GREAT DEALERSHIP! I have been a customer for 15 years and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. Doug Collett, the sales person, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Every phone call was returned quickly. All questions were addressed professionally. The best part of the experience was he found the exact new vehicle I was looking for during a time when demand was greater than supply due to the recent tragic events in Japan. Ed Eskridge was also very helpful, professional and courteous. I suppose the reason I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Eskridge Lexus is due in large part to the quality of the employees. From the day I drive out with my new car to every service appointment, I am a happy and satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 - 10, this dealership is a 15. I will keep coming back and do not intend to ever shop anywhere else!!!
