Just remember

Just remember
1. Park Place in Grapevine will meet you at the state line. Talk to Terry.
2. Tulsa Lexus is great and a short drive.
3. Google wouldn't let me give this a zero star.
Ten years ago I went here for the first time. I was wearing sweats, looked a little tired, and strolled the lot for a good thirty minutes in the heat while their sales associates watched from inside. (They were all male by the way.) Not a single person came outside and no one spoke to me. I finally walked inside where they still did not speak to me, walked past everyone, and walked straight into a manager's office, chewed him out, and then left. I drove 15 miles away and dropped 25K on a used Lexus. I told him that day I would never buy from the place.
Fast forward to 3 years, I went in to purchase a vehicle, and literally never saw a sales associate come out. I laughed and chastised myself for even considering them. I drove down the way and dropped a pretty penny on an Infinity.
In September I finally convinced myself to buy a brand new vehicle. Lexus was running a finance special on IS's which is what I really wanted. I applied for credit online and was approved as a Tier 1 plus finance customer for 45,000 dollars. My husband and I both have over 720 credit ratings. I spoke with a sales associate and told him which vehicle I wanted and what price I was willing to pay. They said that they didn't think the owner would go for it. (I wanted a 43,000 vehicle for 40,000 and the special finance rate.) They called me back and said no but that they would work on something. For three days I continued to call them because they wouldn't call me back. No one ever knew what was going on.
I finally called Park Place and told them I was already approved because Tulsa didn't have the color combo I wanted. Park Place shot me an offer that was better than I asked for plus threw in the window tint I wanted. No haggling. No issues. They did all the work.
Several weeks later the Eskridge Lexus finance department kept emailing me to let me know I was approved but that I had to buy within 30 days. I had to call them to tell them that they contract I did online had already been fulfilled. They were suppose to find out why no one there ever helped me and they never called to let me know.
Took my brand new Lexus into Eskridge recently to get an oil job and I got home to notice that my window was cracked. I can't prove it but they were the only people who worked on my car. While at the desk, I spoke with Christian and asked him to explain the difference between their services to me. Instead of answering me, he patronized me with a long list of responses that sounded like he was reading a cue card...
Things like...
"It's OUR recommendation you do this.... not the manufacturer. OURSSSS. OURRSSSS" Uhm I did not ask whose recommendation it was. I asked you to differentiate two things for me. I finally had to tell him that I wasn't so stupid as to not be able to check my own tires and brakes.
So
Driving to Tulsa for the 1100 dollar repair. No haggling or begging for them to treat me well. They called me back to tell me they had scheduled me a rental and that it would be ready upon my arrival. Made sure they had my VIN so they could order the right part and told me which parts needed computer calibration etc. I spoke with Ray and Rico and thankful they spoke to me like I had more than 5 brain cells.
So learn from my lesson...
Tulsa treats you well.
Park Place treats you well and has four times the inventory. Read their ratings.
Eskridge Lexus doesn't appear to like minorities, women, people dressed in sweats, or basically anyone who asks questions about their policies. My husband went in on the exact same day to meet me and they nearly killed him trying to run quickly to him. White well dressed male and all.
However, if you'd like to be treated like a moron, or anything else that the staff there likes to imagine is the perfect way to treat someone they see as sub-human well than, Eskridge is absolutely for you. Everyone else should run.

Before going to test drive my new car I had never even considered a Lexus. My husband convinced me to go drive one, and now I am the proud owner of my first Lexus SUV. Not only did Eskridge work with me to ensure the best value for my trade, they also were competitive in pricing of surrounding dealerships. I will be returning for future purchases GUARANTEED because of the amazing service and experience I have had thus far. Nathan is an amazing sales associate who has addressed all of our needs. They also have a tech associate if you are like me and not tech savvy. The Eskridge brothers also were a part of the sales experience and are extremely nice guys. Go test drive a car today! You will not want to drive off of the lot without it!

It was my great experience with Eskridge Lexus on my first Lexus vehicle. Eskridge Lexus offered an exceptional service per customer's requirements. Specially, my Sale Consultant, Don Cheatwood, provided an excellent assistance ensuring a smooth transition from my traded in vehicle. I will stay with Eskridge Lexus for my next car :)

Had really good service here last time but you absolutely need to call ahead and deal with the right person. I was given incorrect information about a replacement keyfob when I called over the phone- got the actual details when I arrived. The rep I worked with was very courteous and a good guy, helped me out on some things. Will definitely be back to get my GS 350 serviced. That being said it's a Lexus dealership so don't expect to walk out with a bill that compares favorably to Gino's local auto shop. Loaners are nice though.

Service department experience was not great. No one knew when employees were working or not working. Service rep tried to tell me i could not file a claim on my dent and ding policy and was wrong. Charged me for loaner car (when no one told me there was a charge AND after he told me he would waive it when i brought my vehicle in and the mechanic wasnt there...but then later showed up as I was on my way to bring the car back). Mechanic or someone got glue on the side of my car and now there is a smudge that wont go away.

They treat me very well. I've had little to no concerns regarding work they've done for me. Their customer lounge is always well stocked with carbonated drinks, water and a coffee machine. They often have fruit and put out pastries that go pretty quickly.

Skipper was filling in for Mark and I received the same great service as always with Mark. The maintenance service was completed in about the same time frame that Mark had told me. Great training program evidently so that customer service is the priority.

I am always pleased and confident that service needs are taken care of efficiently and professionally. My Service Manager, Rick French, goes out of his way to see that all is taken care of and provides advice on what and when items should be addressed.

Never been here, always passing by.. but, I love to see all the beautiful Lexus' on the lot! Would be much cooler to see someone drive away with a brand new one more often. One day I will be the proud driver of an Rc F Track .

I was in an accident while I was in Boston for an internship, and I was headed back to OKC within the next month. The damage appeared to be minor, so I waited until it was time to go home to get it repaired. The other driver's insurance, USAA, let me know that Eskridge was one of their few approved repair shops in the OKC area. I went to the shop, and they performed the assessment of my vehicle almost as soon as I rolled up. They informed me of the damage, the costs, and repair time in a clear, concise manner, and sent me on my way. They estimated a two week turn-around time, but they got it to me in five business days. I was completely surprised because the volume of cars that they had at the time led to me to believe it was going to be ages before I got my car back. I returned to find (from what I could tell) that they had cleared out most of the cars out of their shop by the time I came to pick up my vehicle. I was impressed by this, and the service was impeccable throughout my whole experience!

We were just stopping in to look around, thinking, and planning maybe a car purchase, and we really appreciate the no pressure type sales and his ability to provide lots of great information about the differences in the cars. We appreciate that alot. Thanks Mr. S. Brown for all the help. We will return.

I could give zero stars if I could but I couldn't. We moved from Dallas to OKC recently. So we are used to very professional and fast service. I had to take my lexus for a maintenance at Eskridge OKC. The service was very slow because apparently they allow their online scheduling software to schedule more appointments than they can handle. So this creates long wait, frustration and creates bad service experience. They also charged a daily rate for a loaner which I never paid in Dallas (I understand and this is not the issue). Now, we have a tire issue and called to schedule an appointment. The lady on the line was very rude and told us that for our issue (minor) couldn't loan us a car. I am not used to this kind of a selected and bad service from any professional company. I hope you guys reevaluate your service model and make changes to fit every customers need.

Under the worst of circumstances Omar and Jacob in service went into action and got us back on the road. We have a Lexus RX 350 traveling home to Texas when we encountered the worst rain and ice storm. Bad enough to break the windshield wipers. We called from the highway and they were ready for us and had us back on the road in an hour. Fabulous. Thanks again. Highly recommended this dealership!

Don did a great job at helping us find the best option in our price range. He was patient and made sure I got what I wanted. Will was straightforward and he didn't pressure us into adding unnecessary products. Unlike other dealerships around, they know how to cater to female customers. Honesty goes a long way!

I returned home from vacation about a week ago to find my car wouldn't start. I was finally able to get it to Eskridge. My Lexus battery had leaked and compromised the connections. The battery was under warranty but the cable connections were not. Skip and Wes were awesome! They worked with me as the battery caused some of the damage and some was wear. I appreciate the customer service I received!

We were very pleased with our experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Eskridge. The sales rep (Mario) was excellent to deal with as he was very patient and did not apply any pressure. The entire staff at Eskridge was most friendly and extremely helpful. Their customer service is outstanding! Also, I appreciated their honesty as they refunded an overage on TT&L - They could have pocketed the savings and we would have never known the difference.

Great folks to work with. We found the specific car we wanted and decided to make the trip from central Texas. Worth the drive. Made it a road trip and stayed at Winstar on way home. Worked with Shawn and everything he represented about the car was accurate. No pressure type place. Good follow up after as well. Obviously won't use their service dept since we live so far away, but have since received some great incentives which are great if you are local. We buy nicely used cars for our family, and will keep them in mind for the future as well.

One of the best dealerships in the country. Working in the car biz for my entire life, these guys have always been professional and helpful. One of the last that are not owned by a nasty corporation like Group 1. Group 1 owned dealers are terrible, ethically challenged, and care nothing of long term relationships. Eskridge is everything Group 1 isn't.

First, I want to say I tried dealing with Wes, Service Manager prior to writing this review. Second, if you need a Lexus worked on beware. I have a IS 350C, I had an issue with the convertible top, it would not go up after putting it down. I called and they were able to work on it immediately, and gave me a repair estimate of $2,332.00. Approved the repair, was told they were very confident that the part would remedy the issue due to their computer system and codes. I specifically asked the question because of the amount of the repair. The part was replaced, I picked my car up on Tuesday of last week. It was raining and cold so obviously I did not put the top down and relied on their word the top was fixed. On Thursday, approximately 48 hours after picking the car up I took advantage of the nice weather, put the top down...and guess what...top would not go up! It was 7:00 pm, I knew the service department was closed but I wanted to call ASAP so I could get it back in for them to complete the job they were paid to do. I called them back Friday morning where I was transferred to "Joey" who was not nice at all. He told me they didn't have an opening until Monday. Now it's drizzling and 38 degrees outside, I had to find alternate transportation to work and now I am told they aren't able to get my car in until Monday. My husband then called, said there was no one there by the name of "Joey" and gave him someone else. Greg then told him if he drove it in they would look at it and provide a loaner vehicle. So now, he drove the car from Choctaw to Edmond in 38 degree weather drizzling so they could fix what they were already paid to fix. People were literally asking him if he was ok when he would stop at red lights. Once he arrive FROZEN, they apologized because they didn't realize he was driving so far and they would have come and picked it up...NEVER did they offer this prior and I am sure my address is on the screen I am sure they looked up when we spoke to them. Once he thawed out, he was given a loaner and they said they would look at it. He received a call from them and they said that the switch was bad and it was going to cost an additional $209.00 to accomplish what they said they accomplished with the $2,332.00. Now is when we begin to ask questions and they begin to give us different stories. Once again we ask, is this going to fix it and once again the service department says "computer system" and "codes" pin point it exactly and once they messed with the switch the top went up and then malfunctioned again and it threw the "switch code". Then when I speak with the service manager he tells me the switch does not throw a code, if it doesn't work it just doesn't work. Now we are questioning whether the original repair of $2,332.00 was actually necessary and the $209.00 part would have fixed it. All in all, basically they said oh well and we have to take their word for it. So, we did what we had to do and paid the additional $209.00 and will not use them again for anything. Service, new purchase etc. Trust is very important and they have definitely lost our trust and we will let everyone we know they should choose a different shop for repairs.

Diversity Training Needed!!!

Diversity Training Needed!!!

For a suppose to be luxury brand, this was a horrible experience dealing with the Service Department at Eskridge Lexus. If I could rate our overall Customer Service experience less than one star I would! After expressing my concerns with the Service Manger about the lack of acknowledgement from the service tech advisors and no one willing to give us a status update during our wait or show us where our vehicle was parked after repair; I did not leave with a sense of feeling he would address the issue or correct the culture that lacked inclusiveness there.

Do not go here.

Do not go here.
I brought my car in on 6/22/18 because the door panel and dash was in really bad shape. They said they would take pictures and keep it on file in case later Lexus decided to repair them.
I got a letter in the mail stating that they would repair it so I made an appointment on 5/6/19. I took my car in, sat for hours in the waiting room and they finally came out and said they ordered the parts and it could take up to 6 months to get them. Got in my car and a mile down the road my side mirror slams flops against my car at the first stop light, it was not like this before I went. I call and make another appointment since I had to rush to class that day. I bring it in to the appointment on 5/14/19 and not asking even for them to put a new one on but just to keep it from swinging like it did before I ever went there. They said it would be 250 dollars because I couldnt prove that it was done while my car was being serviced. I said I would rather get my car repaired at the Tulsa Lexus dealer if the parts could be sent there that were ordered since they feel it's okay to damage someones car and not fix it. They were super rude the whole time I was there and the guy even mentioned the idea that my car wasnt exactly perfect so I maybe I did it... there is literally no scratches on my car or damage to show I had hit it on anything. They called me later stating they have been in contact with Tulsa and that they were trying to figure things out on how to get the parts sent there instead and they would let me know what they found out. I never heard from them again even though the person I talk to swears he told me to go to Tulsa to get pictures taken... he did not. I call 6 months later asking about the parts they were supposed to order and they told me they weren't in yet. I call again 8 months later and they say they never ordered them and I would have to start the process all over again. They dont have any pictures they took and said I would have to get them taken again. Per Kevin, they dont keep records or emails more than a few months and then delete them. I have been waiting 8 months for parts they never even ordered. I had two bmws before this lexus and I will say the BMWs often had to be serviced which sucked but I loved service center at BMW. My Lexus doesnt have to be serviced as much but the Lexus service center is the worst. Sucks you cant have a nice car and nice service center.
*** they have replied to make it seem as though they took initiative to get things to Tulsa but they never did and never contacted me to tell me I needed to go there and get pictures yet again taken instead of them sending Tulsa what they had already taken.

They also state they hadn't heard from me in 8 months so they deleted my information which is very untrue because I called when it got to the 5 month and 6 month mark when they told me they were going to be coming in and I called every month after so peobably 4 times total. Each time on the phone they told me that nothing had came in yet but no one ever bothered to look and see if they had even ordered them. They will make whatever happens look like your fault. Literally the worst and so rude.
