Typically miscommunication between employees that my time had to compensate for. The service center is a chat room not a service room. Went elsewhere and I will buy my next Ford elsewhere.

We came to the lot to see a specific car we had seen online. The car we came to see was not a good fit once we drove it, we told the sales person what features we needed and he quickly brought us 3 alternatives to drive. All 3 cars were good but one was perfect and that's what we drove home! Their business staff were great they worked hard to get us every possible discount. I will be recommending them, worth the drive to Issaquah!
Service was very good, but service waiting area is the worst I've ever seen at an auto dealership: small, crowded, sliding door continually being opened and closed and letting in the cold. Also, parking lot is extremely crowded. Parts department space is taken up with display stands containing much non-Ford and--in my opinion--junky accessories. As a result, I 'll try Bellevue Ford again.
What a terrible customer service experience. Never have I encountered salespeople less interested in selling cars or less interested in helping people. I'm sad -- I had come I'm ready to buy a car sight unseen, but the salesperson I got assigned to was more interested in telling me why I wouldn't ever buy a car from him than trying to help. Guess he was right in the end.
Outstanding customer service from Sofia and Brenda . There was an issue where the mechanics had some issues understanding what caused an issue to reoccur ever couple months... they put a senior level mechanic on the issue to make sure I would get the root cause resolved... customer satisfaction was put first...and quality was put before speed to make sure the core root cause was resolved so the client got the issue resolved instead of re-occurring constant issue
Great service by quality reps makes me want to go there for repair but also consider this company when going for new car purchase

Pleasant and very accommodating when we bought our used vehicle from them. They worked with us for several hours and helped us get the F150 truck we wanted to replace our car when our transmission went out. Friendly and very experienced and happy to share that knowledge. We would definitely go back for another car or truck. Truly kind people!
My Salesman Jeffrey was awsome and 5 stars as was my experience with Robert Whalley both are fabulous.. I had to call though when my bank needed paperwork that was forgotten to be faxed by the dealership for them to get paid and the male who was working in Roberts absence the next day it took 4 hours finally when a staff finally gave me a man in finance and he was not only rude, but unprofessional and my staff had to hear him interupting as I was attempting to explain what I was asking for the bank. Then he actually began to yell at me on the phone when I was the customer asking him to send the necessary paperwork so they get paid, I remained calm I told him I had no problem bringing the Ford Edge back I know the Laws very well, I could believe how he yelled at me I almost brought my vehicle back I was so angry. My staff said they will never ever go there after what they heard, I hope if he is who they intend to help with finance they train better in interpersonal skills as they will lose several customers. This staff ruined my opinion of this experience
Service department associate was very responsive and was very clear on what was to be expected. Once my vehicle was dropped off, they quickly assessed the needed repairs and costs and let me know how long the repair would take. The vehicle was repaired and available for pick up well before I expected. Great customer service!

Would be better If I did not have to come back for brakes, after they told me they were "fine" When they were clearly not fine.
I had inquired about a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser that had just been listed. I am not one for phone calls from dealers, but Chris Wilkinson was incredibly polite and asked me if text would be better for me. The entire process was worth me driving from Marysville to Issaquah to look at the FJ on a Saturday. Chris went above and beyond for me especially with getting the vehicle through the safety inspection. Thank you Chris, and everyone that helped me get into my new FJ Cruiser.

We have been so happy with the service we have received from Evergreen Ford Lincoln. After having nothing but problems with the Lincoln dealership in Lynnwood we made the decision to change dealerships to Evergreen and it has been the best decision we've made since buying our 2019 Navigator. My 2010 F150 had a strange noise which was super hard to diagnose. My service rep Danielle really worked hard to resolve the issue. I am really pleased with EverGreen Ford and their willingness to take on hard problems and see them through to resolution. Their service is top notch and love working with them.

I am not one who enjoys purchasing vehicles -- the last time I did so was in 2005 -- but the interaction and the service provided at Evergreen was outstanding from the salesperson, James Torres, to the general sales manager, Trevor Fawcett. First class all the way. And who can forget Robert (I wish I had his last name), the 24-year veteran of the staff who was both highly knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend Evergreen Ford Lincoln.
Well, they pulled a credit report from Eight different lenders. Telling me it was a soft credit pull and it would only show up as one inquiry. They knew it would be 8 and blatentbl lied about it. Of course, my credit rating plummeted as a result. Their lan agents are what give car salesman a bad name. Those 8 hard inquiry's are on my credit report for the next 2 years! Yes, now I know I should have just went to my bank and that's on me. And I want you to know they are deceiving and lied about hard credit pulls vs soft credit pulls. My advice is to buy from anypla e other that Evergreen. Worst Ford place in Washington! If there was a zero rating for dishonesty, I would give them a ZERO!!
The best Ford dealer I found has been Korum Ford, in Puyallup. They don't lie and give you the BS sales pitch.
Contacted Evergreen looking at a new truck and got top notch service from them. You will be extremely happy with how they help you down the path.
During their routine safe checks they discovered some issues and before my deal was signed they are going to fix my truck and get me off on the right path for success.
