I m giving my experience with this dealership 5 stars simply due to General Manager Mr. Doug Berryhill. He rectified a frustrating experience. I hesitate to say anything negative about this dealership because he was so kind and understanding. Just know that if you are experiencing difficulties with any department in Eskridge Lexus, Mr. Berryhill is the one to contact. He moved very swiftly in resolving my issue. I am so grateful to him.
