I truly believe the entire staff and doctors are doing everything possible to extend my life. THANK YOU CBCC. That was before my Dr, Dr Shekar changed my appointment to 15 days later. My pain medicine ran out 5_3 - 18. I can't get them on the phone, so now I'm f....d. The pain of stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to the bones is no joke.

Great staff on hand, I personally had to see a blood doctor who stayed I needed 10 treatments of Iron infusions. Whoch where performed here and was very short time to get into my appointment, they tell you if you have not been called by 15 mins after your scheduled time to come up and inform them, they will take care of you right away. There are TVs in waiting room to watch and a fish tank as well , everything looks clean and in its place and very nice seats to sit in as well.

Was referred to CBCC for blood work prior to cosmetic surgery...BIG MISTAKE - Dr. Talraje was more concerned with questioning me more about how much money I paid for my surgery and running up my bill by ordering numerous blood tests over and over never able to tell me what she was looking for or what may be wrong. After consulting a hemotologist in Los Angeles I was told my blood work was fine and was not even charged. Do not waste your time or money.

Dissatisfied with the way the staff choses when to assist the patients with their prescriptions, I have iPledge and the staff here managed to mess up my questions saying I am at fault when I clearly told them and my dermatologist that I am on the Depo Shot. But no the staff decided to say birth control pills and at my last appointment (4 days ago) they regretted to inform me of how to answer the questions since they apparently think I'm on the pill, not the deposhot like I repeatedly told them. So dissatisfied, now I have to add another month to my already 6 months of treatment great job dermatology department, Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for reliable and dependable service cause this establishment doesn't offer it.

I decided to go with CBCC because the doctor presented a treatment that worked best for me, my family, and overall situation at home. I felt they listened more than the other oncologists I met with who weren t willing to be flexible.

Dr. Patel called to check in on me and my family, letting me know that I have his support. I ll never forget that. I wasn t just a patient to him.

Dr. Gaddam, who is the Naturopathic Doctor at CBCC, went above and beyond to make sure I received treatment for the negative effects of chemo. I still see him for my natural care.

My son is been going to cbcc for about two-and-a-half to three years and it's always seemed to me that they are more interested in the money they're getting then the job they're doing or supposed to be doing instead of taking care of something now they try to break everything up into a day-by-day thing so that they can bill the insurance company more and more and more which causes my son to have to pay more and more and more

I had non hodgkin's lymphoma about 5 years ago. After my operation, I received radiation treatments at CBCC for 4 weeks, 5 days a week. CBCC was very accommodating for my appointments. Dr. Ravi Patel explained the procedure very well and made us feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I still go back annually to get scans done and the staff is very professional. Any time you have to visit a cancer center it will be a scary time in your life. Ask questions and stay informed.

I've been to cbcc plenty of times since the covid and never have been treated so horrible till I went to dermatology. The person in the front Couldn't even get my name right and was extremely rude and acted like that was my fault. How dare my parents spell my name with two N's. Then asked for my insurance and ID card when they were already on file.THEN told me I couldn't be seen because I had my 5 year old daughter with me. Even though I explained I was an only parent and had no choice.

Going through cancer treatments is not an experience that you want to go through, but going through it at CBCC was as if your mother, your wife and your sister were there holding your hand as you got your treatments. This group of medical providers are caring, kind and the best at what they do. Thank you for saving my life!

My husband was diagnosed with Cancer. At first this place was great, until we found out he was terminal. Then it was all about money. We were told there was nothing more they could do he decided hospice while in ER. The internal medicine Dr who told us, the oncologist and urologist are gonna come in and say they can save u.. They can't don't do it. Sure enough they did. My husband was desperate to try to live.. 20 mins after surgery here they come "no hope you will die" he could have been comfortable at home. They had to get one more check out of his life! He had his hopes up thinking maybe chemo will work. When really they had no plans on ever doing chemo.

I cannot say enough about CBCC and Dr. Ravi Patel....

I cannot say enough about CBCC and Dr. Ravi Patel. The treatment and the care there were phenomenal . When I started this journey, I ventured to Los Angeles, San Diego and other local options. In the end, I went with Dr. Patel. I thank God every day for this man and the way he handled my care. He has always made me feel as if I am his only patient.
My husband of 31 years unexpectedly passed 3 months prior to my cancer being discovered. My mother-in-law, who lived with us, died unexpectedly 2 months prior due to hospital error. We were also in the middle of planning our son's wedding. To say that I was in a fog is to put it mildly. All I could do, with the help of my family and friends, was to put one foot in front of the other, often unwillingly.
On my first visit to see Dr. Patel, he asked me about me personally, my life, my family, my faith, my work. The cancer was secondary. Everything that was discussed about the cancer was so second to the life I had just lost. Dr Patel reminded me of the life that I still had. He took me by the hand and said, ' I want you to walk out of this door. Finish planning your son's wedding. Enjoy your daughter, your family your friends. Enjoy your memories of your husband...... but leave your cancer here. Walk out of this door and let me carry this for you. I will take care of this part of your life."
From that day forward, that is exactly what I did. I left all of my faith in his caring hands, and of course God's. It has been a long journey, but with him as my lead, I don't look back. I am confident, regardless of what comes my way, whatever CAN be done, he will do his best. Whatever God has planned for me, He has given me the best tools for the journey.
Thank you Dr. Patel, not just from myself, but now you have given me the gift of continuing to be around to see both of my children married, to wonderful people, and the amazing gift of 5 beautiful grandchildren. I am forever grateful to you and your team.

Extremely disappointed. The techs in the radiation department that work here are extremely rude. You are working at a place where people have cancer- show some compassion! Go elsewhere for your care if you want to experience basic human courtesy and respect. This place should hire people that best represents their mission of "patient first" because it is not happening. There is no dignity when you are mistreated.

I've always been treated with dignity at CBCC. I was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma in November of 2007 and had the tumor removed at UCLA. After two post-op appts with Dr. Robert Smith at UCLA I was referred to Dr. Kanamari at CBCC. I continue to be treated a CBCC by Dr Kanamari and his staff.

The Staff and Doctors here are the greatest medical people I have encountered. I am a caregiver for my Mother-in-law. I attend all of her appointments and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Dr. Patel is very positive and makes you feel confident, he is also proactive in dealing with issues that may be of concern. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
