This company was in our neighborhood knocking on doors to market. The gentlemen who came to the door was polite & since we actually were going to be installing a new patio door I decided to set up the estimate. The next day a gentlemen came for the estimate - which was actually more of a sales call. He asked that my husband be present as well and he was working so they asked that maybe we reschedule at a later time when we know more of what we are looking for. He was kind and I would have actually considered having him back for a more detailed appointment - however later the same day we got a call to reschedule. The lady on the phone wanted to schedule for the next day. I said I had told the sales rep not both of us would be available. She said it is actually our policy and I said nobody explained that initially. She said again well it s our policy & said abruptly we ll i will take you off our list ....and HUNG UP! I couldn t believe it. I said nothing combative. I actually wanted to schedule for another time and she took me off their list . Okay, well I ll take you off ours too. I read review after they came to our neighborhood and while the reviews are mixed - ther are too many with these sketchy complaints. I didn t get any sort of info on what I was buying after they left initially so I m not sure how to shop their product - something just doesn t add up. Bottom line - button up your customer service and marketing calls so that your business doesn t seem so shady. Unfortunate.
