Я новичок. Открыл магазин на этси, разместил первый товар и... мой профиль заблокирован.
В шапке читаю: придет письмо с причиной и инструкцией.
Приходит одно единственное письмо от пользователя Customer Support и с логотипом этси.
Говорится, что я должен верифицировать свой платежный метод, перехожу и теряю 586 евро.
Пишу на этси с просьбой объяснить:
- почему мой аккаунт заблокирован?
- почему от службы поддержки не пришло письмо с указанием причины блокировки, а пришло от вора?
- как вор может создать пользователя с именем Customer Support и с логотипом этси?
На мое письмо никто не ответил.
Через 3 дня зашел в апелляцию и задал вопрос - скажите причину блокировки.
И тут поддержка проснулась, получил удаление аккаунта без объяснений.

После такого эмоции зашкаливают.
У меня вывод один поддержка етси = поддержка воров
никак не продавцов и покупателей.
А может воры работают в рядах поддержки.

Отвратительная платформа для продажи.
Я получил заказ, отправил его, через 3 дня Etsy блокирует мой магазин. Заказчик получает посылку, пишет хороший отзыв. Пишу апелляцию, ответ не приходит, снова пишу и так раза три. Ответ так и не пришел, возможности подать очередную апелляцию они закрыли. Деньги от продажи висят на Etsy и снять их невозможно. Нигде не пишут когда разморозят деньги. Прошло уже 3 месяца, деньги забрать не получается. На Ютуб нашел англоязычное видео, где человек говорит что его заблокировали, а деньги вернули через 6 месяцев.
Никому не советую. Это шарашкина контора. Что хотят то и делают, без объяснений.

A neat concept, but offers horrible contact options when things don't work; consider this:

I am an Etsy seller. Earlier today I needed to respond to a customer but did not have my password at hand. Foolishly, I place my faith in the invitation on the Etsy page to use Google to credential me at login. I entered mail@*******.com.au where required & then selected login via Google. When it logged me on to Etsy, I reasonably presumed it logged me on as mail@*******.com.au After wasting 60 minutes attempting to discover why I could not see my shop, I discovered that I was logged on as another version of mail@*******.com.au I then used the "forgot password" route & got in to my usual version of mail@*******.com.au, but with much time wasted.

It gets worse.

I received an email from Etsy warning me that a login to my account had been made. I have no idea which of the 2 Etsy accounts called mail@*******.com.au I apprarently now have, the email was referring to. I replied to this evidently important email, expressing my inability to understand what had happened. I received an auto reply to my reply telling me that Etsy does not reply to these warning email messages. WHAT!

If you are a lover of handmade or DIY projects, look no farther then this company. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Etsy is the place for you.

Recently they had an event at Chelsea Market where vendors got the option to sell their ware. Both days had a great turn out, I'm sure. I underestimate the crowd and missed out on their free swag. The greeter at the door was very friendly and helpful.

Do not cooperate with this company! No decency in business!

Went there for python class, loved the creativity of the space and start up mentality.

Very bad platform for sellers. They allow customers to commit extortion against sellers without recourse. They allow customers to harass sellers without recourse. They change the legal terms of products without your permission.

I was selling custom Hand made jewelry and esty closed my account i don t understand because it is just like customizing a hat or tote bag necklace etc and selling it.

Please don t tell me to contact support because they do noting to help AT ALL I am upset and hurt because I loved selling on ESTY AT FIRST.

When you email support they give you the run around and when you email it s all copy and past templates and don t even take the time out if there day you see if they can help you.

ITS GOOD TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO. READ THE REVIEWS THEY don t LIE. Please just don t waste your time go somewhere als yo see your things!

never buy anything from here......its a fake company ...I ordered a fountain pen for 190$ and its been more than 40 days and not received the order. It was a paid order. Their customer service says they have no clue on the order. I have already filed a legal case and my notice is on its way to them

did not receive the item ordered. Etsy is not following up though i have repeatedly contacted them and the seller. the seller's store apparently either taken down or shut down so unable to contact them. Etsy promised to follow up but are dragging their feet. what kind of business is this, if one cannot be sure of receiving the item paid for? one loses trust....

The only folks making money with Etsy is Etsy. I have been designing and manufacturing my own line in NYC for more than 20 years, very successfully. I can say with confidence that Etsy is a rip off to sellers.

Etsy treated me right. I ordered a bumper sticker which not only arrived quick but didn't cost me an arm and a leg for shipping . Zazzle sold the same product with a low price and then wanted about $18.00 to ship it to me. I don't think sending a sticker in a envelope cost any where near $18.00.

I reached out to for some support via phone but was unable to get support these companies who wish to get your hard earn dollar but do not wish to speak to you should not be supported. It is absurd that they hide behind computers. Computers are not humans.

I asked a question on the website leaving my email address. Instead of a response, I was asked to sign up only to get more advertising. Not good. You can't expect for people to buy a product, if your customer service is lousy.

So many indie designers sharing their talents. It's nice to get lost in the unique items and interesting stories behind the sellers.

I was sent a fake item. Had proof from Pandora that it was a fake charm. I still have yet to get my refund a month later. Horrible customer service. Didn't find out till after that this is quite normal for them. So I lost all that money to people that SCAM!

I've sold on Etsy for over 7 years with a 5 star rating 99% positive rating and was top 1 percent seller, only to get my store closed down due to one negative report. Absolutely no explanations, and when giving them a call rudely drop the phone and tell me not to contact their business anymore. I've heard that "workers" on etsy close down shops, as their friends/family members open up same shops and they promote them instead and close down competing shops. Funny thing is that they are a "handmade" platform, but they support factory made Chinese items more than their local, US sellers. If you are looking to buy or sell with etsy, know that they have absolutely no customer service and reply to email days if not weeks later. Wont deal with ever again

Terrible place for buyers. Sellers take advantage of buyers when the item is significantly not described. BEWARE of this admin named "Dean". He is very bias and unfair. He doesn't take the time to look into the return case. He automatically decides in favor of the seller even though the item is SIGNIFICANTLY not as described. Bad Etsy for returns. Don't shop and sell on Etsy. Etsy stole my $94 and something cents and never gave it back to me when I sold NOTHING. Etsy is a thief platform. This company only wants your money, not the experience you want to have as a buyer. Go to eBay. Much better for buyers and sellers alike unlike Etsy's unfair selling fees when you sold nothing and return cases.

Went there for a trial study and was rewarded with a $250 gift card! I love Etsy I just wish we got to learn a little more about the company while we were there, even though I understand that is not the reason we were there.

Yikes!! bad seller, bias reviews. Purchased a $229 blanket (12/11)from My3Boys Designs was to be shipped by Jan 22 (6 week lead time); when it was due to deliver got a cutesy email from Ms Steffens saying there was a 1 week delay due to supplier issues. When pressed if it would ship by 1/29 we got a whole bunch of excuses: she had the flu; she's working 80-100 hours a week to fill orders; on and on and on. she kept hinting a cancellation which I pointed out in an email-- by Jan 24 I had enough as much as we wanted the blanket I felt this was a scam so I cancelled. Then while talking with Etsy supervisor I find out that I CAN'T WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT MY3BOYS DESIGNS because I cancelled before 1/27-- so for all of the 5-stars you see just ask yourself how many bad reviews weren't posted because the purchaser cancelled before the date Etsy gives. HERE'S A TIP: ETSY ALLOW EVERYONE TO PROVIDE GOOD AND BAD REVIEWS REGARDLESS OF IF THEY CANCEL OR NOT!! If someone cancels for a non-negative reason they probably won't write a review but for customers like me who clearly got scammed those reviews could prevent other victims.

The worst company to ever try and sell products on. I had been selling on the site for a little over a year. I had 167 positive 5star reviews. They took down my account after 1000 sales. I have a womans organization that was relying on this business to help them feed their families. They are the WORSE company I had ever been contact with. Customer care is despicable.

I purchased 4 bags from Mama Joans bags they are terribly made and the price is outrageous I tried multiple time to settle with this seller. after may conversations back and forth I don't trust her at all. I sent her a pic and was told by Joan Seidel that I didn't to pay to have the product sent back even though the workmanship was terrible. I told her I was disabled and asked for her to have the post office pick it up I was told by her she couldn't do that and I had to pay shipping back for a product that was of poor quality. I posted on a facebook group and got messages from several girls that have had similar problems with her. I was also told she made bags for a retreat and many girls were disappointed with the bags they received from her.the girls told me to check the other bags I got and they all were the same. when I did a review she went back and lied. she can't be trusted. i asked for etsy legal dept to call me and they can hardly be bothered if you use etsy make sure you use paypal they stand behind the customer

Their support is absolutely terrible, they do not accept incoming phone calls and you can only "request a call" - I had a fraudulent charge on my account and a non payment for an item that was bought through etsy.

I was unable to get in touch with them in a timely manner, and had other important phone calls to make that I couldnt because i was stuck waiting around for etsy to finally get around to call me.

Its been well over an hour, they say they contact you in 15 mintues - and i've heard nothing.

I'm livid - i would recommend shopping and putting your items up for sale on any other site over this garbage.

I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after this post.

I too was scammed of my money and never got the product I wanted. The person was RGCentry , from OddsNEnds. Luckily I paid thru Paypal and have filed a claim against this person so my money will be returned to me. The person took their ad down from Etsy and is no longer tracible as OddsNEnds on Etsy.
Too many fraudulant folks out there.

Horrible marketplace for sellers. They will suspend your account for any reason and keep any earnings. Then will ignore any attempts at contacting them. In addition to writing this review file a complaint with the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs, your state's and New York State's Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission.

The owner Krystle Gentile is arrogant and rude! She needs to humble herself and show some appreciation to her customer no matter how much the item may cost. Any successful business must acknowledge that success comes from satisfied customers. Customer service is not important to Krystle Gentile and beware before ordering from someone with no respect at all for her customer and brags about sales and success. Her response to me was very disturbing. I will never shop with Etsy again in life.

I ordered an item from the Etsy website on October 6th, around October 20th I emailed the seller to let them know that I didn't receive the item. She stated that she forgot to send it but would mail it immediately. I emailed her again in the beginning of November and I didn't get a response and I still don't have the item. Etsy doesn't have telephone support so now I need to email them to file a complaint. Way too much work and they obviously don't check out their sellers as well as amazon. I won't go onto their site again. I will stick to amazon.

Non-existent customer service. I sent a request to resolve an issue through their help desk 8 days ago, and as of yet they have not responded. The seller I am working with states they are also experience delays resolving problems, too. This is a leadership issue that will only be solved with a competitor offering improved service.

I'm being harassed by a member of Etsy and there is no where on the website within the the app or on the website to report this!

I'm being harassed by some crazy person who made a purchase through the same shop that I did!!

This is NOT my problem I am a customer not a seller and or a partner at etsy!

Great company to work at. The environment is very progressive for a publicly traded company. And the building itself is a wonderful place (wonderful view on the 9th floor) to work only enhanced by a team dedicated to carrying out their company's mission at every level.

So many impressive sustainability initiatives taking place at Etsy HQ! Would definitely recommend asking about their sustainability tour of the office.

Etsy as a company is a sham! Providing true customer service is not a concern of theirs. They'd rather lose buyers/sellers and watch the negative reviews pile up instead of doing right by their customers with legitimate problems. I'm sure they'll be an expose' on TV about this company in the future. They have lost another good customer.

I have had two cases where the customer attempted to extort money or products and they did not protect me or take action to stop the criminal acts.

They refuse to actually communicate with sellers, treating us more like assets than customers.

We pay exorbitant fees and follow policies, yet we have NO RIGHTS at all.

No support, no customer service. I was told that "I didn't qualify for a phone call and to look at help articles".

I paid them nearly $10,000 in fees last year. I think I should be able to speak to customer service.

They increased their fees to absurd levels last year, and now they have sent out notices that certain sellers are required to participate in advertising on specific platforms, to the tune of 12% in addition to the fees.

Etsy makes me feel like a hostage, a prisoner and a number, rather than a customer.

I would never recommend anyone sell on Etsy. I am reaching out to the Attorney General of New York about their complicity in extortion and the legality of requiring sellers to pay into their advertising budget.

Its a shame, if they treated sellers like people, I could ask them. But I don't qualify for a conversation.

If you are considering selling, based on my personal experience and opinion, I would strongly advise saving yourself time, money and stress and going elsewhere.

ETA: As you can see by the canned reply below, that Etsy doesn't even take time to care about their replies. Directing me to a help link... NOTHING is personal on Etsy. Its a TERRIBLE PLATFORM FOR SELLERS!

I am beyond livid. It has been a week since my business was shut down without reason or warning by Etsy. I have called every number I could find, I have emailed every and any email I could find, I have gone through every support link provided by this company. I have not heard back at all. To make matters worse, aside from losing business every day that has passed, they are Holding funds that belong to me of over $1000. We are in the middle of a pandemic and this is my main source of income right now. I am beyond stressed, I am beyond upset, I am beyond disappointed. At this point I don t feel like I m ever going to use this platform for selling my products ever again. Business owners be very warned!!

Someone hacked my account and the only way to access a number, which actually doesn t exist once you get into your account. (my sister in law looked through her account). Someone changed my email so I can t sign in. And there is no number. I emailed and haven t heard anything back. Ridiculous customer service.

Frontier Jewelry's $90 ring never arrived & Will not respond to emails. Help Desk - "We can t hold sellers responsible for errors that occurred while the shipping service was handling your package. However, I encourage you to contact Frontier Jewelry" = "AKA - Sellers can be crooks?"

They are horrible! Screwed up all my payment history and the IRS came after me because they never sent me tax papers! Do you know what it's like to have the IRS looking for you and looking through your life? THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Craigslist is better than them and we all know how many scams are ran there!

Etsy charged for ALL the items in my cart, not the item I was. choosing

I wanted to checkout BUT because I was using a card, this company requires a fingerprint!!! No way am I going to give any company a fingerprint. Not worth this illegal action!!!!

Theives. They are liars and theives. They will not help resolve a dispute with a vendor that refuses to deliver a product that's been paid for. I started a dispute and etsy closed it.no explanations no discussion,just closed it. I'll never shop business with etsy or anybody that does business with them.

I has been almost 5 weeks and I still hadn't received my items

I leave 3 stars because I love Etsy. I am trying to sell items on there and their customer service kinda sucks. I am loosing customers because they aren't processing the purchases and they don't get back to you, ever.

Signed up with them in Jan 2019 with my shop, filled in their forms, jumped through their hoops, sent all the required documents.
Got my first order yesterday 20/06/19. The order is still laying in my inbox marked as "Unpaid" because apparently there is an issue with my account. I had to send them my ID details AGAIN, now there is no way to get in contact with the Security & Trust team other than through email.

It took them 6 hours to get back to me yesterday when asking whats happening, received an email this morning asking for more documents.

I am in Australia it is 06:45 here my day has started, they are all in the US and at their head office it is 18:45 so they have all gone home, now if I'm lucky i MIGHT get an email back today.

This is the most unprofessional group of people I ever have had the misfortune of dealing with.

So I placed an order on March 31st. A month later, the item still had not arrived. Now I realize that the times right now will delay shipping, however the tracking on the package was vague & ambiguous. It only showed when it arrived in the country, nothing specific. Granted, it was coming from overseas, however Etsy itself does not regulate exactly how much tracking was required. To them, the mere fact that it was sent was enough not acceptable. A month & a half later, I still have not received the items. Furthermore, when I filed a dispute, the agent who closed my claim was dismissive & condescending.

Bottomline: I will NOT be using Etsy ever again to purchase anything, domestically or otherwise. Stick with eBay; they protect both their consumers & retailers, and are objective about issues, without attitude.

This company has 0 customer service skills. No one will respond to you after closing your shop. I have been in business for 25 years, and they decide to shut me down. Awful plain and simple.

They are mainly financed by advertising revenue from shop owners and already claim sales tax from them before the products are sold. Not recommended.

I have been trying to get my money back or my merchandise since Feb.2016. Mr. Bradley Graham took my money but has not sent goods.
I have tried calling Esty and all I get is a fax connection where it is supposed
to be a telephone. I would like my merchandise or refund.

Cool, personal experience. Ordered a handmade clock for my baby daughter. Seller was prompt, sent the item on time and it's hanging in the hallway near her room. It came with hand-written note. Was a great experience and pretty cheap compared to other clocks.

I purchased a machine from SewiconicShop on April 14, 2020. I purchased a Bernina 807 vintage used sewing machine. Her words were that this was a gem of a machine, a workhorse a prized and rare sewing machine. I paid 593.00 dollars for this machine, this was a mistake from the start, after I paid my money and the machine was shipped I was told that I needed a voltage converter adapter. I told her up-front that I lived in the United States, before the actual sale therefore, she had a chance to let me know about the voltage converter adapter before the sale. After finding the correct adapter. Guess what happened. THE MACHINE STARTED SEWING BY ITSELF. After contacting SewIconicShop she suggested I take the foot pedal of the machine off and repair it. I am not a machine mechanic, nor do I think I should be responsible for repairing a machine that I just spent 593.00 dollars for. ETSY WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL. THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ME A REFUND OR WORK WITH THE SELLER TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS ISSUE WAS SOLVED. My advice to everyone stay away from Ashley Bradbury and SewIconicShop. Also, DO NOT SHOP ETSY FOR USED MACHINES OR OTHER MECHANICAL PRODUCTS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND YOU. I brought this machine to make face masks during the COVID-19 virus. My fabric and supplies I purchased are still waiting to be made. This has been a horrific experience. eBay has a 100% satisfaction guarantee the seller is responsible for making sure their listings are correct they guarantee that anything you purchase is what it should be. Please use eBay instead. I shop often online and never has anything like this happened to me before. I am hurt disappointed and our of $593.00 hard-earned dollars. When shopping on Etsy buyer beware and please stay away from Ashley Bradbury and SewIconicShop what a waste of time and money. I do not like giving negative reviews but what can be expected of me when I am out 593.00 dollars and left with a broken machine.

May 14, 2020 placed order for 3 facemasks, the shop's name was "Krustallos Couture". Everything seemed ok, pretty masks & located closer (Puerto Rico instead of California).
I had to email and ask when could expect order. Nothing was what I had ordered when it finally got here. There was an ensuing email chain & the unprofessional behavior was amazing. I had decided to just let it go & forget about them. (ordered from a place in California recommended by family - that was uneventful)
NOW, have received email from "Seeing It for You" saying my order is cancelled because "shop owner declines sale" . My order had been refunded already and I would NOT shop this Etsy seller again, no matter what the name. Trying to get customer service from Etsy is horrible. If you're looking to purchase anything, be prepared for problems & no customer service.

Lets talk about very bad customer service from you. Guys i tell you after cash being paid fully they deactivate my shop/account. Never going to Register/buy or going to do any deal in further and even i request you guys not to buy from them. Let them learn what customer means.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Order was placed with a note regarding engraving,
Then the money was taken from my bank for both of my purchases.

I then had an email to say what engraving would I like so I replied. Answer came that they cannot do the font I asked for & I was to look on the listing. Website wouldn't let me get into the listing so sent an email asking for a sample of fonts used. NO REPLY!!

One purchase arrived but still no news on the engraved item. I had to contact the company that do the engraving to get this sorted out.

Went to my account yesterday & found that Etsy had taken both payments again leaving me overdrawn. Thus I had to borrow some money from a friend to get back in credit.

Still no reply to any of my emails & the one star I have given above is one too many. They have just lost a customer & being as buying over the internet is the way forward I will be telling everybody possible about this company so they either get their act together or go out of business.

DO NOT use this website for international purchases. The company does not take any responsibility if the purchase does not arrive, e.g. due to import tax that has not been paid by the seller. They suggest you speak to the seller, and the seller will take no responsibility either. This leaves you in the unacceptable situation where the item has not arrived and the money is kept by the seller and Etsy. This is a huge loophole that Etsy is NOT forthcoming about. I would not recommend using Etsy, I certainly will not be in the future.

Etsy is horrible ! Dishonest ! Disrespect ! Both for buyers and sellers ! Etsy charge more than 20% total from Sellers ! Crazy ! Etsy charge 5% for shipping. 5% for sales. And another 5% for total sale. And every sale a so called ' listing fees ' .And so many other hidden fee ! Total Scam ! It's impossible for any sellers to make money in Etsy ! No protection and no customer services ! There is no phone number , no E-mail ! No one care about you ! Go Amazon or somewhere else. Etsy is the worst ! ! Beware everyone ! Reliable source for special wedding items. Through them we found someone who does custom cake toppers and someone who made custom Star Wars button covers!

My Debit Card is used for some purchase of Rs. 1000.80 on your website by some unauthorized person yesterday i.e. 03/05/2018 23:12:51 IST. Please send me profile details of the person, stop the delivery, & Refund the amount.

Hello, I have had the worst e-commerce experience with Etsy Latvia. I have been waiting for a month for my package, just an iphone cover, it never came and i don t even have a tracking number or any information. So, i contacted the customer service and they had no idea where is it and there excuse was Maybe it got lost because Latvia is too close to Poland !! Now i need a refund and i still didnt get it.

I had my shop open selling custom painted on shoes like nike, adidas, etc. They have hundreds of other sellers selling same products but they closed my shop down and are holding my money. they sent a email saying they will no longer respond and have not given me my money. I see alot of other people on here with the same issues so i guess they think its ok to play with people and their money i truly hope they get what they deserve

Very unhappy with my purchase. Very cheaply made. My 5 year old niece could have done a better job with the viel. Trying to find a phone number...next to impossible. They mailed from UK and charged me $5 shipoimg when their located in bklyn...I live I SI....not nice.

Their officer said, their showroom for direct selling will be opened by early of February 2020.
Now they only served online shopping.

Not responsive to customers, not transparent, hiding behind a false "privacy" claim

Etsy is selling a children's book that glorifies violence (Intifada) violating Etsy's Terms of Use. Etsy refuses to answer customers who complain about it. Book name is "P is for Palestine"

Very bad platform for sellers. They allow customers to commit extortion against sellers without recourse. They allow customers to harass sellers without recourse. They change the legal terms of products without your permission.

I was selling custom phone cases and AirPod cases DIYing it my self and esty closed my account i don t understand because it is just like customizing a hat or tote bag and selling it.

Please don t tell me to contact support because they do noting to help at all I am upset and hurt because I loved selling on at at frist

Terrible site. The Etsy support team SUCKS. My shop was suspended for inaccurate/false reasons since DECEMBER 2014 and they will not write back to my emails. They ignore me on Twitter @Etsyhelp. NO HELP AT ALL. You cannot be a business owner or be successful with this site if all they do is close real handmade shops and keep the mass product shops up. The Etsy admins have the power over artisans that have a shop on the site. They promote about becoming entrepreneurs and building your own business . But how can any of us do that if there is no help? We spent a lot of time, money and dedication to our shops and for them to just go around and shut stores down for false reasons they will not take accountable for is just heart breaking. These Etsy Admins have the power to destroy or help build our future, our lives are based on there decisions to have us live our dream.
You can go to the office in brooklyn and they will lie to you and tell you they can't help you there when you SEE the admins walking in.
