We bought a Ford Explorer last week at Evergreen Ford and it was a pretty smooth transaction. We dealt with 3 people thru this process and all of them are very nice. Only complaint I have is that I have been waiting for Service to call to check out the Navigation SD card since it doesn't seem to be working but Jeff Walker is super nice and responds to my emails about this issue quickly, I am sure they will take care of this for us soon. I definitely recommend Evergreen Ford.

Just bought my 5th car from Evergreen Ford. I have purchased both new and used. They always seem to have a great selection of used, low mileage, vehicles and make the experience and price very comfortable. The service department has been very good so far. Mistakes happen anywhere you go, but they always work to get them corrected quickly. I never have had a problem getting an appointment. I have a good friend who just purchased a used Yukon from the Chevy side of the business and also had a very good experience.
Took my truck in for service and Brenda was awesome in helping me with my issues and I appreciate she didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. She offered good advice and I trust her.
Had to get car towed to Evergreen Ford during the week of Thanksgiving. I was first told that they wouldn t be able to get my car in due to the holiday closure and being short staffed, but they were able to move a few things around after a cancelation and got my car in for diagnosis and ultimately fixed it. I appreciate the extra effort they made to get my car back to me.
These people will try and charge you for everything possible. They ran a diagnostic and received two different readings. One was for a wiring harness that was bad, the other was for 4WD shift motor. Instead of investigating the wiring harness, which can cause the electric shift motor not to work, they charged me $600 for the shift motor. A few months later the shift motor doesn't work again. I got back in and they tell me that the shift motor probably wasn't bad the first time and that it was the wiring harness causing the issue the whole time. Instead of any refund or discount for the fact that they charged me to originally replace a part that was functioning fine, they attempted to charge me another $600 for the wiring harness work. I brought my truck to another shop and they fixed the wiring harness issue for $25. I called the manger of the service department. He understood what it looked like happened, but didn't even say sorry. I have a call in the the Store's General Manager, we will see if I get a call back. Evergreen Ford service department is a bunch of crooks.
Great experience from start to finish. Sales listened to what we wanted and wasn't pushy. Lowest prices I could find in WA, OR and ID. Plus not many dealerships have their own Mountain in their backyard for test drives.
In the last 5 years i leased 2 and bought 1 car here, they are good when it comes to selling you cars. I drive a 68 Mustang and i brought the car in 3 times to get some work on it done.
The first time was shortly after i bought the car and i told them to check all fluids. A few days later the brakes on the car didnt work properly and i checked the brake fluid myself, the master cylinder was empty. They didnt check it.
2nd time i told them to install a oil pressure sender and i even gave them the instruction manual, they wired it wrong and i had to fix it myself. Payed $120!
I brought in the car a 3rd time to get the rear brake drums replaced. The mechanic used the wrong tool to open the nuts and scratched brand new rims.
A few days ago i brought in the car in again to get the rims fixed and some manager lady told me that they can touch it up and it will look like new. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours i checked the work they did and you can still see the scratches. There are scratches on the chrome parts that are just not repairable. But of course the manager was gone by then and i left my number so they can call me back, thats now 4 days ago!
Enough is enough.....
The people there dont care for you or your property. Over the last years i talked to 4 different managers there and not one of them gave a rats ass about my problems.
Just dont come here and expect perfect work for your money!
This was hands down the very best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I usually dread this process but Janay was beyond fantastic the entire way through! I honestly can t sing high enough praises for Janay and Evergreen Ford and Lincoln team. I will be a customer for life!!!
This place has good customer service. I gave them a 3 star because my 2017 f250 diesel broke down leaking diesel on road called roadside service waited 50min no one picked up. Then called dealership for loaner car they said they had one I got three 40min later then they said they didnt have it anymore.
I went in to buy my first car. I was approached by Casey, who is awesome. I explained my financial situation to him and we were able to get me out the door with a nice little Chevy. these guys at evergreen are awesome they are so nice, and understanding. it wasn't really about the money when it all came down to it.
Ill be returning to them in the future. if you stop in, (which I highly recommend) ask for Casey!
Sales staff was friendly and relaxed. Let me take the lead of my time there. Financing worked some serious magic for me and got me a deal I could actually live with. They took excellent care of me, and made my 3 hour drive there worth it. I would definitely purchase here again, and will recommend them for years to come. Thanks for such a positive experience!
We have gotten two cars from here and plan to come back when we need another. Kelly was awesome and kept us in the loop the entire time about the car we ordered. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
Very very ridiculous service in Evergreen Ford Lincoln. Today morning i gave my car for minor inspection they told we will call u back at 4pm the car will be ready for pick up but no one called me once i called them at 4.30pm they told noone Inspect your car till now So either take your car now or leave it till tomorrow. But i realize that these people are towards the condition and make of car. Our car is literally type old so they put us on hold but people with brand new cars getting quick services from them. This is not good. I can understand that may be they did not get anyone to inspect my car but atleast they should call me by proper time so that i can arrange a ride back to my home after work. Totally disappointed and i will never recommend evergreen ford
Pretty easy to get an appointment. They took care of the service that we requested. Odd though-- we purchased our vehicle there in 2014, they've done all servicing but didn't seem to know that we had a full service done just a few months ago and offered to do the same. Thank goodness, we save our receipts and checked our own records before agreeing.
My exceptional experiences have started and ended with Jeff Renati. I have had my Ford Taurus in several times to be worked on. Each time he has made it a priority to inform me on what to expect with the service, answer all of my questions and assist with transportation to and from work. He even offered to drive me himself to the car rental place so I would not be late for work! Who does that- esp. at a dealership service dept?! Jeff is very professional and does a great job at communicating with me throughout the day on the status of my car. If something goes wrong he does not hesitate to make it right, and he personally takes it on himself to follow up on your vehicle until it is delivered back into your hands. His customer service is top notch and it stands out compared to the service I have had at other service departments. He is and will continue to be my "go to" for Ford auto service as I know I will be taken care of!
We have purchased two vehicles from Evergreen Ford now. They have the best prices and are so easy to deal with. Ashley Funk is an awesome sales person. We will continue to do business with them in the future.
Brenda was a gem...she went above and beyond to help get my 2017 Explorer serviced. I was impressed that they washed and vacuumed out my vehicle before returning it to me. I'm a lifelong Ford guy and Brenda and the rest of the crew at Evergreen Ford have truly stepped up their game.
The sales team worked really hard to get me into the truck I wanted. Janay and Mike stayed until almost midnight to close the deal with me. The finance office was able to beat my pre-approved interest rate which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Mike "The big bauce" bought me and my family dinner which really helped move the night along when the kids were getting rowdy. Janay & Ben were excellent at building rapport and I really felt like they were there to do more than "just sell cars". Shout out too Gary, Robert, Casey and Trevor. Everybody helped make this happen! You want fries with that truck?
I had Evergreen Ford to installed 2018+ calibration kit from Ford Performance to my 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible. The service assistant Sophie, she s kind and willing to help. And the tech is knowledgeable and able to help me complete the calibration. I will totally go back to Evergreen Ford for any service and repair.
My wife and I had been car shopping in the Tri-cities for weeks to no avail. We finally decided to make the drive and shop on the west side and I we couldn t have made a better choice than visiting Janay at Evergreen. She was very personable and listened to our needs and wants in a car. She exceeded our expectations for customer service. We had fun buying this car. She made sure we did not have any more questions about the car or how to use the new technology in the vehicle despite the fact that she should have been home hours prior. All In all we had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership!
Evergreen Ford has the most outstanding customer service. I bought my Focus in Kirkland and have been servicing it there ever since. I decided to move forward to Evergreen because it was a lot closer. I love receiving text messages instead of phone calls saying that my car is ready after a service is done.
Great people at Evergreen. Best service department from a car dealership I have ever experienced! Will continue to buy cars here and use their services. Awesome experience.
Great experience! From the sales staff to the finance department. Kelly Bader in particular was stellar! We've purchased 2 mustangs from him and he's always wonderful. This last time we pre-ordered a 2019 mustang and had to wait 3 months for it to build/ship. He was very patient with us throughout the process and provided timely updates. He even called us on his day off to give us an update on where our new car was at. We'll keep coming back to Evergreen Ford!
AWESOME JOB BY EVERGREEN SERVICE ASSOCIATES. GOT ME IN AND OUT IN AN INSTANT. GAVE ME ALL THE INFO I ASKED FOR. WILL BRING MY TRUCK IN FOR FUTURE SERVICE.
It was such a nice, easy experience to buy a car from Chris Reade. No pressure, no BS. Usually buying a car can be a frustrating experience, this was great!
I've been taking my truck to Evergreen Ford for years for service and repairs. Recently when I took my truck in for a heater issue (coolant or thermostat) and engine misfiring (replacing spark plugs), I was advised I would be charged for 2 separate diagnostic tests at $170 each ($340 total). I would have agreed to it, except Evergreen wouldn't waive those fees even if I had the repairs completed with them.
I canceled the order and took my truck to Sound Ford where they charged just 1 diagnostic test for $150 and waived the fee to do the work.
It's one thing to pay dealer prices for repairs, but Evergreen takes greed to another level. Very penny-wise and pound foolish.
Great customer service and always willing to take the time to explain the process and keep me updated in how the service is going in my vehicle. Brenda also always checks in with me and makes sure before they perform anything extra that I am aware of what needs to be done and the charges if any are applicable. Will continue to use Evergreen Ford for all my maintenance needs on my vehicle.
My salesman Big Ben was great. He started his day early to work with me. Was willing to look at several different trucks to make sure I was getting what I wanted.
Outstanding service! We had an emergency service needed, no vehicle part found locally, Evergreen got the part by overnight delivery, repaired with the first open hour the next day. Monica, service person, took extra care and time with me beyond my expectation. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you, Evergreen Ford and Lincoln!!
I am a big fan. I bought my Escape Hybrid here in 2008 and I still get it serviced there every time. They are efficient, graciously flexible about squeezing in unplanned appointments whenever possible, and have a nice and comfortable waiting area.
Yesterday my car battery was dead (car had been sitting cold for a while) and they coached me over the phone on whether there was something I could do short of a jumpstart (there wasn t) and then got me in same-day to replace it, quickly and affordably.
I plan to drive this car forever and the service department at Evergreen Ford has done a lot to make that possible. !
staff are very professional and efficient! they will try their best to handle my request. even after I signed the contract, their attitude never change, always being gentle and polite.
This is the best dealer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Brenda works with the Lincoln s, and she is amazing. She takes care of me and my vehicle every single time. I have been using them for a year now, and there is no one else I would go to. They give absolute honest diagnosis , and work with you however they can. I can t recommend Brenda and her staff at Evergreen enough!
I found an F150 I liked that was listed online with this dealership. I reached out to get some more information and was put in contact with Gary. Let me be clear here, Gary was phenomenal throughout this entire attempted transaction. Gary was highly responsive through email and answered a handful of questions for me. I quickly scheduled a time to come in and test drive the truck in question.
After getting to the dealership. The truck was pulled up and ready for the test drive. Gary had the keys and was very personable. He answered all of my questions. While talking with Gary, another couple asked to test drive the truck and he mentioned that he was already test driving it with someone. This is will later come back to be an important event.
The test drive went well. Gary let me drive a little bit further to test some things. Overall I was sold on the truck. I didn't expect much negotiation. The price was great. This is when it all went off the rails.
As we were walking to Gary's desk, another salesman told him that they had sold the truck. Gray told us to sit and he would be right back. After a few minutes, Gary came back apologizing but informing me that another sales person had sold the truck we were about to purchase while we were out on the test drive.
I was kind of shocked. I have test driven vehicles before. I have shopped for vehicles before. I didn't realize I was going to have to put a deposit on this truck before I test drove it just to get an opportunity to buy it.
If Gary goes to a different dealership I would have no problem working with him again. I just won't be looking at Evergreen Ford for my future F150 purchase after this experience.
Last week I noticed that our AC system was having problems, and through some checking, it appeared that it was related to the vacuum lines. My wife called to see about getting it services and verified that it would be covered under warranty, which she was told most likely, and we'd just have to pay the deductible. So today I dropped the car off and then was called in the afternoon to say they verified what I thought and that it'd be up to $1200 depending on where the leak was. I asked about the warranty and was told that the vacuum lines aren't covered. Wow, talk about being mislead! The only reason we took this in was because we believed the warranty would cover it. I expected to only need to pay the $200 deductible to get it fixed. So now I am out the $155 cost to diagnose what I already expected, and am no closer to a fix.
This is very disappointing as we have brought our car here multiple times before and have been happy with the service. This will make us think twice about bringing it here next time it needs attention.
The service department is excellent. When I brought my car in for its 60,000-mile checkup, they returned my car to me cleaner than it has been since we adopted the fuzziest white dog imaginable. (Seriously, our dog is a "hair tsunami.") I never thought I'd get all the dog hair out of my car, and they did it! Someone had to work really hard and truly went the extra mile for me. They're friendly, professional, quick, and AMAZING at vacuuming. And my car runs great, too. :) They have a customer for life now!
The team at Evergreen went out of thier way to help me with my latest service. From going through all of the trucks service options to working on coordinating with Ford on an existing issue, I was extremely impressed and grateful for the help and attention to detail.
My trusted partner for my vehicle. I know that sounds crazy, so much has changed about how the experience is for purchasing and maintaining a vehicle.
The people I have worked with are professional, courteous and committed to providing service. I have had my vehicle serviced here for over two years. My service advisor is incredible, I have worked with them for a long time and built a relationship, which helps us to overcome the unexpected that occurs.
Drop off was swift and easy. Representative polite and efficient. All the work done and a detailed worksheet provided. Collection, like drop of could not have been easier.
Each time I've taken the Explorer in for routine servicing they say they check all the fluids in addition to brakes, etc. I had a problem with differential noise and had it checked where I was. the service man discovered that neither differential had ever had the fluid changed or checked. It was almost solid. (Yes, I saw it.) I am very disappointed that Evergreen just checked the boxes. I wonder what else they missed. This is getting expensive as I now have bearing problems.
Think twice about having them service your vehicle. I took my truck in for two minor items: (1) front right hub was not auto-locking due to a seal leak and I was getting tired of manually locking them. (2) license plate lights didn't work. I expected to pay a premium at the dealership. But after their diagnosis, I got a call and they indicating that the front left hub was also failing and should be replaced. This surprised me -- I had hooked my vacuum gauge up to it before I took it in and it was holding pressure just fine. Five hundred dollars avoided. For the license plate lights, they indicated that it was due to a bad/corroded wire connector at the back. But they also said it would take about two hours of labor to fix, and would cost another five hundred dollars. No thanks, I'll do it myself. When picking it up, I asked the technician about how it would take him two hours replace the connector but he wouldn't respond, just shrugged. It took me about 20 mins to fix myself. Save yourself hundreds (thousands?) and take your vehicle somewhere that you can trust.
Bought a feisty Fiesta from Evergreen back in 2012. Great sales and service until the extended warranty expired. Since then they have had trouble correctly diagnosing issues and charge quite a premium above other repair shops in the area. Their service department is also under staffed as it takes a long time to get an appointment or around to a drop off.
I had a Ford vehicle serviced there. Service rep didn't answer my calls or respond to voicemails when I attempted to find out if the service was done. They were unable to complete the service and didn't call me to find out how I wanted to handle the situation. Didn't pay attention to the information provided on the key drop envelope.
Ended up going to the Ford dealer in Bellevue. They actually answer calls.
Update: the service manager called me after seeing this review. I cancelled my appointment in Bellevue and gave them a second chance. Much better support this time when working directly with the service manager. They re trying to do the right thing. I will try them again in the future.
Tom Noe and Mark Gregory are awesome! We've recently completed our 4th transaction at Evergreen Ford Lincoln and couldn't be more pleased. Not only do they listen to your needs and wants but they deliver the product you might be looking for even when it's not currently on the lot. Additionally, our experience in the service department has always been great with all of the advisers but if you're lucky enough to have Brenda Lane help you, you'll be very happy. Thank you to all of you! We're relocating to Florida soon and will certainly miss this relationship.
I did not think it was possible to buy a car without a pushy salesman, but that is exactly what I got with Evergreen Ford. I worked with Gary who listened to what I wanted and helped me complete the process quickly and without pushing for extra bells and whistles that I didn t want. Also had a good experience with management and finance. I bought a Ford Ecosport which I love!
I bought my 2015 F150 new which the process was great. After owning the truck the follow up experience with the service department has been a nightmare. One thing after another and now its a whole new issue. I called to schedule a service based on a reminder flyer they sent along with a service special deal. The quickly informed me that the service deal is no longer offered. Interesting since the expiration date on the offer hasn't expired. Living in Issaquah I wanted to give my business to a local business but once again I have to take my truck to Bellevue Ford and use their service department. If this was just one incident I wouldn't make an issue but now after hearing other truck owners mention similar concerns its time to jump ship.
I have now purchased 2 vehicles here and recently my girlfriend purchased one as well. Jose Valdivia has worked diligently each time to find us the perfect fit by qualifying our needs and working to locate options that work best. Jose is trustworthy and truly a great human being! He is patient and very knowledgeable. Ask for Jose during your visit... you will not be disappointed. The entire Team at this location is friendly and a real pleasure to do business with. No overbearing pressure and sales tactics you'll find elsewhere. Will be a return customer the 4th time and times after that!
I never thought I would be writing a bad review ...but...I feel that my experience at Evergreen Ford needs to be shared. I have purchased at least 2 cars from them in the past.
My wife and I went to the dealership this past weekend to look at the new Fusion Energi.
Arcus was our sales guy and he was spectacular. He was very attentive, courteous and made sure we were comfortable during the long process that car buying has become today.
A little background because it is important to the story. Both my wife and I have respectable credit scores in the mid 700's and that is achieved because we don't just allow anyone to run our credit for grins and giggles. As soon as we had negotiated the final price, they ran our credit and lined up the financing. No problems on our end....like I said... we are solid....but this is where the typical car salesman games started.
RED FLAG #1: AFTER we had agreed on a price, the sales manager comes back to tell us they had to increase the price $1,000 because they forgot to adjust for a rebate not available. After a bit they say they will share the cost of the error 700 for me 300 for them. I was ok with that....the car impressed my wife enough that 700 was not going to ruin the deal.
RED FLAG #2 They wanted me to sign all kinds indemnification forms that protect the dealer. I told them I was not interested in signing anything that did not benefit me. We went into sign the paperwork and sat down with the finance manager. When the sales guy told him we would not sign the forms, the Finance Manager told us we had to. I told him I did not. Then he became rude and verbally abusive making me and my wife very uncomfortable. After just a few minutes of him berating us, I stood up and told him I had enough and we walked out.
RED FALG #3 I walked over to speak with the General Manager to explain I didn't appreciate the way we were being treated by his finance manager and to ask why I needed to sign the forms and his reply was "If you want to buy a car from us.. then you need to sign the forms". Well, that was it. I was done. We left immediately.
Now in all fairness, when the four or five sales managers and sales people tried to accost us while trying to leave the parking lot, I may have let loose a few "F" bombs...I was very hot. I did however quickly apologized for the language.
So, to summarize....
They played with the pricing AFTER we had agreed on a price
Finance Manager was rude and berating
General Manager was rude and callous
Arcus the sales guy was the only positive in the entire experience.
They have lost a very good customer and they have lost out on all my friends and family because I will tell everyone not to visit Evergreen Ford.
I have dealt with this dealership several times over the years and all but one time I came away feeling like I needed to check for my wallet and go home and take a shower.
On the sales side I had a very nice and I felt genuine salesman. However, when the deal went to the "secret office" it always came back slimy. I ended up purchasing my $60,000 F350 at another dealership.
I have very little confidence in the service side either. On one experience I took my truck in for some warranty recall work and an oil change. The Service Advisor came out and told me my truck needed rear brakes. I asked him how a truck with 20,000 miles would need rear brakes before fronts and he told me that I must be towing with it. What? (BTW, I rarely tow and it is alway something that you could pull with an F150) This is a guy that is supposed to be managing the work on my vehicle? I sat in the waiting area and later found out they mixed up vehicles. I would think that a "Service Advisor" would know that a rear brake change on a basically new truck didn't make sense.
Now at 31,000 miles my truck has a caliper dragging. Ford corporate has been very attentive to the issue and wanting to make it right. However, the "senior" service manager has not been very interested in assisting in this process. I can only guess the reason is because there is no money in it for them.
This "corporate dealership" is very short sighted in my opinion. I will never go there again for anything. If it weren't for the outstanding customer service from Ford proper, I would never buy another Ford.
Called made appointment to get a front end alignment was quickly scheduled for a time that fit into my schedule was told how long the appointment would take and the cost. As usual when dealing with Evergreen Ford service department everything took within a few minutes what I was told up front and done correctly.
Really happy that I decided to go to this dealership. They gave me much better deal on a Mustang than the other dealers in the area and the whole purchase experience was very pleasant. Some dealers have very aggressive salespeople who try to pressure you to buy but I never felt that at Evergreen.
Bought my F-150 here back in 2017. Staff was professional and not pushy. Lots of selections and sales was very patient to accommodate multiple test drives before I eventually landed the V8 5.0.
Also purchased the dealership service package. Service was solid but there s a catch.
When I purchased the service package with the vehicle at the dealership, Package expiration condition was explained to me as either the truck gets to 48000 miles or by June 2024, whichever comes earlier. This is not hard to understand and I drive less than 5000 miles per year. However this is a hidden condition that the total number of oil changes included assumes I put in at least 7500 miles between oil changes which I was not aware of.
I followed the service schedule according to sticker date provided by technicians at the dealer and bring the truck for a service every six month or so. And every time I come in there is an oil change was done. So here I am, still 2 to 4 years of service package left with no oil change.
Mostly positive feedback for the dealer but he way the service terms are defined is disappointing. Read carefully when you make the purchase.
Great buying experience at Evergreen Ford. The entire team there worked to make it so. We were there through the evening and had our dog with us who hadn't eaten. They made sure he had plenty of snacks and water, he loved it there! The sales guy, Kelly Bader, was great to work with and found me the truck I wanted at a great price. I'd definitely go back and recommend it to friends. It's not the closest dealer to my home but was worth the extra drive.
I recently purchased a new Edge at Evergreen Ford. The sales experience was positive, especially the outstanding assistance I received from Andrew Wight in their on-line sales department. And my first experience with their service department was excellent as well. I will continue to have my new Edge serviced there.
Such a great experience! I had never special ordered a vehicle before, and Mark Gregory helped me every step of the way and kept me updated. The team at Evergreen Ford was awesome, and I am loving my new Ranger!
Best car dealer I've ever been to. Customer service is outstanding. Monica takes care of every customer. She is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I give this dealership my highest endorsement.
At Evergreen Ford Lincoln, Great crew, amazing teamwork! they all really educated and excellent customer service! great place to buy or upgrade your car as well auto-service are amazing, completely truthful and reliable! Love this place!!!
Purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer here in December. Buying experience was pleasant (albeit long....but that's how it is everywhere). Most notable is their follow up service. Service department staff is terrific. And upper management followed through on promises made sales process.
Met salesperson in parking lot. Expressed my concerns about not following through finding a used car for myself a few weeks ago. Needed some service about my car and was directed to service very politely. Service not only met my needs but helped on a specific minor problem. Overall a good experience.
Purchased a brand new truck here in 2015... I like my truck however it has given me nothing but problems nothing to do with the dealership there however every time I brought it in for service My experience has been an absolute nightmare To the point that I have yelled how to service team before and also been yelled at. When I purchased the truck I was also offered extended warranty and in house service that I paid dearly for... my truck has less than 32,000 original miles and for a Ford Super Duty 350 turbo diesel it has not even been broken in yet I'm almost at The Point Break where I'm ready to call the attorney general for the state of Washington and get a claim going...
Sales people really listen what customer want and really try hard to find what they want. There's no pressure on buying and pretty transparent/smooth in the process. We found the car that we're looking for but the price is on the higher end of our budget. They give us a good deal for trade in so we go for it. Overall experience is excellent and we definitely recommend to friends/colleague who is looking for Ford car.
