning it needed 2 new tires, recall for carbon issues, that they should have completed prior to selling, new air filter. When asked why this had not been done, I was told by the manager, "because it hasn't". Last but not least after being serviced in July 2018 and told my battery was in the green and good health with a cca 650, my car broke down, it was towed there to be told it needs new battery and that the cold weather is to blame!!!! Er it's not even truely cold yet! We had the work done and then they returned the car with the tow bar out, blamed the towing company. Once they had dealt with it after us asking to place the tow bar back, they opened under the spare wheel, this was covered in shattered glass, a pen from Arizona, nuts and an iPod......all of which are not ours. They then tried to place the spare tire in, until we stopped them and asked them to clean it....you think we had asked for the world. When we pointed this should have been inspected prior to the sale, the service lady laughed!!!!! She even said oh yes this is factory standard tinted glass!!!!!!! So in a nutshell don't buy from here EVER....they do not inspect the car properly and so i am left wondering if this car is even safe!!!!!! All they want is their bonus and sale......nothing more

I only dealt with one salesman and what a rude (expletive) he was. MARK KEETEN was his name. I called in with my wife to check out used f150s last Saturday. Waiting on a work permit arriving in the next couple weeks before we inevitably purchase a 20k used truck. As soon as he realized he wasnt getting a sale that day (and probably not in the month of march to help him get his bonus), he could care less. Lost all motivation to talk to and help us ( I explained I'd never sat in or driven a full size pickup), essentially saying "go away so I don't miss the next sale". He yawned in front of us and didn't cover his mouth or apologize, took a call while I was mid sentence and explained it was a potential customer. THEN, called me back three days later asking if my work permit arrived and when I said no but explained I was still interested he cut me off mid sentence and said "I gotta call you back, I have a customer in front of me" (didn't stop him taking a call when I was sitting in front of him). Oh and he never called me back.....

I was visiting from out of town last week when my sunroof decided it would not close anymore. Of course this happened in November -- not the driest season around here. At 7am I brought my truck in. They were booked for the next two weeks, but said they would take a quick look. I believe the staff person was Brenda?? She was extremely friendly and helpful. Sure enough, they took a look within 45 minutes and the sunroof track was totally trashed. They could order a part but I could not be sure that I would still be in town when it came in, and so they professionally taped it up for me -- thankfully considering the downpours we were having, and I was parking outside a hotel for the next week (no garage).
It wasn't the best circumstances to have been visiting town, and the fact that they took a few minutes to save me from a drenched vehicle was an enormous deal to me.

Ended up buying a truck with them and trading in a used car. My hope here is that others stay away from the dealership as my understanding is they want to have lifelong customers who provide referral business. Working with them has been the complete opposite.
Car Purchased Issues:
> Smashed passenger mirror that had covers on it at the time of purchase
> Oil drain bolt 1/2 from even being snug which resulted in leakage
I tried to work with them after the purchase to replace the smashed passenger mirror. There ultimate response was "when I google, they have covers that are < $100". Well I appreciate you googling, however I was giving you an opportunity to say, oh geez we appreciate your business and will replace those mirrors.
Trade In Car:
> Knocked us down couple grand saying they needed to perform repairs which were going to cost them ~$2k. They ended up doing $0 repairs to the body and posted it as is for $5k above KBB.
I went to these guys based on referrals from family and friends. My purchase was simple, I did not try negotiating with their ask price based on it being fair market value. They haggled me down on the trade-in.
While I understand "that's business" it still needs to be publicly documented how the situation was handled. Ultimately all they had to do was pay $500 for the replacement mirrors and call it a day. Instead they told me how to google search.

Our vehicles tend work in austere conditions, as opposed to what normal people drive in, so being extremely remote and not having to worry is important to me. I ve bought 2 Ford trucks there. One of the only dealers that advertise the price on vehicles without asking you your life story and credit line. I love dealing with these people because they actually answer your questions instead of trying to sell you a vehicle through lies. The salesman even noticed a couple of problems with the truck. A bent gas cover door and a ding in the door. That s honesty. Buy a vehicle here. You won t be sorry!

Terrible customer service at the parts department...tried calling in asking for parts for a vehicle and was met with someone in parts department who gave me short condescending answers. Learn to have better customer service, answering phone calls is part of your job.
