I visited with Mr. Earle Twigg several times via email and got quite a bit of the experience out of the way before I even arrived. We nailed down the price of the vehicle so all I had to do when I got there was do a test drive, make a final decision and drive away. Overall, a pleasant experience to buy a car.

They make the service center much more complicated than it should be. Inefficient. Horrible car wash service, still had bugs on the grill and windshield. Water spots and it doesn't look vacuumed at all.

We bought a used car from this dealership. It was a very positive experience. They are very honest as the issues with the car that they brought up lined up perfectly with what our mechanic found. Our salesman was Don who was very helpful.

My husband, Ken, and I purchased a Lexus for our son today. Our representative was Shawn.

I have been in management for most of my professional career. If Shawn is indicative of the caliber of representative for your company, then I see why your reputation is so outstanding. We had decided to purchase another vehicle and completed the initial paperwork with Shawn. He took us then to Chris and it was in Chris' office that I debated whether to purchase the Mercedes or Lexus. Chris gave us complete information on the cost and comparison of the extended warranties for both vehicles.

Shawn than met with us and reassured us that this change was not the problem we imagined it to be. Ken and I debated whether the purchase of fewer miles, longer warranty, etc. was enough to cancel the original purchase and change to the Lexus. Shawn was patient and through and when directedly asked what he would do, he responded with frankness. We returned to Chris and he, too, was most helpful. This was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences we have had.

I wish you continued success with your dealership and applaud your choice of representatives.

Well, I guess if you can afford a Lexus you can afford the top notch service the Eskridge dealership provides. I'm always pleased with the results, even if I do wish it was less expensive. I guess I just have expensive tastes......
I walked through the shop today with my service advisor. It was spotless. You could have eaten off the floor. A first class operation.

Thank you for your letter following up on our experience in your service department last week. I just wanted to tell you what a fantastic job every person I interacted with did. Rick French was very professional and helpful. The service was completed as they had promised and done well. They even washed our car!

This dealer has totally redefined the car buying experience. I have never been treated with so much respect, courtesy, and professionalism - all before, during and after the sale. Eskridge went completely out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

Thank you very much to Curtis and team for helping me pick out my new Lexus - I love it! I won't be shopping anywhere else for my next vehicle after being so spoiled! P.S. Thank you for sending the cookies they are so good!!!

I absolutely love my new Lexus! I've been a Jeep owner for over 20 years but after an accident I just couldn't find a Jeep that seemed to work for me so I went a completely different direction and couldn't be happier! The outside of the Jeep fit my personality which was great but not good for my passengers getting in and out. The inside of my new GX460 couldn't be nicer and will be so much better for family and friends. Mike Etheridge helped me find the right vehicle and couldn't have been more helpful or worked any harder to make my experience better! Then there was Kyle Brownell in Finance and he was awesome as well. Thank you both for all your help! PS...a big thank you to Chris in finance too!

Everyone treats you well until you buy. Then if you are a young, you get treated like a poor serf. Not friendly for the disabled. They lie just like any other car dealer. Took my "warranty" worth 3.5k and have honored nothing. They use trackers on the rentals that were free when I bought it last year. Service is a joke. Wear a pair of Prada shoes and all of a sudden you get treated with a bit of respect. Do not trust anyone with the last name Eskridge or Twigg. Do your research and don't get taken. Your best friend is a trip to an honest dealer. Ed Eskridge is a liar, flat out. Do a background check, find out who you are dealing with. Almost, in my opinion, criminal.

I am on my 2nd RX350 since 2012. I recently relocated to OKC from out of state and thought I'd stop in Eskridge to check out the facility and see if I could get a free car wash. Nope, $10.00 please! Unlike my prior dealership, who consistently bent over backwards to provide outstanding customer service and make you feel like one of the Lexus family, the vibe I got here was really cold. I guess when your the only Lexus dealership in town you don't have to worry about building relationships. I'll still be coming here for service (what choice do I have) but I'm not going to be thrilled about it!

This review revolves around the service department...

This review revolves around the service department. It has been by far the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership service department, and has made me very glad I bought my older model Lexus.

The upsides are clear: this is not a business that survives by nickel and diming people. Little things like the loaner car and the wash were free, quotes were accurate, and there were no hidden costs. I've been used to non-luxury brands where the parts are cheap but they tack on extras without telling you everything. Not here. This place is upfront. The cost is reasonable, mid-level for labor with somewhat expensive parts, better than expected. I came out feeling like I was respected and could trust everyone there.

The downsides: one thing I went in for was a diagnosis of an issue, and they couldn't duplicate the problem because it only happens at certain times and situations which I told them about but were not included in the mechanic's instructions. That's on my receipt. So I'm not totally convinced the diagnosis was done right. There were also some issues with contacting me: I require text over calls to keep from interrupting work, and they said they would text, but then called and refused to do anything else from then on. Annoying. Otherwise, this was a great experience. The car runs well and the problem hasn't crept back up yet, although this is only day two. Scott and particularly Stephanie, great job!

Not terribly impressed. They really didn't seem to care much about my business or customer service from the very beginning. Called and told them what was wrong with my car. Said I wanted to bring it in and have it looked at and to get a loaner and they said it would be $10. So I asked if that was $10 a day or $10 each day. The person making the appointment didn't know but promised to have someone call me. No one called me back. So I called and got the answer for myself. Took off work early and when I arrived I was informed it would be $85 for them to just look at my car which was NEVER mentioned on the phone. In the past, at my former dealership, Park Place in Dallas, I take my car in, they look it over, call me with an estimate and then I decide if I want the work done or not. They were really cavalier about the problem and said oh yeah, that is just the tire sensor going out. We usually advise people to wait until all the sensors go out so we can give them a cut on the price. (would have been nice to know ahead of time) I was really disappointed. They should really take some advice from Park Place. My car is old and I plan to look for a new car very soon, but not here. I value good customer service and expect it when I'm giving someone my money. Oh and BTW, Park Place would never dream of charging their customers for a loaner. I mean seriously, $10. They understand that giving good customer service in all aspects of their dealership will create loyal customers for life.

I worked with sonny and Will and they were both great! Very helpful and understanding I never felt like I was being pushed towards a car just to make a sale like at other dealerships. They work with you to try and find something that works for you. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a car new or used.

Stay away! Tried to charge me $1500.00 for a repair they said was not covered by my warranty. Took my car to an independent mechanic that said my car did not need the repair Eskridge wanted to charge me for, then went to another Lexus dealership and they also agreed the repair was not need, but did diagnose the repair I need being covered under my warranty. Eskridge would not admit they made a mistake and cost me $700.00 out of my pocket before we found the real problem. Also Eskridge charges for their loaner cars, no other Lexus dealership I have even been to does this. Granted my car is still under warranty. Just think twice before you have an expensive repair at Eskridge.

My Response to Eskridge Lexus response: What makes you think Doug can do anything? I contacted Frank Eskridge directly and he quit responding to my email. Maybe because he knew they miss diagnosed my car's issue and will not admit the mistake. Thank goodness for the honest people that I took my car to get another opinion, what I don't understand if Eskridge was correct on the diagnoses why would the other mechanics not agree and want to make the repair, would be more money in their pocket. Never have know a mechanic hat did not want to make some money. It's is ashamed that Lexus is such a good product and it has a sketchy dealership representing a great product.

My husband and I purchased a certified, pre-owned Lexus 300ES several years
ago from Eskridge Lexus. Rick French has scheduled our service since our
purchase. He is ALWAYS knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and honest. We are

now ready to buy another car. Rick's professionalism over the past years is
the #1 reason we are considering purchasing another Lexus from Eskridge.
Dealing with Rick makes my Lexus experience even better than "Truly
Outstanding."

I stopped in today and The salesman was very nice. I really wish more salesman were like the guy Who we spoke with today. Treated me like a normal Human; I didn't feel snubbed or like they didn't want my business. I shop around to see how I'm treated by someone before I buy. I cant say anything about buying experience yet, but all my questions were answered and was treated with Kindness and respect.

Used car salesman (Earle Twigg) that sold me my lexus rx 350 id rate 5/5 stars, great salesman. 1 star rating due to them denying an employee leaving trash under my driver seat the day I picked my car back up after complementary maintenance and had to walk back in and having them come and look (clear as day had the employees name who worked on my car, on the trash). On top of that I got a new scratch on my rear bumper that i was told I'd get called about. Which I did get a call but it wasn't about that it was from a woman who was asking me to rate how they did, I didn't give a rating at all and told her what had happened. This was a day after employees giving me issues about it at the dealership. Its been 3 months and still no phone call. Congratulations you lost a life time customer, I took my lexus and sold it to Chrysler, jeep, and dodge and bought a gladiator with it. Lost me to dodge and jeep due to this issue.

The service department here is in simple terms: an unorganized mess. I have never had an issue with any other Lexus service department until now. The employees were rude and I didn t feel welcome from the minute I arrived. To top it off, once I got my vehicle back, I noticed they didn t clear the maintenance notification message like they were supposed to so My husband had to go back in the office and wait for several minutes to have another service technician clear the message. After searching for an employee (5-10 mins after we were supposed to be gone) the same man who we paid for our service (A man named Steven I believe ) who appeared visibly annoyed with us, muttered Jesus under his breath after My husband went back into the office to let him know the service reminder message hadn t been cleared. I don t appreciate the fact that Steven was frustrated with me when it was the service department s fault for not clearing the message in the first place.

I will not be returning if I can help it and I would give 0 stars if I could.

UPDATE: My husband immediately called the dealership after the manager replied to my review (see below) and left a message with him. It s been several weeks and I still haven t received a call back. Although I appreciate the public attempt to make things right, I am disappointed that the manager wasn t sincere in actually doing something to make this better.

Edit SERVICE summary: was only 1/5 stars for a scheduling issue with one of the service guys. However, the next person when I called back, after being hung up on, was much more courteous.

Brought car in for the service and there was a slight miscommunication issue, had to leave the car over the weekend but they offered a loaner to help with the issue so I cannot complain about it. I am very happy with that.

Came back to pick up the car, my service guy was very nice and good. Seem like he does appreciate my business. Apologize for the issue we had and even compensated me for the trouble. I left smiling and definitely will be back to service my cars here again. They earned the 5/5 stars for sure.

I got car service done 2 days ago and just picked up the car today. There was a problem with battery of my hs250 so they needed to special order it. I got a loaner car for $10 which was good. As they posted, any service over $200, they will clean and vacuum the car for free; under $200 is $10 for that cleaning services. I paid $393 for my battery and I left with a car without vacuumed or even washed. It could be my car is the cheapest lexus car so that was the reason why I didn't get treated like the others. So disappointed. I thought Lexus car dealership never treat people that way. When I called them to tell them my issues, they were like: "well, so you just want us to vacuum and clean the car for you right? Then just bring your car up here, we can do that for you while you wait." Wow, that was how they responded to me. I never wrote bad reviews but this is unacceptable for a luxury car dealership.

Shannon Brown is a great salesman and was a joy to deal with. Skip Schultz in the service department was the BEST. He was honest with me about what repairs my car really needed in order for it to be safe and didn't try to sell me things I didn't really need. I can't recommend Shannon and Skip highly enough!

The low tire pressure light came on and I called Lexus to ask about it. I was advised to bring it in by Angello Hankins who is my usual service representative. He took it to the service area and I expected a quick turn around after the tire pressure had been checked. However, Omar came to tell me that I had a nail in the tire and he would arrange for it to be repaired. He kept me informed throughout the process and explained that he had to verify that I had coverage for tire repair and that took longer than expected. Omar was very polite and friendly and seemed interested in getting the work done to my satisfaction. I also appreciated that he treated me as an intelligent person and did not speak down to this lady driver! I have always been very pleased with the attention I receive from all the Lexus staff

Hands down worst experience I have ever had in a service department. If you enjoy your car do not let them touch it. I had to get the GM of sales to help me deal with your negligent Angello in service, because at one point I thought there was going to be a physical altercation, and even the GM served no help and told me the problems were a mere visual inconvenience.

I brought my F-Sport in for a simple 45,000 mile service. When I got my car back it had 2 additional code lights on the dash that magically appeared, one being the headlight assembly. Part of the service is to clear the service lights, and the Lexus technician told me he didn't know how to clear the windshield wiper fluid code. It is very simple and I did it on my own, imagine that. I was basically shoveled out the door with no solutions, even to the broken $700 headlight that nobody wanted to address. I am seriously considering legal action at this point because the 45,000 mile service I paid for was not completely performed, you guys even forgot to add wiper fluid! You should probably conduct a performance evaluation of your service department as well, because if they aren't on drugs I believe they are eating your touch up paints.

Summary, They break more stuff on your car than they will fix, try to fight you, then the GM will blame it on you.

I have had my beautiful little Lexus for 1.5 years now and will only take it to Eskridge Lexus for service. Scott Coker is our man and always is nice, pleasant and takes care of us. The people and the waiting area are nice at Eskridge. I only wish Lexus's weren't so expensive to service. But, they do a good job.

I have now purchased two vehicles from Eskridge an...

I have now purchased two vehicles from Eskridge and I will never return. The customer service offered during the purchase of a vehicle and once the vehicle has been sold is drastically different. I had small issues with Eskridge (especially in the service department) on multiple occasions, but I simply wrote them off as someone having a bad day. I now realize said issues were part of a bigger problem with Eskridge's general lack of respect for their customers.

When I traded in my Lexus to another dealership, I was told that I needed to contact Eskridge in order to get a refund on the warranties I had purchased. A representative of the dealership warned me that they had heard many customers complain about Eskridge specifically in regard to refunds and told me to make sure I wrote down the names and numbers of everyone I spoke to. I work for a law firm, so I am in the practice of doing this any way, but I thought it was a strange thing for him to say as all of my issues with Eskridge in the past had been trivial. Unfortunately, he was correct. I have also learned since that time that several other patrons of Eskridge have faced similar issues.

It has been 12 weeks since I traded in my Lexus. It has been 6 weeks since Eskridge has contacted me (at which point they advised that the check was in the mail). I have made several attempts to contact Eskridge in that 6 weeks and have yet to receive a return email or telephone call. I have now threatened to come cause a scene. It is not something I want to do, but there is no excuse for treating customers as if they do not exist. Especially customers who pay a premium for their vehicles. Sadly, I believe scaring away others is the only way to get their attention.
