Hands down worst experience I have ever had in a service department. If you enjoy your car do not let them touch it. I had to get the GM of sales to help me deal with your negligent Angello in service, because at one point I thought there was going to be a physical altercation, and even the GM served no help and told me the problems were a mere visual inconvenience.
I brought my F-Sport in for a simple 45,000 mile service. When I got my car back it had 2 additional code lights on the dash that magically appeared, one being the headlight assembly. Part of the service is to clear the service lights, and the Lexus technician told me he didn't know how to clear the windshield wiper fluid code. It is very simple and I did it on my own, imagine that. I was basically shoveled out the door with no solutions, even to the broken $700 headlight that nobody wanted to address. I am seriously considering legal action at this point because the 45,000 mile service I paid for was not completely performed, you guys even forgot to add wiper fluid! You should probably conduct a performance evaluation of your service department as well, because if they aren't on drugs I believe they are eating your touch up paints.
Summary, They break more stuff on your car than they will fix, try to fight you, then the GM will blame it on you.
