Love this place! 1st off, Earle, in the used car sales side, is the best. He doesn t try to get you into a vehicle you don t want/need. We have purchased 3 vehicles from him and referred multiple people to him. He is amazing and trying to find you the car you want in the budget that works! He is seriously the best, of you need a car, see him! 2nd, you get FREE car washes just for buying your Lexus here! They will wash your car and evening do a light vacuuming on the inside, FOR FREE! Come on, if that doesn t sell you on buying a car from here vs a used Lexus elsewhere then . And 3rd/lastly the warranties that come with their pre owned vehicles are top notch. I ve had something go overlooked that didn t get fixed before I drove it off the lot. I called Earle, he told me not a problem! Come in we will fix it! It was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty, where Most places would say too bad, you already bought it as is. It s your problem now . Lexus does not do that! They have amazing customer service and the people are always so friendly! I will always be a loyal customer. This place rocks! (I didn t even talk about the courtesy vehicles they offer when your getting your car worked on! You don t have to wait for hours while your car is getting fixed! See, too many good things to remember)

I have driven many different Lexus vehicles through the years, but have been driving a Jaguar XJL the last few. When I decided I wanted to trade for an SUV, I went to Lexus of OKC to look at the GX models. After telling them that I had wanted an '18 or '19 model, they offered me one of several 2017 ones that had just come out of lease. They also tried to sell me a 2020 model. After finally convincing them of the model years I was interested in, they agreed to look around and see if they could find me something. Fast forward almost three weeks and several texts and phone calls from me to see what they had found, I have nothing to look at. They claim they didn't find anything and again tried to sell me a 2017 lease vehicle or a new 2020. I have finally realized they just don't want to sell my a vehicle. Seems like they couldn't care less. I just signed the papers on a Mercedes GLE. "Thanks for nothing, Lexus"

I will start this review by saying. I have absolutely no trust in the automotive sales industry. I've purchased many vehicles over the years & the sour experience always hinders the joy of a new vehicle. I assumed the same experience would be had with Eskridge Lexus.

To my pleasant surprise, the experience was great! Loy Marshall was my point of contact through the entire process. Overall, it was a very painless experience. I'm from the Tulsa area, so hammering out the details were done over the phone. Once we arrived to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. We were treated very well. Between meeting Loy, signing the papers and going over the features of the vehicle with their Tech. rep. We were on the road fairly quickly.

Overall, it was a great day! No crazy dealer tactics & we drove home in a brand new Lexus!

Pleasant buying experience. Salesman Sonny was very helpful and courteous. They have a large selection of vehicles and great after-purchase service. The showrooms, waiting areas, and offices look clean and well maintained. My family members had purchased from here before and experienced the same great service.

Monday (09/26/2016)I had dropped off my car off for bumper fix at the body shop. On Tuesday, they didn't call me on how they would fix the bumper. On Wednesday, I called them and they told me they had already fixed the bumper. I wanted to come by and see how they would fix the bumper and once I saw it, I noticed there were some trash in the paint and scratches on the bumper and they had painted over it. I complained to them to fix it and tried to leave it there so they would fix it again. They said that's how it is and wanted me to take the car that day even though I didn't plan to get it that day. I also talked to the owner and they said I was being too hard on them. I will not be coming back to the body shop because they told me they like to rush it to get people out and it felt like they did not care for the customer because they wanted me to get my car out immediately.

Integrity in any business is a key tool. We have brought our vehicles to Eskridge Lexus for service for over 10 years but a time has come they have decided to do business differently. They are full of excuses and will not own up to their faults or miscommunications. Not having business competition might also be a problem in Oklahoma City area resulting to employees and the company in general adopting a don t care attitude .
Every business goal should be to try keep their customers happy. It s those little things that make a difference and go a long way.
If it means we shift to Tulsa for service, so shall we.
"Ask your customers to be part of the solution, and don't view them as part of the problem." Very important.

He was great to deal with, explained the features of the car, and was very friendly throughout the entire process. Perry quickly responded to any calls/emails I had for him. GREAT DEALERSHIP! I have been a customer for 15 years and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. Doug Collett, the sales person, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Every phone call was returned quickly. All questions were addressed professionally. The best part of the experience was he found the exact new vehicle I was looking for during a time when demand was greater than supply due to the recent tragic events in Japan. Ed Eskridge was also very helpful, professional and courteous. I suppose the reason I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Eskridge Lexus is due in large part to the quality of the employees. From the day I drive out with my new car to every service appointment, I am a happy and satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 - 10, this dealership is a 15. I will keep coming back and do not intend to ever shop anywhere else!!!

Incredibly disappointed in the Service department....

Incredibly disappointed in the Service department. Been a Lexus owner for 19 years and have never been treated so poorly. Brandon Schofield and his female manager (would not give her name) were incredibly rude and hostile. Was taking my brand new Lexus (that I bought from this dealership) in for its first 5k mile Service and requested a loaner vehicle, which has been the standard for 19 years. The woman called me and said that they do not do loaners for services that are under two hours and all their other customers simply wait.

When I told her I had a meeting and I couldn t wait, she simply said that she would cancel my appointment and I could call back when I could wait. I was stunned! I see this has happened to quite a few other customers in these reviews when dealing with this woman. She then just hung up on me and sent me a cancellation email. Worst service ever, and not what I expected from a Lexus dealership.

I looked for the next closest dealership and it was three hours away in Dallas, as I will never use Eskridge again. Called over to Grapevine Park Place Lexus and spoke to Pam. She got me in, provided me a loaner with no hassle, and took care of my car. Eskridge should send some of their team down to this dealership to see how Lexus is supposed to work, and how to treat customers with respect and dignity.

I stopped in to speak to a salesman. I explained the issue of negative equity we would have to work with due to a previous vehicle my parents had purchased for me but that I had money to put down. Salesman point blank told me that there was nothing they could do to get me to the payments I wanted to be at. I was literally there for less than 5 minutes before I was simply discounted and thrown to the side. Granted, he told me that he had an appointment, but didn't proceed to hand me off to anyone else for assistance. Simply told me we couldn't do it and went on his way. Well 2 weeks later, I am now driving back from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine with not only the car of my choice but at the payments I desired. Eskridge should take notes from Park Place. While I would've preferred to do business locally and avoid the 3.5 hour drive, I couldn't have had a better experience at Park Place and I will encourage all of my family and friends to do the same and avoid being discounted and thrown to the side by Eskridge.

A note to Eskridge Lexus management on a job well done by your receptionist, Susie. Last week, while our car was being serviced, my wife's earring was dropped in the waiting area (which by the way, is outstanding). A call was placed back to Lexus after arriving home, and upon answering the phone, Susie immediately went to the waiting area, found it, and kept it safely at her desk until we could pick it up. Her efforts were greatly appreciated and we felt you should know of her good works on your and my behalf. Merry Christmas.

The paperwork was fast and easy...we're usually at a dealership all day!!!! Not this time!!!! I would recommend anyone to this dealership to buy a vehicle.

I've never felt that they were trying to talk me into something that won't be beneficial. As someone who knows nothing about how cars operate, that's very much appreciated!

Everyone in the dealership is always polite and helpful from the telephone operator, the auto sales staff, and the maintenance managers. I had previously bought a Lexus 430 here and decided to buy a new car here in Oklahoma City from Eskridge Lexus rather from the dealer in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I am moving because of my positive experience here in Oklahoma City. I was not disappointed in this purchase either. The salesman Robert Perz was very polite and helpful. I explained that I needed an all wheel drive 460 for the snow in Colorado Springs. He asked what color I wanted and I said Perl White, White, or Silver. He showed me a Perl White Lexus 460 AWD with tan seats which was just what I would have ordered. I decided to buy the car before someone else bought it. I had my old Lexus car in the dealership for service and Robert rescued by checkbook and insurance forms from the old car in the shop and we proceeded to deal. They offered me a discount on the new car and a fair price on my old car so I signed the forms to purchase the new car and added several extended maintenance options which the manager offered me with no pressure on an impressive electronic deskpad which switched from his side of the desk to electronically to rotate to my side of the desk and used big text which my older eyes could easily read. Since I had not planned to buy a car that day, I did not have the title to my old car with me for the trade. They agreed to trust me to return the title to the dealer that day or the next day and I was delighted to buy the new car. They brought out some shopping tote bags with smart Eskridge Lexus labels which I could use to transfer my belongings from the old car to the new car. Then they drove my old car away and the new car to a showroom annex. A very technical-savvy assistant then seated me in my new car and proceeded to show me where all the buttons were and personalized the navigator map and the radio to my preferences and went over a long checklist to inform me of the impressive features and options on my new Lexus 460. I happily drove the new car home and found the title to the old car and returned it to the dealer that night before they closed. I was completely satisfied by the trade. I have always been fantastically pleased in almost 9 years of experience with Eskridge Lexus and I give them 5 stars out of 5, but I would rate them 10 out of 10 for sales, maintenance, and fabulous lounges with coffee and juice bars and a huge big screen TV in the waiting room and very clean rest rooms. The whole dealership sparkles in so very many ways. I would enthusiastically (and have) recommend them to my friends.

After we decided we were interested it took no less then an hour and a half from when we walked in until we drove our new car away! My wife and I purchased a used RX350 on Wednesday evening and we wanted to let you know that the experiance was very nice. This car makes the forth Lexus that we have owned and have had a wonderful experiance with every one of them. We had my wifes 2005 RX brought in to the dealership due to an issue with the steering and Mark made a special effort to get it taken care of under the warranty and very quickly, he was just great, I bought my 2010 ES350 about 18 months ago from Holger and he was great to work with on this car also. We also want to let you know that our experiance with Chris was also second to none. Thanks to everyone at Eskridge!

Loved my experience here. It was surprisingly a hassle-free experience and we were in and out in less than two hours. Would highly recommend. Don the salesman and Kyle from finance were awesome. If we ever need another car, we d buy from them in a heartbeat. The used car we bought looked brand new. They are definitely picky about what used cars they sale.

Today...not so good. I took my vehicle in for a car wash. After waiting a while, I went out and checked on my vehicle. I was told that it will probably be out soon. I waited a little longer and asked again. The attendance was being helpful, I need to say that. They couldn't locate it. Finally, I said that we could walk around to see if we could see my vehicle, but not in a place where they usually are. We found the vehicle but then they couldn't locate the key. I asked to speak to a manager but managers are no where to be found. We went to the front and I recognized the person as related to the Eskridge family. I think he was a son or nephew. I told him the situation and that it wasn't acceptable. He told me "We're not perfect!". Nobody is perfect but it was not the answer I want to hear. I needed to go back to work and the situation was upsetting. For a while, I even thought my car has disappeared. I never had troubles with Eskridge before but this is not right. More than anything, I consider the response I got NOT acceptable! This was our third purchase from Eskridge but it may be our last.

I went here with my wife for a service appointment and had a terrible experience. The owner replied to my wife s review and requested we call him back to discuss the details of our dissatisfaction. I immediately called him and left a message in which I provided my phone number but I never received a call back. Additionally, I requested that our car be washed and vacuumed and neither of those services were provided.

I don t like to give out bad reviews but my experience at this Lexus service department was awful and I m extremely disappointed that I never received a call back from the owner after his initial reply to my wife s review.

I hesitate to say anything negative about this dealership because he was so kind and understanding. Just know that if you are experiencing difficulties with any department in Eskridge Lexus, Mr. Berryhill is the one to contact. He moved very swiftly in resolving my issue. I am so grateful to him.

Since I purchased a Lexus Hybrid 3 years ago, I have found, through trial and error, that no one knows my car as well as the service crew at Lexus. It s about a 30 minute drive to their shop but it s well worth that for the knowledge and application of said knowledge you will get from Eskridge. I won t go anywhere else and that s not just because they are the only ones that know how a hybrid works in the state of Oklahoma apparently. Special shot out to Scott for all his help! Thanks again!

I thank Eskridge Lexus for having ladies day. I had a wonderful massage and bought a beautiful pink clutch purse for Easter. The Mimosa was so wonderful and Healthy. I would have had my nails done if I had not done that the day before.

Oh yea, thank you for the oil change and the car wash. The service at this dealership is wonderful. I am treated like the princess that I am.

Lexus makes a great product which makes is even more of a shame that Eskridge is the only dealer in OKC. I have a Lexus GX460 with an electrical issue in the dome lights circuit. I know this, I've changed the fuse multiple times and it keeps blowing the fuse. So I take it to the Eskridge to have the "professional" techs diagnose it. 9:30am appointment on a Thursday so I drop it off in the morning at 7am. Call the dealer at 7:45 after service is open to let them know I dropped it off early and put the key in the key drop. By 1:45pm I've heard nothing, so I call the dealer, "Oh you left it hear? We didn't know." 4pm call again same thing. So I go get a loaner because it hasn't been looked at. Next day get a text, "Tech looked at car, fuse was blown they replaced it. We are finished." Mind you I told them the fuse was blown and it keeps blowing. They said they can't diagnose a problem that isn't there. I go get my car fuse blows 15 minutes later on the way home. They refused to listen to the customer. So now I have to diagnose the electrical problem myself because their techs don't want to. In my mind you don't buy a lexus or go to the dealer if you want to do your own work. Even if you are capable. I have the ability to do it but I don't want to spend the time. So lexus ownership in OKC is a bust now.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the staff at Eskridge Lexus. I am originally from Australia and moved my business here to the states. I purchased a Lexus IS 250 from Josh Debolt about a year ago. I am in the market for a new LS F sport and have been in contact off and on with Josh since I purchased the IS. He has been amazing to work with and I would never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. The entire staff has always been great to work with. Eskridge is number 1 in my book!

Sell rep was nice very rude manager (Chris) I bought a Lexus from them 2 year they wanted 16000 more and he was questioning why I was shocked. I would not spend my money where I m not appropriated. They have the monopoly over Lexus sales in okc and are milking it. They don t appreciate repeat business. If my employees talk like that to customers they would be terminated promptly. Hopefully the owner of the dealerships sees this review and see how poorly his managers are running this place. I buy 2 new cars every year for the last 15 years I have never been treated like this.

Do not do business with them they will not appreciate it go somewhere where your hard earned money is appropriated

I just wanted you to know the 2001 Saab 95 Saab Aero Sedan you sold me June 2010 has been an outstanding car. When I purchased the Saab from you it had 71,500 miles. It now has over 144,000 miles, runs great, and continues to be my daily driver. No major issues just general maintenance. Can't beat that! The hail damage gets people talking because they can't believe the excellent condition of the vehicle.

2001 LS-430- My car was flooded and I took it to Eskridge Lexus. After a month or more and over $ 10K paid by insurance and me, my tail light still not working. When I contacted the service agent Mr. Rick, he basically gave me the impression that there is no guarantee in their workmanship and I may have to pay from my pocket to look into the matter and if there is a problem, I have to pay it. The funny thing is, they informed me that all electrical issues and all mechanical issues have been thoroughly checked. I have my serious doubts of their assertions.

Shopped around for a month at nearly every dealership in OKC for a used car. Eskridge was the only place that didn't use phrases like "you gotta help us out a little here" or "we're giving you a heckuva deal." It was a fantastic all-around car buying experience. I will be purchasing my next vehicle here no doubt.

I bought a Used vehicle from this dealership and bought an extended warranty, the car was totaled before it was the warranty was expired and I was supposed to get a refund for the prorated balance. This never happened despite repeated calls to the dealership. I won t buy another car from them, despite having to go to Tulsa for Lexus.

I randomly stopped by a few weeks ago after looking for a vehicle for 3-4 months. They had one I was interested in and Don was more than helpful (especially after dark in the 20 degree weather). I bought the vehicle that night and got the deal I wanted. They were very easy to work with from point of sale to finance and follow up. They even made sure to follow up on floor mats they had to order me. So far so good.

Ask for Alan! I was undecided about what I really wanted. Alan was such an AMAZING help. He wasn't pushy, answered every question I had (and there were a lot), sat patiently while I wavered back and forth and did all of that with a kind, gentle demeanor and smile. If you are in the market for a new Lexus, ask for Alan....He is the best salesman I have ever had, so knowledgeable. He will take care of YOU!

Amazing experience getting oil change and rotation done. No one enjoys having to take their vehicle in for maintenance but Eskridge makes it a very comfortable experience. They have a fully stocked snack and drink bar with seating and TVs to help the time pass.

If you are ordering parts from this store you are actually paying more then what you should, tulsa and dallas locations are cheaper every single time I have called. Now the guys that work there I have no problem with, all stand up guys, but whomever is making these prices needs to be kicked in the rear. This same thing goes for Eskridge Honda.

The service people are the best....so nice & accom...

The service people are the best....so nice & accomodating! We couldn't believe they got my bumper replaced so quickly. After someone slammed into me while on their phone, we thought I would have to drive a rent car for 3 weeks, but my car was done in 3 days!!! Very pleased with everything!

im disappointed in the cost of replacing hood struts on RX350. you are telling my wife that the cost was going to be $500 to replace 2 hood struts that I can get on line for $16 which I did and changed them in 2 minutes. she came in for oil change and you guys tried to talk her out of $500. what a joke.

Had a very poor experience with this dealership an...

Had a very poor experience with this dealership and the service department. We set up an appointment for our RX to have a new key programmed last weekend. We were told that the key was in stock and the service would take around an hour to be completed. Long story short, after the car had been there for an hour and a half, they finally let us know that the key was NOT actually there and that we needed to come back another day because now they have to order the key. We were told that service would make notes of this and that when the key arrived they would make us a priority. We called back to schedule the service and they said that we now would have to be a "walk in" because they are now booked up for appointments. Not exactly what I would call world class customer service or a focus on finding resolution for poor service.

I have 2 stars because we did have a good experience with a battery once before and 2 of the 3 people we have talked to seem to care
