Incredibly disappointed in the Service department....

Incredibly disappointed in the Service department. Been a Lexus owner for 19 years and have never been treated so poorly. Brandon Schofield and his female manager (would not give her name) were incredibly rude and hostile. Was taking my brand new Lexus (that I bought from this dealership) in for its first 5k mile Service and requested a loaner vehicle, which has been the standard for 19 years. The woman called me and said that they do not do loaners for services that are under two hours and all their other customers simply wait.

When I told her I had a meeting and I couldn t wait, she simply said that she would cancel my appointment and I could call back when I could wait. I was stunned! I see this has happened to quite a few other customers in these reviews when dealing with this woman. She then just hung up on me and sent me a cancellation email. Worst service ever, and not what I expected from a Lexus dealership.

I looked for the next closest dealership and it was three hours away in Dallas, as I will never use Eskridge again. Called over to Grapevine Park Place Lexus and spoke to Pam. She got me in, provided me a loaner with no hassle, and took care of my car. Eskridge should send some of their team down to this dealership to see how Lexus is supposed to work, and how to treat customers with respect and dignity.
